When we first arrived, had to go next door for parking permit and problems getting inside but after them changing the code a couple times it finally worked. No other issues. Had a great stay. Great view of the gulf beach and pools. Would really recommend. Until next time.

Loved the location. The building was super easy to get around. The size of the condo was great especially the living area. My son uses a wheelchair and while not wheelchair accessible we had very few issues moving him around and taking care of his needs. The carpet in two of the bedrooms was stained and had an odor. Overall the condo needed updating, the walls were damaged and the dishwasher didn't work, the couch was stained as well as the outdoor patio furniture. The door stop on the entry door didn't work. All but one of the bifold closet doors didn't work. One of the toilets kept getting clogged. Internet was spotty. It wouldn't take much to bring this condo up to a 5 star.

Our family had a good time and enjoyed the beach and location very much. Phoenix West ll was nice. The pool areas and beach access were very good and easy to access. We did have a few things within the condo that need to be addressed. Upon arrival, we noticed the curtains in the back bedroom look like they were falling down. There were only sheets for the couch pull out bed, no blankets in any closets which made the bed usable. In the kitchen the overhead light flickered (we had been told maintenance would be coming by to fix) and we had no drain stop. We had reported via text and was asked if we wanted one during our stay and had said yes, but no one every brought it. Several of the doors need to be fixed, the one in the back bedroom closet and the one with the washer and dryer. Overall, our stay was good and for the price the unit was nice. Just needs a little bit of tender loving care.

Liquid Life Rental was very helpful. Only had two issues. One was my fault. I arrived at the property, I thought 2103 meant 21st floor but there was only 15 floors! I called Liquid Life and she very nicely told me the “2” in 2103 was for Phoenix East 2! The second issue was a toilet that needed an easy repair. I informed Liquid Life and they very promptly sent a repair person to fix it. Communication was via text and phone. Both ways were answered very quickly! Property owner needs to do a few minor repairs but nothing that needed immediate or priority fixing. Laundry folding doors need a new track and paint needs to be touched up. Overall, a very nice experience and the beach was perfect! On-site workers and management of Phoenix property were very nice and helpful!

Overall it was a good time away from home. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes. It was a little dated but it matter. The beds need updating . But overall the property is nice and very enjoyable.

Communication was great before, during, and after our stay. We did have an issue with the guest shower not draining. We did not report it until we checked out, but we were told that it would be taken care of. The start up kit was pretty slim, which would have been great to know before we arrived. There was only one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. Only one extra trash bag. No laundry pods. We had a party of 8 and only 8 towels were provided, so it seemed like we were doing laundry most of the trip. The property was in a great location. Plenty of seating and space for our party of 8.

This property was excellent. It was steps away from the beach. The two pools were clean & fun. My kids loved the splash pad. We used the indoor pool and hot tub one day when it was raining. The beach was clean. The only thing I can say that was bad was that I asked the property manager if any beach chairs or beach items were available for use at the condo and he said no. But once we got to the condo, there was a closet full of chairs, umbrella, sand toys. Would've been nice to know since we hauled all that stuff in our vehicle. Or maybe the closet was suppose to be locked? Not sure… anyways also they only provided one trash bag, one dishwasher tab, and one tide for the washer but no dryer sheet. Also, upon arrival our room wasn't ready until 4:30pm and that was after I called liquid life. Wish check out was later than 10am also. Overall great stay but if I go back to orange beach I would probably book a different place.

We rented the condo for my niece's 7th birthday. She loved every moment! The condo was clean and had everything you would need. Plus close to shopping and restaurants. We are already planning to come back next for a longer stay.!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were switched to this unit last minute because our original property was unavailable and I think we wound up in a much nicer place. You are towards the end of orange beach so the crowds seemed small and the weather was perfect durning our stay. The only downside was a freak hail storm on the last day. The parking isn’t covered so our car got damaged but storms like that could happen any where. We look forward to coming back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was amazing! The condo was very clean and ready for our arrival. The kitchen had new appliances and new cabinets, plus it was loaded with all the cooking essentials you could need for a week stay - and not just the cheap stuff, it was the nicest dishes/utensils/glasses I have ever enjoyed from a rental. The master bedroom was idyllic, laying in the king bed, looking out the glass doors onto the ocean, while listening to the waves crash was my favorite thing. The bathroom was also updated - lots of storage to hide all your belongings. The other two bedrooms and bath was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed almost all our meals on the balcony while gazing at the ocean. The ocean was a short walk over the bridge - cool sand, loaded with seashells was a fun morning ritual for the family.The pool and splash pad were a great retreat for the toddlers who weren't so into the beach/ocean. Every day we met our new 'friends' at the pool, which had a great wheelchair access ramp and shallow 3ft side perfect for beginning swimmers. The only downside was the spotty wifi, which worked best at the pool. In talking to the other moms seemed to be a common thing in Orange Beach. But it was also kind of a blessing to not be on my phone so much and give 100% attention to my loved ones. We loved this condo so much. We will definitely come again next year.

The property was the perfect location for us. We enjoyed not being in the center of town and loved having the jetties close by. The description stated it was a 1st floor unit so we had a little trouble finding it when we arrived. There is some mold in the second shower and looks like it's coming out of the vents - may need to be looked into as some of us had a little allergy trouble. The view is wonderful and everyone we encountered was very easy to work with and polite. We'll be back!

Everyone loved it. Right on the beach and exactly as shown. We received a text when the condo was ready and check-in was a breeze. Plenty of room for our big family. Everything you need to cook and went home with clean non-sandy clothes thanks to the washer and dryer. Would highly recommend. You have your own corner on the beach with indoor and outdoor pool. There is a hot tub, splash pad, and plenty of places to lounge with umbrellas in the sand. We were able to Door Dash on nights when we felt like staying in and not firing up the stove. We enjoyed our coffee every morning on the patio watching and listening to the waves rolling in. Publix and Walgreens are 2 lights down so you can pick up anything that you are not able to bring with you or if you forgot. Perfect spot for a beach getaway.
