Phoenix West 2205

We really enjoyed our stay, the condo was in an excellent location with a beautiful beach view. For the most part the condo was clean, not the floors. I now have a few pairs of socks that are ruined on the bottom. The furniture, both inside and out, is mediocre in the comfort area. All in all not a bad place to stay but it needs some updates and improvements.

This is a great condo. Very large. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Beds were comfortable. They are high, but there are steps if you need them. The pillows were pretty flat, I would bring my own next time. The living room furniture was very comfortable. We really enjoyed the lazy river, pools and beach. It was a great vacation.

Easy to check in. Everything was great in the condo. The bunk beds were definitely a plus. Also having 4 bathrooms was great and we had plenty of storage space. The only downsides are the parking and the elevator wait but that is not the owner’s fault. We had a relaxing vacation and enjoyed Orange Beach.

This condo was overall a great condo! The beds were incredibly comfortable and the place was very clean. There was an issue with the air at the Phoenix West this specific weekend. The booking company was unaware and when contacted, they knew nothing, and really did nothing to find out information to inform me. I had to call the actual front desk and then inform Liquid Life of the issue to which they still never checked in on us. Thankfully, it was not unbearable, but our condo never got below 74 degrees. Also note that if you’re coming to this condo, you will have to bring salt, pepper, PAM, basically anything you need to cook. The listing showed a Keurig in the pictures, but there is not one. Just a regular coffee pot. Again, overall a wonderful place with a few hiccups that were manageable.

I was worried about waiting for elevators; however there are four of them and they travel fast. Room had everything you’d want for a furnished accommodation. No complaints about anything!! Beds were comfy and sheets soft.

This property was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with every pan, pot and dish that you need… we cooked Thanksgiving lunch and had plenty of dishes and utensils. The hanging blow dryers in every bathroom were great! The beds were extremely comfortable. The only negative came from our adult children… Wi-Fi not very good. Personally, I was fine because I came to unplug and enjoy family but our adult children worked for a couple of days and the work fi was extremely spotty and weak. Overall, I could not have been happier with this unit. We hope to rent it again!

This is the first time Ive stayed at any of the Phoenix properties (though several of my party have) and I was quite impressed with the overall size and comfort. The address on the listing took us to the Phoenix II down the road but the text link from LL took us back to the Phoenix so that was our only real hiccup. Parking was a bit more than I was expecting as well, so I am glad we only used 2 cars. My son and nephew LOVED the slide and lazy river. I think they preferred that more than the beach! We did have to get extra toilet paper for our 4 days with party of 9, but everything was convenient. Ive heard nightmare stories about the elevator usage in the middle of summer so I was glad not to have any issues with that in mid september. I love that you cant hear your neighbors above or below you! As others have stated, internet is not great but that would probably be the main thing I would see needs improvement. An extra couple of pillows or blankets would also be nice. The kids used the sofa bed so they took the pillows/blanket that was extra but keeping the temp down at night may have been a little chilly for some of us and it would have been nice to throw an extra blanket on the bed. Overall a great stay and we'd definitely do it again!

The condo is amazing! The only reason it's not 5 stars is we didn't have a great first impression. The lady at the checkin desk of Phoenix West was probably the rudest person I've ran into at any condo or hotel. Then when we got into the condo itself the cleaning crew didn't do good either. We found trash still laying around the unit. But after that WOW! The condo was perfect for our family beach trip. The beach itself was awesome. Ike's beach service for chairs was very good and worth it! Lots of things to do and places to eat close to the condo. We'll definitely be back to Orange Beach!

My family was very pleased with our condo. It was enough room for the ten of us. It was my husband's 60th Birthday that we were celebrating. Our son and his family and our daughter and her family. All five of our grandchildren attended. We had so much fun. Our grandchildren enjoyed lazy river and it was hard to get them to leave every day. We will most definitely return. This was my husband and my second time, but our children and grandchildren's first time. Thanks Liquid Life. Everything went as planned. Beautiful condo.

This condo is a little older but had everything we needed! Clean & Jesus the beds were so comfortable I was ripping the sheets off the bed trying to figure out where I could order a set for my house lol! And the pillow was so comfortable too! It has 3 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms which comes in handy if you have a lot of people needing showers/to get ready. The elevators weren't an issue for us (as mentioned in previous reviews). Had a great time!! Bring your own floats for the lazy River. A sit upon is the best in my opinion. My only critique was there was no salt and pepper in the condo ???? I know that's weird but we needed it!

This condo was comfortably furnished except for the beds. None of the beds were comfortable. One of us even resorted to sleeping on the couch because the bed seemed to be sagging in the middle. The condo was clean and kitchen was well stocked. Views from the balcony were spectacular. With the exception of sleeping issues, we enjoyed our stay.

The condo was awesome! We traveled with another family for the first time, 9 of us fit perfectly with the sofa bed. We had 4 adults and 5 kids. It was very clean and the management company was very communitive. The beds were very comfortable and the view from floor 22 was amazing but I'm pretty sure it would have been on any floor. The worse thing was the internet, we all got terrible phone/internet service., had to go down to beach to get service and make calls. Would have really liked to have a secure wi-fi that was password protected, but that was the only negative about the trip. We had friends staying down the beach at another Phoenix building and they were able to get wristbands to come swim at our place. There was so much to do in the area, we enjoyed the Flying Harpoon 2 just down the street, Flora-Bama, The Hangout, The Gulf, Luna's, Cruise Orange Beach dolphin cruise, The Cactus Cantina, and The Track . We will definitely be back and would highly recommend staying here.

This condo was comfortably furnished except for the beds. None of the beds were comfortable. One of us even resorted to sleeping on the couch because the bed seemed to be sagging in the middle. The condo was clean and kitchen was well stocked. Views from the balcony were spectacular. With the exception of sleeping issues, we enjoyed our stay.

The condo was awesome! We traveled with another family for the first time, 9 of us fit perfectly with the sofa bed. We had 4 adults and 5 kids. It was very clean and the management company was very communitive. The beds were very comfortable and the view from floor 22 was amazing but I'm pretty sure it would have been on any floor. The worse thing was the internet, we all got terrible phone/internet service., had to go down to beach to get service and make calls. Would have really liked to have a secure wi-fi that was password protected, but that was the only negative about the trip. We had friends staying down the beach at another Phoenix building and they were able to get wristbands to come swim at our place. There was so much to do in the area, we enjoyed the Flying Harpoon 2 just down the street, Flora-Bama, The Hangout, The Gulf, Luna's, Cruise Orange Beach dolphin cruise, The Cactus Cantina, and The Track . We will definitely be back and would highly recommend staying here.

While a hurricane was coming through during our time we were still able to swim in the indoor pool and once the storm had passed we had an incredible time. My two year old loved the slide and lazy river. Will be booking again.

Clean, well stocked, in a great location (both beach and town), great amenities. Size of condo was great for 5 adults and one infant (3 couples, basically). All bedrooms have ceiling fans. Large washer and dryer worked great. Lots of comfortable seating, and layout was fantastic. Balcony was large, protected, fairly private, with a great view. Saw tons of pelicans flying right by, plus dolphins in the ocean. Binoculars would be a great thing to pack. We'd definitely return here!

Reviewer Comments: Liquid Life stepped in when we found out 4 days before our arrival with luxury Coastal vacations that our condo was not available due to Hurricane Sally.....panic time! I found this delightful place and they were so easy to work with, so quick to respond, and their maintenance crew was amazing....had someone to our unit within 45 minutes when we let them know our AC was not working. Everything was very easy with Liquid Life!
