Grandparents family of 6. Condo was spacious, with nice furnishings & nicely updated. Comfortable beds. This was the best stocked kitchen we have ever stayed in- everything you need for cooking and baking. Great beach view from the patio. Perfect location . We enjoyed our stay!

The condo was amazing! had plenty of room for our group of 5, could have easily fit more people. super easy access to the beach, the balcony was amazing! one of the bathroom had some cosmetic issues in the shower, but other than that everything was super clean. we had an issue with the ice maker making a loud noise, but the host was super quick to respond and mediate the issue! would book again!

The condo was decorated with beach vibe, Best view of beach being on the 5th floor. Kitchen stocked with everything you needed to cook. Enjoyed the stay.Issues were fan broken in third bedroom, hair dryer broken in third bathroom. Couch white was spotted here and there was dirty. Floor carpet dirty spots and not vacuumed in areas. All bath showers and tubs very dated.

Great place with a great view. Only complaint would be to replace the washer and dryer with a higher end option (dryer takes several cycles to dry small loads) and the washer is small capacity. Dishwasher could use an upgrade to. Just personal opinion on such a beautiful place. Would stay again!

Even though the building is old, the unit was decorated nicely, had plenty of room, and provided lots of chairs on balcony for great Gulf views. Communication with managing company, Liquid Life, was excellent. Place was clean but did have to ask them to come and clean all ceiling fans since they were covered in black dust. There were a few stains on white slip covered sofa and also on white pillow sham on one of the beds but I guess that can be expected when everything is white. Would come here again.

My overall experience was a good one. Condo was nice. Had a few cosmetic issues and the couch had stains on it when we arrived but all beds were nice and clean. Check in was delayed about an hour due to the condo still being cleaned but our family enjoyed our vacation and would book again.

My two adult children, 4-yr old granddaughter, and I enjoyed our 3-bedroom condo overlooking the Gulf and pool and look forward to doing it again. Beautiful condo. Very relaxing stay. One con... I've stay in VRBOs several times a year and have for many years and this was the first time we had to buy so much extra stuff that was not provided by condo owner... beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, etc. Every VRBO beach condo I've ever stayed in has a closet full of stuff for guests to use. So just be prepared for the extra costs.

5 lifelong friends from all over the east coast spent a partial week at the condo in Gulf Shores. It met our expectations overall but the balcony exceeded our expectations!! We spent the majority of the time there when at the condo snd not sleeping. We did however have to bring a chair out from inside to accommodate 5 of us sitting. Location was very convenient to everything we wanted to do. Only minor complaint is that the slip cover on the couch was dirty but being how it was white, not easy to stay white. Beds were comfortable. We had a problem with flushing one of the toilets but it was fixed right away. The screen on the balcony door exiting the living area needs be replaced as the screen was pulled away from the frame. We loved our time in Gulf Shores and would definitely recommend this condo!!

Decorated so cute, fully stocked kitchen, beautiful views! The building had a nice pool. Only complaint about about the unit was the dryer did not work. Did not find out till night before we left. Clothes never dried. As for the building the only complaint was parking was an issue. Unit had 3 bedrooms and we had 3 couples with cars but only 2 cars were allowed but we didn't know that till we arrived. Other than that it was great!

This is only the third Condo we have ever stayed, always rented a beach house, because the stairs became to much for us oldies we chose a condo. I wish we had found this condo 17 years ago. it was excellent. It was clean, well kept, very spacious, and reasonable price. In fact we have already booked it for 2022. Had one problem with upper rack on the dishwasher, called management company and man said roller was broken, had to order replacement, we could only use lower rack. That was no problem for us, 2 people have few dirty dishes, since we dine out a lot. If I could suggest something that would make this place perfect it would be a small recliner. Old folks are prone to nap often. ;-)

When we checked in, we were told the dishwasher was not working and the dryer vent door needed replacing. Maintenance came by and told us they would have to send someone the next day because no one would be available on Sunday. No one showed up on Monday. We figured out how to put the vent door on and get it out with a hanger and made do. On Tuesday I called to ask if someone was coming to fix the dishwasher. They said they didn't see where an order has been put in. I called back Wednesday and the girl was rude like I was asking for too much. On checkout day Thursday it remained broken. We washed the dishes by hand which was no big deal but not a sanitary idea for those coming in behind us. As far as the condo itself, it was great. It was very clean, well laid out and exactly as described. There was nothing to complain about with it, but the owners might want to look at the group managing their condo.

