Condo spacious. Easy access to everything. Loved the balcony. Condo could have been cleaned better. Lots of dust under barstools,beds, and some red material spilled behind tv stand.

we came to play… and… play we did… our condo was just as described… clean.. spacious… and a wonderful retreat from the heat… the only issues were that the refrigerator leaked a bit.. and… the mirrored glass door handles fell off… it was just the adhesive gave way… we really enjoyed our stay.. and … we would rent this condo again!!! MS MAGIC 8U SOFTBALL!!!

We had an amazing stay here with liquid life! We stayed the duration of 5 days and this Airbnb had everything we needed. Very spacious with all the amenities one would need for a comfortable stay. We loved having breakfast and dinner on the balcony with the ocean view and having such easy access to the beach in the afternoons. Would highly reccomend this airbnb for anyone. Reasonably priced and a great location.

Thank you for your review, Ken! We are glad you enjoyed your stay. We charge all guests for one parking pass when the reservation is made. By doing that, each guest pays less up front, and they can add that second pass if they choose to do so. It's the same as with other companies, but we just give guests the option to add a second pass later so you aren't charged for passes you don't need. I hope that clears some things up for you!

TV in every room was a touch. Wonderful Ocean Front balcony with new patio furniture. Steps to the beach and pool was great too! Clean and comfortable. Overall outstanding and would stay here again. Some suggestions. If you like to cook the pots and pans need an upgrade, could use a electric gridle too. The waffle maker handle was broken. We had a water leak in the master bath coming from the ceiling around a light fixture. Maintenance came right up. The leak stopped, not sure what the resolve was. Instructions on how to use the TV remotes would be helpful. We had immediate help getting the correct password for wifi. Again, we love this unit and would stay here again.

Overall, we were very satisfied with the property and the location was wonderful. The only issues we had was that the pictures showed an additional twin bed in the room with the single double bed so sleeping arrangements had to be amended a bit. There were also a couple of broken items in the rooms but that did not affect our stay. There was an issue with the water heater but when I texted the manager about it they had someone out to fix it within 24 hours. We would absolutely stay there again.

Close to beach and nice but lacked things that usually come with condos. Only partial roll of TP in both bathrooms. One kitchen dish towel and paper towel. We’d stay again if price was right

We set every condo up with a started kit, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom,1 trash bag per can, 1 dishwashing tab, and 1 detergent tab. This is to help guests get settled in when they first arrive. Due to each stay being a different length of time, we have the started kit to be fair for each guest that arrives. We had two families of five stay in this condo and it worked out great! There was enough room for all of us and towels and bedding were provided. It was very clean when we got there and the staff did a good job of communicating with us ahead of time. Loved having a place that faces the beach. Great view! Would definitely stay here again. This is our second time staying at Summer House and we loved it even more! It is very safe and family-friendly. The condo was very clean however some of the outlets didn’t work and several of the cabinets were unstable and fell out when opening. That didn’t impact us however!! We love this place and will come back!

It was great! Myself and a few friends stayed here for a few days for an end of the summer getaway. The condo was clean and met all our expectations. The beach access is exactly what we wanted and the pool was very nice as well. Everything in Orange Beach was easily accessible and had little to no traffic. We plan on returning next summer!

Great condo, loved the location and access to the beach. Water was too chilly to use the outdoor pool, but we loved the beach and ocean. Several of the kitchen cabinet drawers were broken/off track when we arrived, but didn't hinder our stay. Nice touch with an ice maker in the kitchen! Beds in ALL of the rooms were very squeaky... a bit annoying when trying to sleep! But we will be back!
