The view was perfect!!! Loved that it was also visible from one of the bedrooms. Balcony very relaxing and had enough room for my husband and I to enjoy a meal outside together. It was very tranquil sitting out there and listening to the waves both day and night. The beach access was great with 2 showers. Washer and dryer is alway a plus inside the condo. Plenty of carts for bringing your belonging up and down; 2 elevators kept wait time down. You get a code so you do not have to keep up with a key. The location was wonderful- very close to grocery, dining, the marinas. I recommend the Surfside Pizza located across the street. Coastal was delicious also. You could technically walk to both but we drove. The appliances and TVs could use some updating.We will definitely book this property again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a nice little spot. A little basic but it was comfortable and worked for our needs. Coastal Properties communicated very well and gave us a heads up on the check in details. Room stayed cool and we seemed to have what we needed in the cabinets and drawers. The elevators had several issues during our stay. One incident where someone even got stuck in it. Beach was a bit crowded. Overall, We enjoyed our stay at 706 Sun Swept and would stay again.

We had a great time at this property. It is a older condo but everything was clean and met our needs. We come for the beach and restaurants and it was exactly what we paid for. Great views of the beach. Love that we could walk right to the beach with hardly a walk. Short drive to all the best restaurants. I loved that a Walmart and grocery stores were just across the street. I did wish our bed mattress had a mattress cover and a better blanket. But other than that our stay was so smooth. I also loved that they have a security guard on site. I felt very safe there.

Touch pad entry and no keys necessary is super nice for no worries on losing keys. Plenty of luggage carts, easy elevator access from parking lot (no big parking garage and lobby etc. nice and simple). Cozy two bedroom, decent furnishings, comfortable, lovely patio over the pool and ocean, and plenty of space for a family of four. Very comfortable. This is not a stuffy, fancy, resort type place. If you want fully updated and perfect, go elsewhere. This is a great family condo with super easy access to beach, pool, and grocery store right across the street. The only two complaints I would have: dryer takes three full cycles to dry clothes (but it was still nice to have laundry in the unit), and the entry to and from complex requires u-turn which is sometimes a challenge at busy hours (generally not a big deal, just a minor inconvenience). Location of complex is great with each access to shopping and activities. We would stay here again.

5 out of 5 stars! Couldn’t have asked for a better weekend. The property manager made our after hours check in a breeze. The condo was clean and well stocked and you can’t beat that view either! EXTREMELY close to everything! Dining, quick breakfasts, activities for the kids. We loved our stay and look forward to coming back to this condo again in the near future! The property was just as described. It is a great condo, beachfront, renovated, and secure. Felt at home, and appreciated the extra care for doors going to and from the beach, and the security guard patrolling the premises. Can't wait to stay again next year!
