Great condo, very accommodating- has everything you need for cooking. Spacious bedrooms with bathrooms. Very clean upon arrival. Great view. Facility is nice and clean. Town is awesome, low key, smaller beach town withany things to do. Highly recommend!!

Our family loved the condo. The 29th floor had a beautiful view. We saw dolphins a few mornings. Elevators were quick. Everything was clean. The only issue we had which doesnt have anything to do with the unit, but while sitting down by the outdoor pool, kids were throwing some kind of substance off their balcony and got all over us, and witnessed on another day kids spitting off the balcony. We did tell the front desk but not sure if anything was done. So would recommend sitting on the other side of the pool and not under the balconies. Would definitely stay again.

The property was nice loved the beds and the extra bathroom in the hallway. Has a nice clean Beach. The pool,lazy river, and slide was nice to have. It was more then enough room for our family of 5 adults and one toddler. Checkin was simple. I felt like the floors could have been cleaner then they were and it smelled a little fishy when we first arrived but overall it was a nice place that we really enjoyed. If given the opportunity to go back to orange beach I'd probably come back to Oasis again.

The kondo was nice enough. However, Im glad we didn't pay high season prices. There were a couple issues, the only nice bed was the master. The rest were worn out. The shower heads in the master were the lowest possible quality you can get, like little pin needle spray and some were clogged. The couch is worn out.

Overall this was a great place to spend our spring break. The condo was just like the pictures, clean, well stocked with pots/pans, and essentials. The lazy river was fun and the beach was wonderful. The only negative was that the outdoor pools were not heated, and for early April it was a bit too cold. That was a property issue though and not the Liquid Life issue. I will be looking at other Liquid Life locations for next year!

Unit looks just as pictures show however the cleanliness was not great. I understand being at the beach tile floors may not always be spotless but I'm not sure that they had even been cleaned especially considering our 10 month old granddaughter found leftover food from I'm assuming the previous occupants. The unit could definitely stand some upgrading as it is pretty dated. Other than those few things we enjoyed our stay and will visit the area again for certain.

We loved this unit at the Phoenix West II. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We cooked in most nights and the kitchen was stocked with every pan and accessory we needed. We did have a problem with one of the queen beds. It was VERY tilted. I texted Liquid Life rentals, but they never sent anyone out. It was okay though. We just shifted the kids to that bed. The bathrooms were nice. The extra one in the hallway came in handy quite a few times. I would definitely stay in this unit again. We were worried about being on the 29th floor, but it was very nice and quiet. The elevators were only a problem one of the days, but we had the nicest worker at Phoenix help us out by getting us a service elevator. The a/c was cool, the couches were comfortable, and the large dining table fit us all. We had a few problems with groups of teens there for graduation trips at the slide and the pool, but that wasn't our host's problem. Phoenix II needs to have someone out there at all times to monitor when there are large groups that have no supervision. The slide became very dangerous because of their stunts.

I didn't like the way we had to go check in after going to our room. Also, I am 4 foot 10 inches and the check in desk is atleast 5 foot tall. Another thing is, this building has so much wasted space outside of the condos. Just wide open spaces that aren't used for anything. Oh, and the parking fee was unexpected. $35 to park is outrageous!

We had more than enough room and no one felt cramped. The location is excellent and the walk to the ocean is shortest of anywhere I have stayed. Very important when pulling carts/wagons full of kids, toys, chairs, coolers, umbrellas etc. No problems at all. Even got in several hours earlier. The property is well maintained and we will definitely will stay here again.

Our condo was clean and spacious. The view was INCREDIBLE…right on the beach. Pools were lovely. Well situated and convenient to everything including Gulf Shores. The condo is spacious and well decorated! Great location, gorgeous views. The cleaning crew does a great job; however, I will say that the carpets feel a bit grimy (which is kind of expected when constantly exposed to sand and gulf water). Also, the toilets don't flush easily - the handles are very hard to push down and one of the front bathrooms didn't flush at all. My biggest advice is to come prepared with additional toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, and perhaps a basic cleaning wipe/spray. There was only one roll of TP per bathroom (one ply and small), one roll of cheap quality paper towels, and NO cleaning supplies available. Also, if you plan on cooking, you will need to bring ALL food supplies (not even salt and pepper on hand). HOWEVER, if you didn't come on vacation to cook and clean -- you will probably be fine :) OVERALL, this is a FANTASTIC place and would highly recommend.

Gorgeous property!!! Plenty to keep kids entertained!! The condo was fabulous!! It was huge and beautifully decorated!! Definitely would request this unit again!

We had a wonderful time! Lazy river, slide for the kids wonderfully big bedrooms everything you needed! They even had a cooler if we had forgot and games for the kids plus movies! They thought of everything!! Will be using this condo again! Thanks for everything!!

We have stayed at many more condos, and this one is at the top! The living area and kitchen are beautiful. Couldn't ask for more! The pots, pans and the thousands of glasses are great. We will be back soon!

We are from Clearwater, Florida and enjoyed every minute of staying in this condo. We rented bikes and jet skiis. We recommend both! Small town so there's not too much to do, but if you're looking for a bar, the Flora Bama seems to be the place. Had an amazing stay and will be back!

Thank you for creating such a beautiful home away from home. We had several families we vacationed with, and they all said how much they loved the set up of the condo - especially the fully stocked barware. We will be back next year! Also, we ate at Louisiana Lagniappe. Everyone else must try it!

So modern while being warm and inviting. We had everything we need and then some available to us. It's on a great stretch of beach, and the amenities are excellent. Also, very spacious! We will definitely be back and will try for this exact condo.

As soon as we walked in, we were blown away. This is an amazing condo and it is obvious the owner has invested heavily into making it a true home away from home. It was immaculate, well decorated, and just comfortable in every way imaginable. The photos do not do justice to how nice this condo is and we would stay here again in a heartbeat. I have stayed in some amazing resort properties all over the world, and this truly rates a 5 star property.

This has been by far the nicest of all the places I have stayed at the beach! Beautiful view. The comforts of home in the condo. The Decor is above the top, wonderful work. My kids enjoyed having space. Look forward to coming back. Thanks for sharing your condo with others.
