Our trip was for a few days so getting into the condo and enjoying our vacation was important. We got to the condo at 4:02 and the condo was not ready. We waited outside for additional 25 minutes before our condo was cleaned. That evening, when taking a shower there was hair in the drain. Then we got the sofa sleeper ready to sleep in but we didn't have any sheets for it. It was too late in the evening to call anyone about it. We did call the following day and the property brought over a set very quickly. We ran out of toilet paper the second night of our trip. There was only one roll per bathroom. We just bought extra because it was late at night. The location was excellent. Directly on the beach. Gorgeous view.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very nice and loved the layout. Access to the beach and the beach in general was fantastic. Neighbors and residents were very friendly. Wish we would have known there were no basic condiments like salt and pepper, seasoning or coffee filters. I guess we assumed there would be. Also struggled some before the vacation with no communication as far as getting the final payment made and communication as to condo entry instructions. After we did make the final payment, we were told we would get entry instructions 7 days before our reservation started, but we got nothing and that had me worried. I finally received a communication 3 days before the trip. In the future it would be nice to stick to the original instructions and not ghost a paying customer. But overall it was a very nice place and a great time at the beach.

I booked this property for 9 adults due to it's location. My friends and I were able to walk to the flora bama (0.5 mile) which was great for individuals that come and go as they please. The property management company was very responsive to my request for an extra parking pass, and the on site security were no hassle when other friends met us at the beach. Easy checkin, great location, A+

The Broadmoor Condo is very nice and quite. The location is wonderfully accessible to many parks, stores and restaurants. During our stay there was work on the parking lot but there was ample parking. The actual condo we stayed in was very clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable as well as the furniture. The kitchen was completely equipped with every possible thing a cook might need. New appliances and plenty of table and seating space. The washer and dryer worked well. The pool isn't heated but the hot tub is nice.

A smaller condo complex in comparison to others, which we liked. We met a couple who own and live in a unit. The owners all take great pride in caring for the complex. It was a very nice condo with nice layout and furnishings. The parking garage is under construction and spaces are tight. If necessary, directly across the street is a shared gravel lot that can be used.

We've been renting condos in the Gulf Shores area at least every other year for the last 15 years and this was by far the best property we've ever rented. It's spacious and well-appointed, on the lower floor of the building with easy access. The beach is such a short walk and the pool / hot tub / gym are just steps away. The furniture and decor are high quality and have an elegant Italian Villa vibe rather than a strictly beach vibe. The kitchen has everything you would need and more. It's obvious the owners spend a good amount of time here and have thought of everything. Tons of games and DVD's to stay entertained and the view is incredible. The patio is small but the furniture is very nice unlike some condos with huge balconies and no furniture. And it's very clean! To be fair, there were a few negatives but nothing to deter from staying here: 1. the parking garage is currently under renovation which will last 1-2 years. This means parking is limited. We were able to secure a second parking pass after receiving an email that said we could only have one, but we did have to pay the building manager $50 for it. Beats parking off-site and finding your way back tho. 2. The parking garage has some very tight spaces. If you're in a large truck or SUV good luck! 3. The jets in the jacuzzi tub in the master didn't work. 4. There is only a sheer curtain on the master bedroom patio door and no curtain at all on the living room patio door. We will certainly be back again!

Upon arrival there always a strong musty odor throughout the entire condo and mold/water damage on some walls, ceilings. There was also one toilet that was broken and we were not able to use throughout our stay. The jacuzzi tub was nice however the hot water tank wasn’t large enough to fill above the 2nd jet so we were not able to do se the jets. The view was great and this is a 1st floor condo. The location was great and overall we enjoyed our stay.The owners had great communication and were very responsive to our concerns, although all could not be addressed immediately/during our stay.

Only had three small things on our list of dislikes. 1 - there was a hole in the ceiling above one of the showers (like an access hole to get to pipes). 2. The fridge took forever to cool. It had been turned up to the warmest setting for some reason. Took about a day to fully cool, but then we were good. 3. A rug is definitely needed by the front door to help catch sand from shoes. Construction was ongoing, but wasn’t anything we couldn’t overlook. (Other units seemed to have more of an issue with noise.) the whole place is going to be amazing when it’s completed! And the beach was amazing. Soooo much LESS CROWDED than Gulf Shore. We’re already planning our next trip!

My teenage grandkids loved it because they could go to the pool or the ocean and we could sit on the balcony and watch them. If we get to go again, we will stay here. The only downside was the parking. Usually everyone but the driver had to get out before the car was parked.

Unit well appointed and larger than expected. More construction work being done then anticipated. Workers starting before 8am not great. Parking was very tight. Again, very nice unit.

The property was nice. We did have a gnat problem and saw a couple of bugs in one bathroom. The rental company was prompt in spraying. We would definately stay again. The pool and beach were steps away!

There was mold in the corner of the queen room ceiling and the mattress needs replaced. There were only 2 washcloths for us to use. Fully stocked amazing kitchen. Huge walk in closet in the king master. The beach wasn't crowded and you could be on the beach in a few steps. We loved that.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Broadmoor 105Amazing Condo! The beds were amazingly comfortable with breath taking views. We loved the covered parking. The only thing that wasn’t a big deal is the master shower is smaller than what the two guest rooms have. It is walking distance to Flora Bama. Don’t miss out on eating at the jellyfish restaurant, Cobalt, Cosmos, going to the outlet mall and the French Quarter at Fairhope. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Condo. The view was spectacular. The beach was beautiful. This was our first time coming to Gulf Shores and we fell in love with this Condo and the beautiful beach. Lots of things to do with the grandkids. Wonderful experience.

We really enjoyed our time at Broadmoor 105. The furnishings were of very good quality, the beds were comfortable, and the master suite was wonderful. The living area was very comfortable for our party of seven. We would definitely book again!

We had car trouble when we were getting ready to leave at 2:00am. We had to get the keys back and stay the remainder of the time there waiting for the car. We actually stayed a little over our limit. It was greatly appreciated

We had a total of 9 girls stay here on our trip and everyone was able to sleep/get ready comfortably! The staff was easy to deal with on check in and check out. It's right on top of the beach and a short walk to Flora Bama! The kitchen was fully stocked with all the dishes/utensils/appliances we need for cooking for the entire weekend. I highly recommend this condo to anyone! It's by far the nicest condo I've personally have ever stayed in.

The condo is very nice and clean, with plenty of room for our group of 8 adults and 2 kids. The walk down to the beach takes all of 30 seconds, so it was very convenient for a family with young kids. Great location- it is a little bit further down from the crowded area in OB. We will definitely stay again.
