My week of R&R was excellent at Phoenix VII. It was the most clean beach rental property I've ever stayed in. The beachfront view and location were great. Parking was easy, and my parking fee was $59 for the week. The kitchen was well stocked. The king bed was comfortable. The only thing I did not care for were the TV's; they are outdated and would not connect to the Wi-Fi, so no streaming options. The TV was connected to Direct TV cable.

This condo at Phoenix 7 is just as appears in photos. We had no issues with the bed or couch as some reviewers listed. Had plenty of towels. Kitchen well stocked with pots & pans, dishes, cookware, etc. The supply list is accurate-we took extra dishwasher pods, coffee, seasonings, etc. Loved the balcony for meals, great view. The whole property was clean. Did get a notice they are working on sliding doors in the whole building from top floor to bottom. A little noise now and then, but not enough to bother us. Quiet by 5 PM. Great picklball courts!Didn't catch the extra fee for going through Liquid Life until it was booked...still a fair deal. Hope to make it back some day!

We've stayed in condos on the beach every summer, and, honestly, they all begin to look the same after a while. All we ask for is that it is clean, everything works, and it has a beautiful view. This place was just as it appears, spacious enough for our family of 4 and clean when we arrived. The only disappointment we had was the actual condo host literally NEVER replied to any of our messages. But LiquidLife was terrific in handling our booking so that's an upside. All in all I'd recommend and stay there again. ??

The unit was very nice and clean and had plenty of room for a queen air mattress. Convenient location for resturants, entertainment, and grocery stores. The only negative comments I have are that the parking passes cost $55 per vehicle and that was not mentioned in the listing description. The unit had no blanket for the pullout sofa bed. There were only four towels and two wash cloths eventhough we booked for five people. Overall the stay was pleasant and would stay there again.

In regards to the cost of parking, the listing description does state "Parking passes are purchased on-site at the property, so you will purchase your pass when you arrive. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit, and you must show your reservation confirmation from Liquid Life Vacation Rentals when purchasing. The cost of parking passes is set by each association and is subject to change at any time without notice." The Phoenix properties manage and set the prices of the passes themselves, so we aren't able to provide that information to guests, and they don't allow us to include parking passes with reservations, either. We do apologize if there was any confusion because of this. However, we are so glad you enjoyed your stay with Liquid Life, and we look forward to helping you book your next beach vacation!

The only reasons we didn't give a 5 star review is because of the bed. Extremely uncomfortable. I think it's important to have a comfortable bed in a rental. Engaging in so much activity th/out the day a good nights sleep is a must. Bed was hard as a rock. Other than that, the condo was clean, great view, AC was amazing etc etc

The parking at all Phoenix properties are handled by Phoenix. They manage the parking and set all of the prices. We did be sure to include this in the VRBO listing description, however. First if all, you're not booking unit 1107, you're actually booking unit 714. The building itself was nice and the location was fantastic. The cleaniness of the room was disappointing; old food left from previous renter, dirty coffee pot, used bar of soap left in the shower, sand still on the floors, a used tissue in between the bed sheets. It was enough to make you question what, if anything, was actually cleaned in between guests. I will say though the maintenance staff did come on the day I called to change the sheets and clean the shower.The coffee table and blind in the bedroom were broken. Then bed frame was very loud with any movement in bed, not ideal for a light sleeping infant in the same room. The pull out mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. With a fresh coat of paint, updated furniture, and better cleaning from the staff this unit could really be great.

This was our first family vacation at the beach with both of our children. The room was very clean and nice exactly as it was advertised on the website. Having the indoor pool as well as the outdoor pools was extremely nice because it rained a couple of days we were here. Overall we had a very fun time and are looking forward to renting this unit again in the future. Both of my girls really enjoyed playing with their stick horses in the unit. The only negative on the room is the pull out mattress was thin and a little uncomfortable and the master mattress made a little noise when you got in and out of bed.

This property is in a great location. Direct access to beach, food, shopping, and entertainment. Condo was clean but the floors were full of sand or dirt. Other then that I would stay there again.

It was a little confusing with check-in information because I didn’t know what to do once I got there and had no email with instructions, but after calling everyone was very helpful and the stay was very enjoyable! Highly recommend this space, and will most likely book this again!
