This was by far one of the best places we have stayed in this area! Everything was perfect and clean. The kitchen offered so much more than your normal place. This place is huge and has so much space. We will be staying here every time we come to this area if it’s available.

We came to gulf shores for a family vacation over fall break! This property was wonderful at the Lighthouse Penthouse suite! The owner was kind enough to off us to stay here at no additional cost as where we originally booked was being renovated! Everything was great! View was amazing, property was very clean! The jet tubs didn’t work, but that wasn’t N issue for us! We loved our stay! Thank you for a wonderful reset over fall break!

My husband and I brought our 5 children down to Gulf Shores for the first time ever and booked at the Colonnade. We were very satisfied with the facilities and our condo. It afforded our family plenty of space to retreat to our own rooms/bathrooms or come together at the dinner table. The location is central to almost everything. The only minor blemish, there was mold on the bunkbed rooms’ shower curtain. Overall, the stay was fabulous and just what we wanted!!

The condo is in a beautiful location, with amenities(pool, hot tub, fitness center), was definitely what we were needing with the four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Beds were all very comfortable, Wi-Fi worked the majority of the time. I was just alittle confused about the beach restoration project that closed the beach with all the construction equipment running 24-7 for the first two full days of our stay. We were very happy with the condo itself, just wondering if we could have been notified about the noisy restoration project ahead of time, I’m sure someone must have known about it with our stay coming. As I said the place was great itself, and once the construction was gone we enjoyed the remainder of our time resting and walking the beach.

This place was amazing for our large crew of adults and kids. It had so much more space than we could have imagined. Plenty of bathrooms, so fighting over showers was not an issue. Pool and hot tub access were fantastic. The place was clean and well-supplied. We would definitely stay here again

Great views and impressive condo. I saw several mentions in prior reviews that had issues with security. We had no issues with them and our only interaction with them was with them was courteous. I would say that maybe the mattresses are due for an update and could have been a more comfortable but not so much that it stopped me giving 5 stars

Really enjoyed the stay and the condo and location. Close enough to walk down to Sea N Suds for a lunch or drink and good walk down to State Park pier. There is also a Market just down the street for food and drink items and souvenirs. Condo had plenty of room and great views. Only negative was the fridge shelves had been broke so hard to put food drinks in there and the stand alone ice maker would have been great but it didnt work. They apologized and said they would get fixed. But if they do get those fixed, I would highly recommend this place!

There was plenty of room for all of us and having 4 bathrooms was a huge plus. The condo was in a great location, it was great being able to walk out right to the beach or pool/hot tub. It was also located in a good place where it was a quick drive to orange beach. Everything was clean and easy to use. The kitchen was a good size to accommodate all. Finally, customer service was helpful whenever we needed to communicate. I’d recommend vacationing in Gulf Shores at this condo as it was very family friendly. 4/5 stars for property general condition because within the 5 days we were there the elevator was down multiple times

Condo was as advertised, very clean location was excellent our family was very happy with the rental and would definitely recommend this property to anyone. The only issue encountered, we rented this property for the pool and hot tub which were both out of order for repairs during the first half of our trip, the pool was filled for the last half of our stay but was ice cold and unusable for the remainder of our visit the hot tub never did re-open during our stay. We were given notice one week prior to arrival that the pool and hot tub could possibly be closed, when we called to get more information the lady on the phone made the comment "Whats the big deal you have the largest pool outside your back door" did not appreciate the comment.

We rented this condo for our annual girls beach weekend. It was perfect for our needs. Nicely decorated. Slept 10 adults comfortably. Kitchen was well stocked. Keurig and drip coffee maker. Good pantry for storage. Additional ice maker at the bar was nice. Views were amazing. Plenty of seating on balcony. Everything was fresh and clean. Easy walk to the beach. Pool was clean. We would definitely stay again. Only complaints are nitpicky... -Not enough coffee mugs and most were tiny, so need more and bigger ones -Fabric on one of the balcony chairs was really worn so you were sitting on the bar, which was uncomfortable

Our family had such a nice vacation, the weather was more rain than sunshine but the Condo was perfect! Very Clean, everything you need, well stocked, only thing missing would be dishwear and Glasses for small children, we had 5 kids. The dryer is an ongoing problem, at least 2 full cycles to dry a smalll load, but very thankful for the convenience of taking home clean clothes, leaving the sand there!!

This condo was beautiful with so much room for my family of 6. We loved how each of our children had their own beds. The view was awesome and the check-in and check-out process was simple and flawless. The only slight negative we had was the lack of space in the kitchen for our own groceries that we purchased when we got there. That being said, our stay was simply delightful!!

We had 9 adults and 3 children. We ranged in age from infant to 80. We played on the beach starting in the morning and ended with crab hunting at night. People could come and go at their leisure to take naps while others stayed. The pool was perfect for our 3 year old. We loved the location to dolphin cruises ( which we saw several on the beach and from our balcony), fishing charters, golf courses, and food. Also, need to mention a 30 minute trip to Alligator Alley. A great family stop especially for kids and dads.

