The condo was as advertised. It is in a great location, of course being right on the beach with great views, but also within a couple minutes of many different restaurant options. Our girls enjoyed several nights at the volleyball net and in the pool. And we all enjoyed the beach! This is actually our second time at Summerchase but in a different unit. We very much enjoy our time in Orange Beach with the only down side being that we have to leave each time!

Great stay! Enough room for teenagers, and the wife myself. Publix, Walgreens, Sbux very close. The best part of this property is its on the beach! I was able to sneak in a little work and sit on the beach facing patio. Liquid Life is a great property manager. If you need anything, they respond like a hotel would. The condo itself it beautiful. I would consider living here as a snowbird one day! We love the white sandy beaches on the Alabama Coast. The fishing here is world class. Close to the marina. Gulf Shores State Park is down the street too. We'll be back!

Summerchase is a great location. The condo is nice, but needs some attention. The main bath shower doesn’t drain well and emits an ammonia smell. The master bed needs a good mattress pad. You can feel the coils on the bed. Kitchen is well stocked and second bedroom is roomy.

The location is very convenient. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Ice trays would help! My 3 friends and I enjoyed sitting on the balcony early in the mornings and watching dolphins. Each night we watched land crabbing. I would recommend this condo. The checkin/out process was so smooth! Someone needs to investigate why the right side of the king bed has dropped down. The king bed was still functional, but something is not right. All 4 of us agreed that we would stay here again.

Good location and amenities- ping pong, jenga, connect four, pools, grills. Floors in condo were dirty. Our feet were black as tar after walking barefoot in the condo. Called to have floors cleaned but it wasn't any better. Master bed was terrible. My husband had a backache all week from the bed. No soap for hands/body at all in the condo so had to buy soap immediately. We rented beach umbrella and chairs each day and other people set their own umbrellas and chairs up In front of us. That's never been allowed at other oceanfront condos we've stayed at.

We enjoyed our stay at Summerchase! We loved the fact it was on the beach and located near our favorite restaurants and right down the road from grocery stores. This condo had an amazing view and easy access to the beach. I loved how it was decorated as well and the kitchen was fully stocked which was a huge plus. However the things I noticed were the beds were pretty uncomfortable and the TVs were difficult to operate. The remote in the guest room would not connect with the TV at all. Also there were certain power outlets throughout the condo where the bottom outlet would not work.

The majority of this condo was up to date, counters, linens, appliances, etc. BUT the furniture has got to go. In the picture you see a sofa, 2 recliners, and a small accent chair. They look clean and new but they are old, worn out, smelly, and gross. It bummed me out at first because I knew we couldn't enjoy the living room because there was no way I was sitting on the furniture or allow my kids to, but then we decided to take the comforters and sheets and cover them and that temporarily solved the problem. Other than this furniture issue, which I feel like could be an easy fix for the owners, everything else was great. Next year we would stay at this location again because the property management and staff were so friendly and helpful but this unit will depend on if the furniture is updated.

I would have given five stars but while we were at the beach someone was in the unit. When I called the property management company, she said she had no record of anyone from their company being in the unit. She said sometimes the building employees might come in and that I would have to contact them. The property manager should have control of who comes in and out of the unit.Also the main bedroom is in dire need of a new mattress.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Summerchase 605. The condo was beautifully decorated and the location to the beach was great. I do wish the shower in the master bath drained a little better. Still, we had a wonderful time and would stay there again!!

Loved the condo it's more beautiful in person. Everything was great. Had to wash all the dishes bc some weren't clean but that was no problem. The only real issue we had was the remotes kept disconnecting from the TV but maintenance fixed it right away. We will definitely stay again. If we had any real complaints it was the glass statues but we picked those up too.

We had a great time! Property manager answers questions promptly. Centered around great restaurants and activities. Easy access to pool and beach. The only thing that would be nice if the condo had 2 chairs and an umbrella, otherwise would definitely come back!

This is the third time we have stayed at Summerchase. It will definitely NOT be our last. While most people go to thebeach for the umm, beach, you get way so much more at Summerchase. We strongly suggest choosing a room above the fourth floor, more for the view tha anything else, but don't be intimidated to use the upper floors. Elevators work very efficiently. You will be very impressed with the location, cleanliness of the facility, access to shopping, and overall condition of the property, the BEACH it the real treasure. Located between State Park land and a massive section of undeveloped land, you will be amazed by the nearly a PRIVATE BEACH! Pure crushed crystal white sand will slide between your toes, making your days exquisite and your nights adventurous. The water is clear, refreshing, and therapeutic. By now you are beginning to understand the five stars. Liquid Life did an awesome job of booking, sending information, and making the trip easy. If you like the beach, hope for small crowds, seek good food, cherish relaxation, and require attention to detail, then Summerchase, in Orange Beach, through Liquid Life is your vacation resolution. We have a 16 hour drive to get there....worth every mile!

This was my second trip to Orange Beach on MLK weekend, and this condo was absolutely perfect for our stay! The two king beds/two baths were perfect for four girlfriends to enjoy a getaway! I don't know how long ago Summerchase was built--with its prime location, I suspect it's been there awhile. You'd never know it, though! The commons areas (lobby, gym, pools) were in immaculate condition, and it looks like this unit was completely remodeled within the last couple of years. The kitchen and bathrooms looked brand new. The beds were comfortable, and the TVs (with built-in DVD players) mounted on the walls in the bedrooms were great for lazy afternoons watching TV or movies. With "abundant sunshine" in the forecast, we spent a lot of time on the balcony soaking up as much sun as possible throughout the day! The kitchen was stocked with everything we would have needed if we had cooked! Instead, we kept it simple during the day and feasted on seafood at night! Our favorite this trip was Cobalt! I'd definitely come back to your place! Thanks for being so easy to work with when we were planning this trip! I'd recommend your place to anyone!
