Through a barn door within this bedroom, you'll find a bunk room that is perfect for younger guests, featuring a twin over twin over twin triple bunk bed and an additional twin over twin bunk bed. This level also includes a bonus sitting room with two couches, a TV, and access to the back deck.

The second floor serves as the heart of the home, featuring a spacious living room with floor to ceiling windows, a large sectional sofa, a TV, and an electric fireplace. Just beyond the living area is a beautiful sunroom surrounded by windows, offering plenty of seating, Gulf views, and access to the back deck. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a large dining table, abundant seating around the oversized island, and a wet bar with a built in sink. A convenient half bathroom is also located on this floor.

The third floor is home to the remaining bedrooms. One guest bedroom offers a king bed, TV, and private ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combination. Another guest bedroom features a king bed, TV, private balcony access overlooking the Gulf, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combination. The primary suite is a true retreat with a king bed, TV, private balcony access, and a spacious ensuite bathroom featuring a large tiled walk in shower and a soaking tub.

For added convenience, a full laundry room is located on the second floor and includes a washer, dryer, and an additional tiled walk in shower.

The highlight of Paradise Palms is the private outdoor oasis. Enjoy your own saltwater pool with in pool lounge chairs, a relaxing hot tub, plenty of outdoor seating, and multiple outdoor dining areas. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
