We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was well-appointed and had plenty of room for our family. We loved the spacious balcony where we enjoyed our morning coffee and watched for dolphins. Communication was very good, as they send messages with updates, and were easy to get ahold of should we have any issues. Loved the lawn where the kids could kick the ball around when they needed a break from the beach. Also loved the proximity to shops and restaurants. Could walk to many if you wanted. If I had one tiny complaint, it was that the cleaning ladies were knocking at 9:45, when checkout was at 10am. 10am is already very early, so we were a bit taken aback for feeling rushed to get out. But great stay, and we would return.

Had an issue with the door code changing during the trip. Called host - was fixed within a few minutes while on the phone - customer service was great. Property was clean and everything you could have asked for in a beach vacation. Pool was closed and there was construction- hosts notified us well in advance and gave us the opportunity to cancel the booking for a refund (glad we didn’t). Would book again without question.

Summer House 304B was such a great stay! Gorgeous view of the ocean with easy access to the beach and pool. We appreciated that the bedrooms had several beds and were separated from the primary bedroom (we had 5 kids to sleep!). The only slight downfall was that the kitchen was sparse on some cooking items, but it became a fun game for us to figure out how to cook meals using different items. The management company was great as well! Easy to communicate with, quick to respond, and very attentive. They also helped with recommendations for local spots. Such a fun stay and we will definitely be back! Thank you!

Amazing view! Close enough to the water to observe my kids having a great time from the balcony. Close to everything including restaurants, shopping, and ice cream for the kiddos. Beautiful house, and the best beds by far! Everything needed for an enjoyable trip. Pool was also great for days the water was rough. Will definitely book this place again when revisiting Orange beach!

The condo is very accommodating and met all our needs. The balcony is very big. You can sit out and watch the dolphins. Very clean and spacious

This place is lovely with an amazing view and large patio with table to enjoy dinner outside. Perfect for families! Check in wad super easy with keypad. Owner was quick to respond to questions. Access to the beach was super easy! Very nice and clean outdoor pool however we did not use as it was chilly. Indoor pool and hot tub were great for rainy days and thankfully hot tub is quite large (20 people limit) as it was popular when raining. Do note however it is not connected to the building so you have to walk through the elements through the parking lot to another small building to get there. Also note beach towels not included so don’t forget to bring! We were easily able to cook meals in condo. Washer and dryer a huge plus; bring detergent/dryer sheets. The machines were a little loud as the doors to close them in were broken…hopefully they can get those fixed to try to help dampen the noise. Overall we had a lovely stay and we would rebook in the future!

By far the best stocked rental we’ve been to. Since we were there for Thanksgiving, we were able to facilitate the entire meal without issue. The location was gorgeous, of course. Easy access to the beach directly from our condo. Beautiful views.
Property manager was very responsive when we did have questions. Highly recommended!!

Condo was as expected! There were a few things such as paint that was chipped/needing to be touched up. Nothing that prevented us from having a great stay, I would guess that the owner is in the middle of doing some updates because the curtains in the pictures are different than what is there now. But, the unit and condo was wonderful! Elevators were so quick, easy access to the beach, parking is a breeze. I would choose Orange Beach and Summer House 10 times over going to PCB or somewhere larger. Our stay was fantastic and Chelsie always responds very promptly to any questions I had!

Omg beautiful view of the gulf! Perfect for just sitting on the balcony and enjoying the sunrise and sunsets. Our family enjoyed the pool which was really clean. The beach was also clean and it wasn't crowded either. Make sure you take some flashlights and walk the beach at night. You get to see the little white crabs scuttling around the sand. The kids really enjoyed that! I would recommend Joy's place to stay when going to Orange beach.

We loved this spot! Great location, close to the beach, with ample room for our two families with kids to spread out. Centrally located close to many restaurants and grocery stores. Kitchen was stocked with pots and pans and everything needed for cooking and baking. Beds were comfy and the entire space was very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location! Loved all of the seating on the back porch. It was perfect for early morning coffee and enjoying the view and sound of the water. Being on the 3rd floor meant the elevator was quick which was nice. Bedrooms and beds were great. Will book here again.