Everything with this condo was wonderful! Our family loved the direct access to the beach, and that this is a smaller building. There was plenty of room for everyone in the spacious 3 bed/3 bath unit. One of our favorite features was the balcony where we were able watch the sunrise and sunset. Another positive with this condo was the communication via text with the management company. They provided an easy way to contact them during our stay and even texted to make sure we had everything we needed after our first night. They also clearly laid out how to reach them if we needed anything. One suggestion: It would have been nice to have an owners manual with details and directions. For instance, the main TV in the living room was quirky. We would be watching TV and sometimes (not every time) when we'd change the channel the TV would loose all sound. The only way we could get sound to return was to turn the TV off and then back on. The other TVs in the condo did not have this problem. If there had been directions included this might not have been an issue.

Our condo was very clean. Kitchen was stocked well with almost anything needed to make drinks and food. Loved being right on the beach and with the condo only having 14 units total the beach was never over crowded. The most crowded day was the 4th of July which is to be expected and even then it was not like other places we have stayed before. Check in and check out was a breeze with the code being text to us beforehand. The only complaints would be parking is tight for oversized trucks, the elevator was super slow, WiFi was messed up but we called the number provided and they answered promptly and scheduled to send someone to check it out. Overall it was great and we enjoyed our time. We will be back!

We absolutely loved the condo. The outside is a typical beach condo but the inside is perfect. The view is amazing! The pictures you see are exactly what you get. If you are looking to stay ON THE BEACH this is the place for you! The AC works great, sometimes in condos they struggle to keep up with the outside temps but not here. We will stay here again! A few things! Bring extra toilet paper & paper towels. Bring your own hand soap for the bathrooms because there is none (which was a little odd) but whatever, the condo makes up for it! Also, bring hand towels for the kitchen. There is a coffee maker not a Keurig so bring coffee not kcups. There is a grocery store on the way in called Rouses. Super easy to stop vs packing a ton of food. WE WILL ALWAYS STAY HERE! It’s that perfect! Enjoy!

Great area, beautiful view from 5th floor, balcony is so relaxing, everything we needed AND the ice maker is wonderful. I H had novomplao ts at all and if you need anything, all ya have to do is text them and they will answer aNy questions. I will definetly return to CosaDelSol E1 😁

Very easy and convenient. Only issue was they texted us the wrong room number and had a hard time reaching someone after hours. Took about an hour to finally get into our room, but it was wonderful and we had a great time! Will definitely be back soon!

Property was beautiful and suited our needs perfectly. The only issue is the door on one of the bedrooms sticks and makes it impossible to enter or leave without waking the other guests. We had 3 couples in the condo and never felt crowded. All agreed to book Casa Del Sol again.

Casa Del Sol E-1 is a wonderful place to stay. Condo was very spacious and up to date. Newly modeled kitchen. Patio/ balcony was huge. Decorated very nicely. Great location close to everything. There are only 14 units in condominium so it was nice not over crowded. Very clean no complaints really other than needs newer washer and dryer. Other than that definitely a great place to stay. We are coming back again for sure.

Very clean property. Newly renovated. Nicely decorated. Well stocked kitchen. New appliances (except clothes dryer but it worked well). Beds slept well. Nice amount of room for a condo.

Great experience. Will go back to this same property when a beach trip is needed. The only negative is beds were very hard. Did not make restful sleep possible.
