This was our first time to this area and we didn't know what to expect. All our friends have been here so we wanted to experience what OB/GS had to offer. I was concerned about reviews stating the elevator was slow, especially since we're on the 15th floor, but after a week we really only had to wait once during peak time, rarely did we have to wait more than a few minutes. Check-in took a while at the front desk because there were several checking in at the same time and only one employee. We had an issue with not being given our parking code at check-in but security quickly helped resolve the issue and we were pleasantly surprised to have underground parking! The property has plenty of carts to transport bags and groceries to your room, the unit had everything we needed for our group of 6. The couch seating area was a little narrow and uncomfortable to watch movies on the one rainy day. The Dish/TV kept having to be reset but we managed okay. The pools and splash pad were great for our young grandsons, The condo is close to everything so if you're looking for touristy things and places, this is perfect. If you're looking for laid back, this may not be it. There were a lot of young families and everyone was polite and kind, locals and travelers. Definitely a nice place to stay if you don't mind crowds. Checkout process was super easy.

Enjoyed our stay but check-in was a hassle. Condo wasn't ready at the expected time.. We had to wait over an hour to get into the unit. Otherwise it was great.

This is a great place to stay especially if you have kids! My 2 year old loved the splash pad! The room was great for my family of 3 and just as described. I took one star away due to there being a few things I noticed that weren't cleaned well when we arrived and we had issues with our lock not wanting to open a few times but nothing major, I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location + wonderful communication! We have been coming to Orange Beach for our "friends" trip for years and we're definitely not disappointed this year! We had a small issue with the air but thankfully it didn't make a big impact on our trip and maintenance came to check it out. Would book again!

Great location. Wake up to the view of the beach right outside your door. Condo was very clean and fully stocked. Family friendly. Enough space for our family of five. Only thing you need to bring are your beach toys and chairs.

This was the absolute best and most convenient location I've experienced my over 20 years of coming to the beach. I wasn't sure about the first floor but it was nice not having to wait for the elevator. The rooms and bathrooms were large and the deck was very large. I will definitely book here next year.

Wish we could've stayed longer. Clean and nice place with great view of the Gulf. Location close to great restaurants and just a short drive to Gulf Shores. Would book again. Nice not having upstairs neighbors.

This place was great. Clean, big space, great location to tons of food and right on the beach. Our almost 2 year old LOVED the indoor & outdoor pool and the pirate themed splash pad! Room has a day's worth of starters for laundry, dishes, TP, paper towels etc and tons of stores nearby to stock up on your own!

Property was great for the needs we had. Fit the four of us well. Location was great and view was gorgeous. Kids enjoyed indoor and outdoor pool. Toaster still needs replaced but we were prepared for that from other reviews we read. This was our first time to the orange beach area and we will return.

Not a complaint, just an FYI: they provide one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one trash bag for the kitchen, laundry soap and dishwasher detergent for one load. If you run out you provide the rest. There was also no hand soap for the bathrooms. Again, not a complaint. Just FYI. 1000000% would come back.

The location and amenities were wonderful. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, etc. Here are some things I wish I had known before arriving: * There are 4 bath towels per bathroom (8 total). No extras are provided so plan to do laundry. * Only two rolls of toilet paper are provided for the week, so bring extra. We definitely enjoyed our trip and would stay again!

We set every condo up with a started kit, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom,1 trash bag per can, 1 dishwashing tab, and 1 detergent tab. This is to help guests get settled in when they first arrive. Due to each stay being a different length of time, we have the started kit to be fair for each guest that arrives. We apologize if it was not enough for your stay, but this was all listed out in your arrival emails that you received before you arrived. We loved our stay so much we'll probably be back. Being on the top floor you have the most amazing views of the ocean and beach. We could see dolphins swimming and jumping every morning from the balcony. The condo was clean and had everything you'd need in the kitchen. Check in/out was a breeze and we never had any issues on the property. We never used the pool but it looked nice. The beach was just too nice to avoid. We loved everything about our stay.
