Perfect location! Condo. was small enough that the beach and pool were never over crowded. Never had to wait long for the elevators. The only issue we had was the property was listed as having 2 King beds and one of them was a queen, not a king. Will definitely book again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and very cozy. It was equity with everything we needed to cook meals. The host was very responsive when we had a drainage issue and were very accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

The code we received did not allow us access to the unit. The after hours service was less than helpful. If it wasn't for the Security Officer, AJ, we probably would have had to find a hotel on the first night. AJ was extremely helpful. The next day, the management company was very helpful in getting us a code that worked. We also had security come to our door telling us that there was a complaint that we were smoking on our balcony. NONE of us smoke or have ever smoked! My in-laws would sit on the balcony throughout the day, but are not smokers. It really upset my in-laws. The laundry closet door was also not working correctly so it was not easy to open and close, it just needed adjusting but of course it required tools. There was also a missing TV remote in the master bedroom. We were able to use one of the other remotes. Other than that, the condo was beautiful. We enjoy the wrap around balcony which was the selling point for us.

It is absolutely not okay for you to have to deal with this on your vacation when you've done nothing wrong. We will be sure to look into this for you. We love this condo! Every bedroom has direct access to the large, wrap-around balcony with 180-degree beach views. The decor is bright and modern, with comfortable furnishings and many thoughtful touches. We appreciated the large closets, dressers, and mirrors in the bedrooms and the many hooks for hats, jackets, and bags. The kitchen has plenty of dishes, silverware and glasses for large groups, and up-to-date appliances for the perfect beach vacation. The full-size washer and dryer are a plus. There is even a minibar with a beverage cooler. The comfortable upholstered couch, swivel chairs, and lounge chairs on the balcony provide the perfect location for a lazy afternoon. We also enjoyed beach views and sunsets from the outdoor dining table. The Gulf Shores area provides plenty of activity options for all ages, but we especially loved Gulf State Park which offers 28 miles of paved bike paths. Bike rental services offer e-bikes, which can greatly increase your ability to see everything in this large park. After an active day at the beach or the park, we loved to hang out at the pool or take a dip in the hot tub. We'll be back!

The balcony on this condo was awesome! It was spacious and had enough seating for all 11 guests and the view is breathtaking. The condo was perfect for our family vacation.The only drawback is the parking. It would be nice to have the option to order 2 parking passes ahead of time so they would already be in the condo instead of having to drive to another location to purchase the second one. Also, it would have been nice to know about the overflow parking options ahead of time. A condo that sleeps 11 is going to have more than 2 vehicles for sure. Overall this is a 5 star property for sure! We would definitely consider staying again!

This condo was exactly as listed, everything about it was amazing! It was super clean with a fully stocked kitchen and TVs in every room. Every room had doors that opened up to the balcony and ocean views. We had 9 people who stayed in the condo and there was plenty of room. We loved our stay!

We don't automatically charge for multiple up-front like some management companies. However, we do allow you to purchase a second pass (and can tell you about the overflow prior to arrival). You just need to contact our team via text, email or phone call, and they can do that prior to arrival. We look forward to helping you book your next beach vacation!

Condo was recently refurnished and is so cute! You can't beat the view! You have a beach view from every room in the condo! Our favorite thing about the condo is the covered wrap around patio...so nice to sit out in the mornings and evenings to enjoy the view. And, of course the beach was great as well! The check in and check out was so convenient! It was done via text. The rental company was very quick to respond and answer any questions we had. Overall it was a great stay!

Property was classically updated with a fully stocked kitchen. The master bathroom with walk in shower was awesome. TV's in every room. The large balcony had a comfortable couch and two swivel chairs, a table with 4 chairs plus extra stackable chairs for a crowd. Definitely recommend and would stay there again!
