Prior to our stay, we received a text message saying pesticides were having to be sprayed in the condo during our stay, no further explanation. Having two small children and being curious if there was a bug issue, I needed further information. Communication with liquid life was not pleasant and the woman I eventually got to speak with was rude. I asked her what kind of pesticides were being sprayed and if we would need to leave the apartment (none of which had been explained). I was eventually given the information from the HOA that it was routine and there were no current issues (no problem) and that the spray was safe once dry (no problem). I sent an email and thanked them for the information and that there would be no issue with them spraying. As a parent these are things I needed to know to insure the safety of my children and of which are common courses to share with people staying in the condo. Once inside, the towel rack was broken, and the only lamp in the children's room was cracked. We had a great repair man come out who took care of what we needed. Then it turned out, there were bugs in the condo and after we killed 6, we called and asked the situation to be taken care of (no one came). The condo was great, the location was great, and my family had a great time at the beach. The only bad experience I had was with liquid life.

The condo we stayed in was very nice. The only issues were the dishwasher didn’t clean well and the refrigerator leaked, other than that, everything was perfect. We didn’t let those two little issues bother us though! Would stay here again.

My friends and I flew down to Gulf Shores for a weekend get-away. We planned to play golf and hang by the beach. We loved the property and our unit. We had plenty of space for the 5 of us, the unit itself was very nice and updated. We had a large balcony that was great for lounging during the evening. Location was great and right by the beach. Would recommend and stay in this property again.

The condo was amazing! It was soo cute and roomy. The wrap around porch with the views of the ocean were awesome. The pool, hot tub and other amenities made it so much more worth the price. Can't beat being right on the beach and within walking distance to everywhere. Would definitely stay again!

This place was amazing and had a beautiful balcony with a view of the ocean. We could walk to the hangout and souvenir shops, it is only half a mile. We decided to stay an extra night and the staff was wonderful and we had no issues adding another night on. We'll definitely be staying again

We’ve visited Gulf Shores for 6 years now and this condo was by far the best one we’ve ever stayed in! The beds were extremely comfortable, kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need, the balcony was AMAZING, facilities were clean, etc! We have already said this will be our “go to” from here on out!

Arrived early and Liquid rep was great and able to get us in alittle early. Entry door digital door lock broke when we went to go out one night and they had it repaired within an hour. Great response.

This property was great for me and my children and their friends we had plenty of space the kitchen was well equipped. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Condo set up was nice but could use extra garbage bags only give 1.almost every coffee mug was dirty in cabinet had to wash before use ,the pool and hot tub water was cloudy and looked uninviting and hot tub jets did not work if heard was improved would rent again but not as is

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the condo. The beds were comfortable, which is not often the case in places like this. My only suggestion is that it needs a bit of updating. The front door and lock are jiggly and rusty, not smooth to open/close. The couch is extremely worn out. The kitchen is lacking in decent parking and cooking utensils. Overall we liked the place and would stay again!

This condo is amazing. The panoramic balcony view was breathtaking. Only complaint was the second bedroom TV did not work. But who needs a TV when you are in paradise. Would definitely stay again and would choose this exact condo.

This was a great condo. It was right on the beach. It is on the 12th floor and the elevator stays pretty busy, but I was told they are talking about putting in an additional one. I was afraid parking would be an issue, but we were always able to find a spot pretty easily. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Security and parking attendants were very kind as well as the elevator attendants. We had a great time at a great condo in a great location! We would definitely stay here again.