We love this property and the location. Close to the main road in, right on the beach, plenty of space, and the beach was NOT over crowded (July). There are 10 of us that spend a week in this condo and we always feel that there is plenty of room and seating for everyone. The unit is extremely clean and tastefully decorated. However, there are a few issues that need to be resolved. The first and most frustrating issue is with the dryer. We had to restart the dryer 2-3 times just to get a load of towels dry. And with 10 people, this was a daily task - very time consuming. Another issue, and a definite safety issue was with the boardwalk out to the beach. The last step off of the boardwalk onto the beach is extremely dangerous. It is a very far drop off. Going down to the beach isn't as bad as coming up. We watched people all week struggle with getting up from the sand to the steps and even watched some fall as they were attempting to pull themselves up. Overall, our stay was excellent and I would highly recommend this condo.

We had a lovely family vacation. The condo was very clean & kitchen well supplied to meet our needs.There were 11 of us and we ate all our meals at the condo due to Covid-19 precautions. The clothes dryer took several cycles to dry but was not a big issue. The large balcony was awesome to sit and relax with the gorgeous view of the Gulf. I would definently rent there again and would recommend for a large group. Our biggest concern was parking being allowed only 2 vehicles for this large of a group. We we not given any guidance on options which was extremely frustrating due to threat of being towed. The manager,Paula, sent a message that we may be able to get more passes if the building was not full. The lot had 30+ empty spaces but was told they still could not issue more passes. I called the security number and they assured me we were okay overnight and to check with them in the morning. The security guard was awesome, giving us 2 temporary passes,understanding we would have to move if needed. We did not need to! Overall a wonderful experience.

We love the location, the simplicity of the complex, the amazing view from both inside the condo and on the balony, the brightness and openness of the condo, and having the beach and ocean "in our back yard". Beautiful condo. Well stocked kitchen. We stayed in another unit in this building last year. The units have beautiful views! Love being right on the beach. Our kids and grandkids were with us and the rooms worked out great. Dryer took a long time to dry clothes. Really liked the extra ice maker. Would stay in this unit again! Had a great time! Our family had a wonderful stay. Property was very nice although had to contact management on a few things that we did not have. Also had an issue with dryer not working properly. I did see other reviews which commented on this before. It seems to be an ongoing issue. The condo was spacious and we loved the digital lock on the door instead of a key for entry. There were no curtains or blinds for the sliding glass door facing the beach. It was no issue for us because no one was sleeping on sofa. Just a lot of light in the morning. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at 903 Colonnades in February 2019! In fact, we loved it so much that we are returning for Jan & Feb 2020. We enjoyed the simplicity of the building with it being a smaller complex for easy parking, quick elevator access, and having the beach in our “back yard”. The unit is very spacious with its 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, but still comfortable if you aren’t hosing or entertaining large groups. Everything was clean and any issues were taken care of quickly. The location is great with being on the beach, close to the State Park, close to 59, and walking distance to a few restaurants. Gulf2Beach is a delight to deal with! The close group of ladies make you feel like a part of their family … and I really mean that! We just got back from our trip and are already counting down the days for our return! Loved it, loved it, loved it!!

We enjoyed our stay at Colonnades 903 immensely! Positives: walking distance to beach, clean pool, clean unit, fresh linens, modern furnishings, decently stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, ample space for family of 10, GREAT value! Negatives: curtains to block sun in bedrooms are needed, malfunctioning dryer (maintenance was notified on last day and apparently repaired since we left, so huge plus!), pool had a tad too much chlorine, pantry locked off so no food storage space We'll be back next summer!

Took 2-3 full cycles to get clothes semi-dry Very clean Great views Saw tons of dolphins Jellyfish an issue in gulf July 2018 (purple flag every day) Gulf shores has unique “rules” regarding canopies. Can only be put up in back row far from beach. We saw tons of guests not see rules on 1st day and try to put them up right at the edge of shore only to have to take them down We would definitely come back

Pool and beach access was very convenient. Some reviews say the hangout was within walking distance and it is but is a hike - about 20 minutes or more. There were elevator issues during our stay - often only one was working which during the busy times would be a little annoying, but they were usually fixed pretty quickly. Overall we had an amazing stay here and would definitely recommend it!

Luckily he stayed just far enough east to leave us alone but even if we did get hit, this condo would have been a great place to ride it out. Very roomy, clean and well maintained. We spent more time on the gulfside deck than in any inside rooms and it was great. The view is wonderful. The location is great with the Pink Pony Pub and the Hangout in walking distance. Just a note on getting around - Uber can't pickup in Gulf Shores so download Lyft. We would stay here again if we had to do it all over.

The view from the balcony is amazing. It even had it'S very own ice maker, which made things easier. Condo was so clean and neat. The only thing we missed was a coffee pot!
