We loved this condo. The only negative i would say is the pool stayed dirty. Had floating roaches, trash, feathers. But we loved the condo and beach

Only issue we had was checking in. The front desk closed at 6 so we couldn’t get a parking pass, but the security guard was helpful and told us just to come get it first thing in the morning. Elevators were under construction, but this was laid out before coming so no major issue. View from room was perfect and room was very clean! We would definitely recommend this condo. We had no need to communicate with owner during our stay which is good: no issues while there :)

This was the perfect location! we had not stayed in Orange Beach before, and decided to try it. we normally stay around Ft. Walton beach, but we had ran out of things to do with our kids. orange beach offered so many options for us to entertain them. the condo was great and the view is chefs kiss! the walk to the beach is short. we already can't wait to come back next year. thank you!

Condo was nice, location was perfect. It was just my sister and myself so perfect size. Could use some touch ups and the couch could use an upgrade but nothing that ruined our trip.

My fiancé and I stayed here for a week away. It was the perfect size for us two. There was a great view with boardwalk access connecting the condo and beach front. Checking in was smooth, plenty of parking, and elevators ran quickly. The pool was open until 11, so after a long beach day it was nice to have plenty of time in the pool. I would recommend this place for someone looking for an affordable get away for two!

We enjoyed our quick getaway at this condo. It was just the right size for the 5 of us - the kids are under 10, so bunk beds were perfect for us! The location is fantastic! We would def stay here again!

The location was great with amazing views. Condo is located on the 9th floor which is awesome enough to catch great views. Cleanliness was great except It could use a good dusting. Check in/checkout was a breeze. The bed was super comfy. My only suggestion is more kid friendly games available for rainy days and late nights.

The balcony is the best part of the property. You can watch the sun rise on your left. Boats are constantly passing through the inlet. Ospreys, pelicans, herons, and dolphins are active all day long. The beach is beautiful. Several good restaurants are in easy walking distance. And everything else you need is a short drive away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The property is independently owned but supported by Liquid Life. The condo was well maintained and attractive. The only issue we had was a toliet backup. We called the front desk 2 times the day the issue happened but no one came to resolve. Finally, after discussing with maintenance member on the elevator (which also had issues during week) and calling front desk again the day after we learned Liquid Life should have been contacted. This was not clear on any LL documents or the in condo instructions. I would recommend Liquid Life update the in room flyer (found in kitchen) to tell customers who to contact. The issue was quickly resolved afterward. We enjoyed the amenities of the condo and property but TV remotes could have been programmed to control both TV and Dish Network. Trivial but many guys would appreciate things like home.

Only complaint was it only had 2 washcloths and 2 towels so every night after our showers we had to start the washer and listen to it while we were trying to go to asleep. We enjoyed our stay! We had what we needed. Most of the condo is updated, and I'm sure that's just a work in progress! The location was great and convenient for what we needed. April is a wonderful time to go since it's not crowded and mostly just couples and young families. Thanks for making your place available!

We had extended our stay 1 extra day, left and when came back was not able to use the new door code we had been given, it took almost 1 hour to get finally get some one at the office to take a phone call. Loved the condo and the view from the deck was amazing. Everything was clean and in good order. It looks just like the pictures. We received very prompt service from the on-call Liquid Life Staff. Though they do need more comfortable lounge chairs on the balcony. We definitely want to come again.

Where to start... It was very easy to find, check in was breeze. It is conveniently right off the elevators so coming and going was quick and easy. The condo is even nicer than the pictures show (which is not always the case with rentals) beautifully decorated. I assure you the place is gorgeous. Bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The balcony has two sliding glass doors that you can open to let the ocean front breeze blow in through. It's on the 9th floor so the view is excellent!! You can see the inlet to the bayside to the left, and open ocean everywhere else. While we were there (April) the beach wasn't crowded and it was quiet. Condo looks down over the pool and wooden pathway to the beach. The negatives are few and minor. Shower is a little small and the shower handle was "wobbly". Like I said minor. :-) For your budget be aware that there is a parking fee for this facility so don't bee surprised by it. Caution you about the door to the room. It is HEAVY to open. ESPECIALLY if there is sliding doors are open and the wind is blowing. On the plus side the doors keep outside noise to a minimum. All in all LOVED Orange Beach, had a WONDERFUL time, and this condo was AWESOME in every way.

We've stayed in several condos at pheonix east, this was one of the nicest. I love the decor, absolutely beautiful. FANTASTIC view of the ocean. The condo was just right for my husband and I...but I think it would be too small for a family. The unit was very clean. We didn't have any problems while we were there. The only suggestion I would have is to replace the mattress in the bedroom, it was slightly uncomfortable, but that could just be a personal preference. I was skeptical because the price was so much lower than the other condos, but I'm so glad I went with this one. We will be staying in it again!!

We had an amazing time on our vacation this year. The employees at Phoenix East were all very polite and helpful. The beach was clean and beautiful. The view from our condo balcony was the most amazing view I have ever had at a rental property. This was our first time here but we are already planning our next trip in September/October. This being our first time to Orange Beach we really didn't know what to expect. However, the condo was everything and more than I expected. The decor made you feel like relaxed and calm. The view of the ocean was unreal. I liked being so close to the Perdido Pass channel - we watched the boats coming in and going out all the time. Was able to relax and have a much needed vacation. The only con to this room was the balcony has no privacy. Other than that, EVERYTHING was great. We WILL be back - hopefully. Loved eating at Lambert's. A must place to eat.
