Welcome to Caribe Resort 1204C – a spacious and beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo that comfortably sleeps 9. This unit is fully handicap accessible and designed with convenience and comfort in mind.

Enjoy tiled floors throughout and an open-concept living area featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, a 66-inch TV, and access to a large private balcony—perfect for soaking in the stunning views. The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a dining table, bar seating, and a wet bar with a built-in ice maker and beverage cooler.

The primary bedroom offers a king bed, a loveseat that converts into a twin bed, private balcony access, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a double sink vanity, a tiled walk-in shower, and a jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom also features a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom is perfect for families or groups, with a queen-size bed, a full-size bed, and an ensuite bathroom with shared hallway access. All bedrooms are equipped with TVs for added comfort.

For added convenience, the unit includes an in-unit washer and dryer, making it the perfect home away from home on the coast.

Dining is a delight at Cobalt, the on-site restaurant known for its exquisite cuisine and beautiful waterfront views. Additional conveniences include an outdoor BBQ area, fishing docks, and a shuttle service to the beach, making Caribe Resort an ideal choice for a memorable beachside escape. Additional amenities include a full-service marina, perfect for boating enthusiasts, and an arcade room for indoor entertainment. The resort also features private cabanas, a tiered outdoor pool area, and a convenient beach trolley service. Boat slip rentals are available for those who wish to explore the waters.

MONTHLY RENTALS

The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

The minimum age to book this property is 25 years or older. Valid photo identification is required to verify age and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Nice condo, large balcony with Beautiful waterfront view. Host wasn’t responsive to messages 2weeks prior to stay but yet departure notice was received 3 times before the date. Needs to clearly state instructions for acquiring boat slips/passes/costs etc.

Highly recommend! This was our first time on the Gulf and at Orange Beach. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed for cooking in, however, also located short drive to many great options for eating out.
The resort was beautiful! Mother Nature wasn’t exactly cooperative our entire stay, so the kids used the indoor pools mostly. It was spring break week, so seemed extra noisy at times. We were thankful the master BR was on water side, do it did not disturb our sleep. The views from balcony were phenomenal. Speaking of balcony….HUGE!. We would definitely return.

The location is perfect! The home has everything you need with a beautiful fully stocked kitchen. Our family of 7 had plenty of space to move around and were very comfortable. We didn’t find the EZBed until the day of our checkout but my sons did not mind crashing on the King Bed and sofa.

This place was beautiful and very spacious. supplies were provided as described. Within distance of grocery stores, restaurants, and souvenir shops. There is a trolley that takes you to the beach, the staff at the resort are very pleasant.

First off you would be pressed to find a better view. Most of the unit is well maintained. The Master Bed Mattress was bit more worn than the other beds. Otherwise the amenities were great. staff were friendly and helpful definitely would recommend.

One of the nicest condos we have stayed in. Very well furnished. A beautiful, very well supplied kitchen with everything you need including utensils and a nice big refrigerator. Little touches like additional fans were nice. The full size laundry facility was nice. The seating was 5 star. Plenty of seating whether your were eating, sitting on the deck or relaxing in the living room. Love that everything was so open and a full beautiful view of the water. One of the highlights was sitting on the balcony and enjoying a beautiful sunset while watching boats going by. I couldn't think of one thing that we needed that wasn't provided.
