Welcome to Cypress Cove, a beautiful five bedroom, three and a half bathroom waterfront home that comfortably sleeps up to thirteen guests. With expansive bay views, multiple living areas, and a private dock with direct access to the Intracoastal Waterway, this home is perfect for families and groups looking for a relaxing coastal escape.

The main house living room is filled with natural light and offers plenty of seating and a flat screen TV, all while showcasing stunning bay views. Step out to the private screened in patio, which features a large dining table and a bench swing, creating the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or sunset views. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and a large dining table ideal for gathering and entertaining.

Downstairs, the first bedroom features a queen bed, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower. Upstairs, you will find two additional bedrooms. The primary suite offers a king bed, a large loveseat, a private balcony, and access to a spacious ensuite bathroom with a dual sink vanity and tiled walk in shower, which is shared with the second upstairs bedroom. The second bedroom includes two twin beds.

Directly across from the main entrance, the private guest suite provides additional living space and flexibility. On the main level of the suite, there are three twin beds, a mini kitchenette with a mini fridge, a dining table, and a flat screen TV, along with porch access and a half bathroom. Upstairs in the guest suite, you will find another king bed, a flat screen TV, a private balcony, a pack and play, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower.

The home also includes a sofa sleeper for extra accommodations and a washer and dryer for added convenience. Outside, enjoy your own private dock area with direct access to the water, perfect for boating, fishing, or simply soaking in the peaceful bayfront setting.

This house is pet-friendly! A non-refundable pet fee of $150 applies. Please notify our office in advance if you plan to bring one. Most beaches in the area do not allow dogs, but there is a dog-friendly beach down Fort Morgan.

Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
