Island Tower 2602 Penthouse

One of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed on the Alabama Gulf Coast. The views from the floor to ceiling windows wrap from the bay/lagoon and entrance provide almost 360* perspective of our favorite place on earth .. Gulf Shores/Orange Beach. The interior design and amenities were perfect for our big family birthday gathering … comfortable but so upscale. Thank you for making this beautiful property available. We would love to return.

Property was amazing! The views were outstanding. Place was clean. Did contact management once cause it gets really hot in master wirh bedroom door closed and couldnt get fan on but never heard back

Best part about this experience was the constant communication. If something is not right or missing it's fixed and the company is on top of it.The place is big enough for 10 easily. The house has everything to cook just need a trip to wallmart or Publix which are both close. I would stay here again for sure. Beach is beautiful and you can see rays sharks and dolphins from up high.

We had 10 people in our group: 6 adults, 3 teenagers & 1 baby in the penthouse. It was very clean & quiet with nice modern kitchen appliances & countertops. The 4 nice bathrooms had a tub & shower in each. They also had plenty of storage & nice decor. We loved having a washer & dryer to use! The elevator speed was average considering we were on the 26th floor. The views were fantastic! We saw sea turtles, stingrays & dolphins so be sure to bring binoculars & a nice zoom lens camera! The indoor & outdoor pools are a nice option but are rather small. The beach was very nice & clean. There were great places for entertainment, shopping & eating within walking distance. The parking garage is under the condo & has three floors to it. The only negative was check-in process needs to be explained a little better to guests. Guests receive a text only with a code after your room is ready. There is no front desk or person you talk to face-to-face. Also since the penthouse has more adults staying in it than a one family condo, a third parking pass would be very helpful since they are paying to stay and not just visiting for a few hours. There is enough parking available for that. Overall this is a great place to stay!

Rating Details:The property manager was very helpful.The vacation rental was spotless.I was very happy with the location.I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.Reviewer Comments:Rental was in excellent condition and spaciousWith quality furnishings.It was quiet and we were not disturbed by other occupants next door or below.Unfortunately the a/c was not working well and dispite 3 visits from maintenance over 2 days. It was finally fixed on Tuesday evening.

From the time we walked in to the suite until our last morning when we left, all we could all talk about was the views. Constantly on the main balcony searching the sandbar for stingrays or ocean life of any kind. We loved our stay and would highly recommend staying at this property. The kitchen was top notch and the over all space was great. The windows with views everywhere made our decision to stay here very easy. perfect fit for our family vacation. We had 9 people stay here and never felt like we were on top of each other with all the balconies and spaces to play games and cook. We will be back and book again! This unit is a very good price with a lot of bang for the buck! The million dollar view and watching the sunsets on the west side are breathtaking!

Absolutely beautiful view from this 26th floor condo!! Condo was beautifully decorated and extremely spacious!! Will stay there again. Only downside was there are only 2 elevators for this property which makes wait times long!!

The condo was very nice. We did have to buy a pitcher to make iced tea, otherwise it was well equipped. The parking garage was a little tight.

We loved our stay at the Island Towers penthouse. The views are unbelievable and the condo is spacious and well laid out. The pools and the gym were small but nice. The location is great. We enjoyed walking to several nearby stores and restaurants. Only two little issues during our stay. The cleaning prior to our stay wasn't very good. My wife spent an hour recleaning the master bathroom. The other issue is the mattress in the master bedroom is too soft. Overall this place is simply amazing.

Fantastic property! Amazing views from this property. We loved the size and openness of the great room/kitchen, and that it sat so many people. The furniture was sturdy and of well quality. When I booked the property, I was worried about being so high, and the demand on the elevator sometimes; however, the elevators were not a problem all week long, just a little wait time on check in/out day. We had a few minor repair issues… like a lightbulb not working, button not working, and the servicemen were there right away, and I also would receive follow up calls to make sure everything was OK. We would definitely rent the property again.
