Welcome to Marlin Key 3E, a spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom Gulf-front condo that sleeps 8. This unit promises an exceptional stay with spacious rooms, tile floors throughout, and comfortable furnishings, providing everything you need for a delightful vacation.

The generously sized bedrooms offer ample privacy, with a master bedroom featuring a king bed, a large walk-in shower, and a separate jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom includes two twin beds.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a cozy dining area. The open-concept layout flows effortlessly into the living area, where you'll find a flat-screen TV and ample seating for your group.

Step onto the private balcony to enjoy breathtaking views. This direct gulf-front condo provides an unparalleled vantage point to soak in the scenery. With the building being a low rise (only 5 stories), it feels like having your own private beach.

The minimum age to book this property is 25 years or older. Valid photo identification is required to verify age and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Every Linen, Every Time

Every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham will be washed for every guest - EVERY TIME.

High Heat

Our commercial laundry facility offers 150-degree commercial washers to take care of your linens with our EPA approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation.

Zero Cross Contamination

We follow specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens to ensure zero cross contamination between clean and dirty and between separate units.

Golden girls Vibes

Great spot, very roomy and with the best views. The decor was very golden girls like and super cute. It was the perfect spot for a girls weekend. Highly recommend.

In the instructions it stated I could purchase another parking pass. When I asked I was told I couldn’t have more than 2. I didn’t think that we stated very well in the instructions that was sent to me. Other than the parking pass everything was great.

I had stayed in 3E back in the fall on a girls trip and was very pleased with the layout. This trip was with my daughter and her family and was perfect again. There is so much room for everyone. The “steps away from the beach” is the selling point for this condo, in my opinion. I love that it is a small complex, so the beaches are not overly crowded. Parking is very convenient to the elevator. I would highly recommend this condo for an enjoyable vacation to the beach.

The condo and complex are amazing. We have stayed in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach many time and this one has the best stretch of beach we have stayed at. The condo is very well equipped and updated. It is better than the pictures make it look. The only complaint was the king mattress. It was well worn. The other 3 beds were all very comfortable.

This is a beautiful condo that we rented for our annual girls’ trip. Your location could not be more perfect- your view was breathtaking with a perfect bird’s eye view of the beach. We drank coffee every morning on the deck while the dolphins swam along the shore. It’s just a great spot for a beach getaway. The kitchen is the best equipped kitchen of any condo we’ve rented, but the dishwasher did not work. After contacting the VR Club, we were emailed that a new one had been ordered. It would have been nice to have known this ahead of time. Other than that, most everything was perfect. We are looking forward to returning there next fall.

Lovely place to stay! Only issue we had was people not parking in their assigned spots, so we had to park anywhere we could. Other than that, the place was beautiful and right on the beach! We had a great time and would come back!
