Our property greeted us beautifully with cleanliness, space, views, and functionality. Knowing the square footage ahead of time, we weren’t sure how big the property would feel but it was perfect! We loved having the washer/dryer for quick laundry turnaround, the sliding glass doors for a comfortable breeze and soothing ocean sounds, and a fully loaded kitchen for easy meal prep. Having two bathrooms for a family of 6 (2 grandparents) was a lifesaver! We also appreciated all of the complimentary “starters,” laundry and dishwasher, lotions and shampoos…. any length of stay would require more than what’s provided, but there are stores nearby for quick pickups if you’d rather not pack all items. The toilet paper and paper toweling were scarce (I’m not even sure they provide it or it’s what’s left from previous guests)? That said, be sure to have some handy! Their everyday towels aren’t allowed on the beach so it was nice that we brought our own extras. Checkin was a little wonky but nothing crazy … we expected an automatic code but had to “register” again before arrival. We decided to add on one extra night due to poor weather and that was a breeze! Overall, it was beautiful! I think you would have a hard time disliking this property!!

Nice view and location. Great space for family with teens as they had their own bedroom removed from the main area. Saw dolphins from the balcony on several days. Close walk to the beach. Outdoor pool area was spacious.

Unit felt smaller than pictures showed. It really is a great space and we just limited the amount of people in the kitchen at one time. I believe this is the first time I had to pay to park in the facilities own lot. I find it strange that at least one of those didn't come with the rental. We also had the master's tub drain toggle that wouldn't keep the water inside. I called and asked for a repair man and he never came during the three days of our stay. I had to stuff a wash cloth in the drain to bathe every night. Everything else was wonderful. Location is great being very close to restaurants and grocery stores and of course it was on the beach.

While we only manage the individually-owned unit itself, we will pass along your feedback to the Pelican Pointe complex. They manage all the parking, and we are not allowed to include any passes with your stay. The cost for your stay is slightly cheaper to reflect that as well. Fantastic stay on Orange Beach. The condo is in a great location and the family really enjoyed the beach and pool. The beach chair and umbrella rental companies did take up a lot of space on the beach, but we were always able to find a spot.

The balcony was large, the unit was well decorated and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was nicely stocked with utensils and plates. On the negative side there were a few items in the unit that needed attention. Also, I believe that was the most uncomfortable couch that I have ever sat on.

Reviewer Comments: things that you should know: I had requested two parking passes and did not realize until the day before our arrival that I had to arrange alternate parking for one car. Also, we only had 4 wash cloths for six people. we bought additional cloths and left them so that other people would not have this situation. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay,the property management were professional and quickly took care of the TV problem that we experienced. It would be helpful if there were instructions regarding accessing the TV service.

Third floor which was an easy walk up from the parking. Loved the big balcony. 12 foot deep by 24 foot wide. Would definitely stay here again. Great place to stay at. Just as described. Only negative the floors were super dirty…my guess only swept and not washed. Our feet were super dirty just after few minutes Of walking around. Other than that everything was wonderful. We will def stay here again:)

There were two patio doors which opened to a huge balcony overlooking the white sands of Gulf Shore and the ocean. Nice outdoor furniture to sit on while looking at the ocean. Private access to beach where you can rent nice beach chairs to sit under a huge umbrella. Condo was beautifully decorated. Tempurapedic king size mattress in master bedroom. High quality mattresses in the other two bedrooms. We would highly recommend staying at this condo! Location is right in heart of Orange Beach restaurants and groceries.

This condo was perfect for our family. We loved being at a slightly smaller condo complex where the beach was a little less crowded than some of the other large complexes. This condo was beautifully furnished and has everything you could need. Very clean too. The property management company specifically was really great. We asked them to adjust our television volume (something weird was going on) and to snake our lines in the bathtub so they'd drain better, and the management company's response was friendly and efficient, fixing both problems very quickly. Overall we had a wonderful stay and plan to rent this same condo again in the future.

We loved the condo. The one problem was unlocking the top dead-bolt. The key would not turn and we needed help to get into the condo. A key less entry would help or at least get a new lock. Other than that everything was great!

We stayed in 304 for a week over Spring Break. The condo is updated and well furnished. The complex is well cared for and very nice. Big Pool and short walk out to the Beach. The Balcony is large and offers Ocean Front views. We will be back! Had a small issue with the dryer but it was immediately taken care of by Maintenance. Security is great...they check Everything...don't hang towels on the balcony...lol. We loved this place!

Condo has all kitchen equipment you would need. It was very clean. Do bring an extra towel if you plan to stay more than a couple of days. Liquid life rental is dream to work with. Very helpful and conveniently located.

We loved staying at Pelican Pointe. The unit was perfect for us. We loved it and would definitely visit again. The people with Liquid Life were awesome as well! I will definitely contact them for our next trip! I wish there was a place to store beach gear since you have to bring it back and forth each day we had to take it inside the condo and that really added to the mess. My apologies to the cleaning lady.

Great location - close to stores and restaurants. Beautiful view! My only complaints - a little cramped for eight adults and only allowed two parking passes. We had to leave one vehicle at the Liquid Life office during our stay.

This unit at Pelican Point was wonderful for us! It is beautifully appointed with great decor, the beds were all comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and the living room and balcony furniture were just right for our group. So often there is not enough room for everyone to sit or lounge but this condo offered more than enough sitting space for everyone and even day visitors! This is one of the reasons I chose this unit from the posted pictures on line. The furniture looked so nice! Would definitely choose this unit again. Liquid Life was great to work with and the office is very convenient; every single employee we talked to was very accommodating and friendly. One little maintenance thing was taken care of quickly. The cleaning/maintenance staff on site were friendly and kept everything sparkling clean daily! As a rental property owner/manager myself, I was quite impressed at all the attentions to detail. Security was present and came and told us one night when one of the children left a light on in our car. The weather was absolutely perfect the 12 days we were there with not one drop of rain!
