Welcome to Romar Beach 313, a charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath beachfront condo offering the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and coastal relaxation in Orange Beach. Designed to accommodate up to 6 guests, this inviting retreat provides everything needed for a memorable family vacation, couples getaway, or relaxing escape along Alabama's beautiful Gulf Coast.

Step inside to discover a bright and welcoming living area where comfortable furnishings and an open-concept layout create the perfect space to gather and unwind. Large glass doors allow natural light to fill the room while leading directly to the private balcony, creating a seamless connection between indoor comfort and the beauty of the beach just beyond.

The Primary suite features a comfortable King bed and a private en-suite bathroom, creating a peaceful retreat after a day of beachside adventures. The guest bedroom is furnished with a Full-over-Full bunk bed, making it ideal for children, additional guests, or families traveling together. A second full bathroom provides added convenience and comfort for everyone during their stay.

The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the cookware and essentials needed to prepare meals throughout your vacation.

PARKING

One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

MONTHLY RENTALS

This unit offers monthly rentals in December, January, and February. Call our reservations team for these rates.

Great Stay
We enjoyed our stay at Romar Beach 313. The description was accurate and it was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped but did not have any cooking essentials such as cooking oil/spray or even salt and pepper. The unit is towards the end of the building close to a busy road which did give off a lot of road noises but not enough to be bothersome for us. Nice, quiet building. We would stay here again.

Nice condo, great location for Hangout Music Fest.
Nice property for 3 people. Good location. Beach was very nice although red flag days all weekend. The shuttle bus for Hangout is literally right at the bottom of the stairs to the condo. Could not have been more convenient. The only negative I’d say is that if the weather forecast is calling for heavy rains and flash flooding, move your car to higher ground. The parking area was completely flooded 7-8”. Took all day to drain because the parking area is surrounded by block walls and the highway is higher than the lot. Just fyi. No fault of the property owners. I’d stay again.

I would book again. Pro: next to beach Washer/dryer works Beds are comfy Kitchen is well stocked 2 bathrooms (well stocked) Tons of beach toys Private condo 2 car parking passes Great communication with current tide vacation rentals. They texted and replied swiftly! Cons: 3 floors up/and elevator is warm. AC take a bit to cool condo.
