This condo exceeded my expectations! The unit is absolutely perfect for 2 adult couples looking for a hassle-free beach escape.I loved the couches here since they are both leather and push-button recline. Everything in the unit was very clean and in working order. The kitchen was better than my kitchen at home. The 2 king beds were extremely comfortable. Loved that the secondary bedroom and bathroom alcove had a sliding door to make it on-suite. Since it was 2 couples, it made it so easy to pick rooms since they were equal in comfort and privacy. Honestly, all the furniture in this unit was so comfortable and solid.The unit is located on the 2nd floor which provided a nice beach view but also easy stairwell access so we didn't need to wait for the elevator. The Sunswept complex is an older building but is well maintained. The onsite manager, Sherry, was very cheerful and pleasant. I didn't interact with the unit owner, Murray, at all since everything was perfect. The beach was easily accessible, clean. They had an rental attendant sitting right at our complex for us to rent chairs and umbrellas. So we walked up, payed, and sat down for all-day relaxation.

We loved our view of the beach! Our host was super nice. Very easy to check in. Even after hours, which we did. The dishwasher had to be replaced but even the handyman (for lack of better words) was super nice as well. The whole property was well kept. We loved our stay!

Easy access to BEACH!! And that’s what we did! Nice bathrooms and comfortable beds! Shower, Nap then back to the beach! Docs Seafood was great, and Coastal Restaurant was fabulous!

Toilet paper holders/hand towel rack/full length mirror/small table to hold toiletries (folding table/folding tray would work) no room for those things used daily.. slue door wouldn't latch (but on 2nd flr?)

Loved the rental. The lvl was great. We will want to stay on Lvl 2 again if not the exact same rental. Was perfect for My family and myself. The view the essential items in the rental and the ease of locations around rental. Walking distance. The Best was the Beach….. Absolutely loved the Rental and the Beach…. Loved the condo, beautiful beach view, great location! We enjoyed our visit. Definitely would stay there again. The only negative thing about the condo was the patio door was very hard to slide open and closed. Also had 2 unannounced maintenance visits. Would have been nice to have been notified of their visits.

This was a great condo. The pool was nice and the location was wonderful. There was a Walmart marketplace across the street, a great mexican restaurant and other shops across the road. The beach was not crowded. We really enjoyed our trip.

Sun Swept is a great location, sparkling pool, and the perfect size unit for a nice weekend getaway. The beds in unit 202 are super comfy and the kitchen is well equipped. The living and dining room furniture are new and comfortable. Sip coffee on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful beach morning. The property staff was also amazing.

The condo was great, clean, beds were nice, pillows firm, was a bit surprised that the towels were small and thin, and just 2 each for a 4 night stay. Had to supply our own laundry supplies to be able to have clean towels for bathing. Otherwise the location was great, close to Walmart, and other places that were accommodating. Very short walk to beach. Nice lawn. Pool was nice. Would stay again but be better prepared. T from Ok

The only complaint I have is even though we was on vacation I still have to work and I needed to pr5int stuff off and they didn't/wouldn't let me use there's said the owner wouldn't allow it other than that it was a great place, it was clean and very nice. The microwave door handle was broken and the toaster didn't work proper.

It is an older property, so the grouting, baseboards and some of the structure shows wear and tear. Overall, the unit was clean enough. I love the view from the porch and the space provided in the condo. Also, the second floor is nice. No need to wait on elevators. I found it to be a good value.

Breathtaking view from the living room balcony and the bedroom. The room is on the second floor , very close to the stairs no need to wait for the elevators. The beach is a few steps away and at night we enjoyed listening to the ocean sitting on the balcony. The bed was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The only thing we found wrong was that some of the lights did not work in the living room and the windows in the bedroom facing the ocean don’t open. These things did not bother us we still had a very enjoyable stay and will come back .

Very Nice Unit. Both bedrooms were King beds with separate bathrooms. The pool was large and always clean. I can't say anything bad about our stay acept that it was too short!!

You can tell the building is older and there are a few small things that could be better but overall it has been tastefully decorated, was very clean, the beds were comfortable and everything worked just fine. The balcony has a great view! It's very close to the beach and everyone we encountered was nice! It would probably be a little crowded with more than 4 people but we would definitely go back!

We had a great vacation. The condo was clean and perfect for us. We don’t mind that the furniture was a little outdated as others have stated in reviews. The only negative was that there was no cable. Without my Netflix account, we would’ve been without tv.
