Coconut Cabaret

Welcome to Coconut Cabaret, a spacious and inviting three-story beach house that includes a private six-seater golf cart, making it easy to get to the beach or explore the neighborhood. This five-bedroom, four-bathroom retreat comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests and offers plenty of space for everyone to relax.

On the main floor, the welcoming living room features a large sectional, a cozy fireplace, and a flat-screen TV, perfect for gathering after a day in the sun. The fully appointed kitchen boasts brand-new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a breakfast counter, and a refrigerator with an ice maker. Two dining tables provide plenty of space for shared meals. Also on this level is a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower and a laundry area with a new full-size washer and dryer. Step outside to the large screened-in back porch, complete with comfortable seating for outdoor relaxation.

The spacious primary suite is also located on the main floor and features a king bed, a generous ensuite bathroom with a garden tub, a separate glass-enclosed shower, a double vanity, and a private commode room. This suite also offers direct access to the screened patio.

Upstairs, you'll find four additional guest bedrooms and two full Jack and Jill bathrooms. The second and third bedrooms each feature a king bed, while the fourth and fifth bedrooms each include two queen beds. The third-floor loft area offers even more sleeping space with a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a full-over-two-twin bunk bed. Every bedroom and the loft have brand-new Smart TVs.

Martinique on the Gulf offers a wide range of amenities for relaxation, recreation, and gatherings. Outdoor features include a pool, hot tub, grilling area, and tennis courts. A scenic boardwalk from the pool area leads directly to the community's private beach, just a quarter mile away, where you can enjoy the sugar-white sand and beautiful Gulf views. Nearby, the 4,200-acre Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge offers peaceful walking trails and the chance to spot local wildlife. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the close proximity to premier courses like the Kiva Dunes and Peninsula. Indoor amenities include another pool and hot tub, a fitness center, sauna, and meeting room spaces for events or group activities.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

MONTHLY RENTALS

The property offers monthly rentals in November, December, January, and February. Call our reservations team for these rates.
