Phoenix properties are known to be too notch. The condo could use a few updates. Counter tops have some damage and could stand to be replaced. The master bathroom countertop also needs to be replaced. Master bed is excellent. It is very comfortable as we’re the other beds. Could use a new chair in the living room. Recliner. The condo was just plain nothing over the top. Could use nicer patio furniture on the balcony. Stayed at beach colony a couple years ago and it was really over the top.

We had a great stay while we were at this condo. The only issue was that we weren't able to find extra blankets (there were plenty of sheets). The kitchen was nicely stocked with utensils and even a slow-cooker, which we put to good use. Property was nice and we had no issue getting an elevator either. Pool was nice and well-maintained. We had a great time!

They do mislead you when they say " check in is AFTER 3pm". In my mind ( and I'm pretty sure in most everyone's mind ) that means you can check in after 3 pm.Our room wasn't ready and available until 430, and each time we asked we were told that we knew in advance that " check in is AFTER 3 pm ". This left us unexpectedly siting in the lobby for 1.5 hrs. So if you book ,DO NOT assume you'll be allowed to check in at 301!

The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, and pans. I would suggest stocking some containers to hold leftover food. The downfall was the cleanliness (crumbs by nightstand, clothing item under couch), and comfort of the queen size beds. It also would have been nice to have more than 4 bath towels as well for a 10 person condo. When I called Liquid Life on day 1 to ask for some, I was told they didn't have any clean ones and did not get a follow-up call or any delivered. Overall, this was a nice place and we would stay there again.

We all really enjoyed this condo. It is a bit dated if that’s a concern of yours. It wasn’t for us. Patio furniture isn’t fancy but is functional. We took a couple of camping chairs that proved helpful. And, of course the view is fantastic. We all thought the 6th floor was perfect! The inside layout is very open which made it feel a lot bigger. I would definitely like to come again. Of note though on any vaca…the people are what really make the trip. Good company…good time:)

Location was was awesome. The unit lacked some complimentary items, small salt/pepper shaker, pot/pan scrubber, unit overall was awesome. We had all of our inquiries completed in a timed manner excep low water pressure in the kitchen. Thank you

This is our 4th trip to OBA and second time booking through Liquid Life Vacation Rentals. They make it incredibly easy and we always know the property will be in great shape. Only suggestion - The patio table in unit could use a power washing or replacing.
