Loved our stay. loved the convenience of being on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool and beach. Unit was clean and very nice. We took advantage of the umbrella in hte master closet... and we purchased and left behind for others two beach chairs in hte master closet. We may plan another spring trip down next year ... and would rent this unit again!!! I was on Business the following week... so it was nice for the wife to and me to have 6 days to enjoy the coast before heading off to work in mid Alabama.

The location is close to a lot of restaurants. The beach was great and closer than the photos made it seem. Other tenants were respectful and quiet and parking was nice. The ad didn't say but the bed is a queen size. This unit was not the biggest we've stayed in but was comfortable for a couple. The grounds were very well maintained, especially the pool. So overall it was very good and we would stay again.

Beautiful, elegantly decorated condo. Wonderful location and view. (Right across street from a Walmart) We even enjoyed watching the thunderstorms roll thru from the balcony. Watched dolphins playing in the surf and sharks swimming along. Very quiet. I never even heard voices coming from the neighbors, only the occasional door. Only hiccup was beach access gate quit working but maintenance was quick to prop it open to allow access. Lots of yummy places to eat. We will definitely be back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is very clean and updated. The furniture looks great and not worn at all. The bed is a bit firm but still comfortable. No issue with the condo or it’s amenities at all. Check in was quick and the grounds are very well kept, each morning there was someone checking the pool and picking up trash and straightening the chairs. In the evening there was a security person checking the gate and keeping the area safe. Plenty of parking on site and they have nice carts to help with hauling items. There are a lot of kids staying here with their families so it is noisy early in the morning and it seems people don’t have a care in the world about talking loud or yelling to each other from balconies late at night or early in the morning before 8am. That was our only frustration. If we return we will get a unit up higher that 3rd floor. Again the property was kept up very well, pool was always crystal clear.

Excellent choice for 2 adults. Room was clean, up to date and excellent view of the beach. It’s also in the perfect location of Orange Beach with groceries, shops, and restaurants literally on the other side of the street. Very pleased with our stay at this facility as the facility is very well maintained with all of the amenities such as plenty of lounge chairs by the pool, beach chairs for rental, plenty of carts for loading and unloading. You won’t be disappointed with the stay here.

We enjoyed our time in the unit. We stayed for 4 nights and 5 days and loved the proximity to the beach and the pool. The bed was extremely comfortable for us and we had just about every amenity we needed. The refrigerator's ice maker was not hooked up to the water supply, so we did need to get our own ice, but that was not an issue with multiple stores nearby. Overall we enjoyed it and would stay there again!

Our stay at SunSwept was wonderful. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and the condo was decorated so nicely. We had everything we needed to cook each night of our stay. The views were amazing, and I loved that the pool was facing the beach. My only critiques are small…the bed was very hard and the ceiling fan was incredibly loud, so sleeping was not ideal. Also, the truck came to empty the dumpsters outside at 4:30 each morning and didn’t help with the difficulty sleeping. Other than that, I would definitely recommend SunSwept. It was a great, family-friendly stay.

The management called me the day prior to arriving about their office closing the day I was to arrive. They let me know I could check in early if I wanted because the condo had been vacant. Wonderful one bedroom condo with pull-out sofa, as well. Bright, open and airy with large balcony overlooking the pool and Gulf. This condo only has a full-size bed but we managed. Had a great stay and this is now our "go-to" spot on the beach.
