Welcome to Tradewinds 1205, a Gulf-front two bedroom, two bathroom condo on the 12th floor that comfortably sleeps up to nine guests. With sweeping views of the Gulf and a private balcony just steps from the living room, this inviting retreat is the perfect place to watch dolphins swim by, enjoy breathtaking sunsets, and soak in the sounds of the waves.

Inside, the bright and comfortable living room offers plenty of seating, a flat screen TV, and direct access to the private balcony overlooking the water. The balcony provides ample seating for relaxing with morning coffee, evening drinks, or simply enjoying the panoramic beach views.

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a dining table, making it easy to prepare and enjoy meals together after a day at the beach.

The primary bedroom offers a king bed, beautiful Gulf views, a flat screen TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bedroom is perfect for families or groups, featuring a full over full bunk bed with a twin trundle that sleeps up to five guests comfortably. A sofa sleeper in the living room provides additional sleeping space.

For added convenience, the condo also includes a washer and dryer in the unit.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

MONTHLY RENTALS

The property offers monthly rentals in November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.
