The condo was beautiful and the view was awesome! We really loved the large balcony. The only issue we had was with the elevator. Only one was working, and a couple of times, none were. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again!

Well furnished and beautiful. Only issue was the sheets on one of the beds were dirty. Looked like a prior guest had a nose bleed and the sheets were not changed.

We love Orange Beach and this condo fit all our needs. Plenty of space and seating, beautiful views from the balcony, and it’s so close to groceries, shopping, and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. Only thing we would have preferred to be a little better was that many of the outlets were not working. It made it hard to find a place to charge all the devices. And the bedrooms could be upgraded to smart TVs, as we would prefer to login to all our streaming services rather than watch the few cable stations available.Neither of these were major and still give them 5 stars.

This condo was a little smaller than we are used to but just as comfortable! We had a smaller group this year so it was expected. Everything was clean and all the furniture was comfortable! The only bad thing I can say is that I thought the gym would’ve been better equipped but other than that everything else was great!

Some friends used to own #403 and was excited to be able to rent it still, not #905. The condo is fantastic. Had a few issues with Liquid Lufe but not bad. Only negative is on top of what you pay to rent the condo, $55 per parking spot is steep.

Condo and property was great. Condo could have used a better cleaning prior to arrival. All dishes in cabinet needed to be washed before using because you could feel and see grit on them. There was mold on guest shower contain and it needs to be replaced. One cabinet door is broken that has the pots in it. Other than this it was a great stay. Easy checkin- Condo ready on time and beach not too crowded. Location was great!

Pelican Point 905 was a very nice condo. It was decorated tastefully and was very clean. There were 4 of us staying there and not enough towels and washcloths to last more than 1 day before having to do laundry. When we asked for more we were told they had a nationwide shortage and they could not provide us anymore. We ended up going and buying some ourselves. The tub in the 2nd bathroom also didn't drain very well, but we made the best of it!

The view and having the beach and ocean right outside was perfect. The condo was nice and clean and couldn't ask for anything better. The only issue we had was not communicated that the HOA had only done a 1 car parking policy which left us to find another spot to park our other car. The decision was made in March 2020 and we booked it the beginning of April. If we had known that we would have looked for a transit van to drive down. This didn't detour our great time we had. Also, we had an issue with the door not unlocking with the code but called Liquid Life and they helped us out and got us in within 30 minutes.

Condo was great, so was the property management company. My only complaint was the HOA rules at this property. They don’t allow any smoking. You have to walk far off the property to do so. They also are only allowing 1 car per condo. We didn’t know this till after we booked. It was a major inconvenience to park our other 2 cars at overflow parking and pay additional money. They also only allow 5 loungers and 5 chairs to be rented. So you better get there early, or make sure you bring your own!

We have spent several vacations in Orange Beach, and needed to make arrangements for a different location this year as a result of hurricane Sally and reconstruction efforts on so many properties. This unit at Pelican Pointe is a winner. Located on the ninth floor, and furnished beautifully, this super clean and cozy unit offers an abundant view and privacy. We loved the Adirondack furniture on the lanai, a great TV and lounge set up in the living room, and more than adequate utensils in the kitchen. The master bedroom is just off the lanai with large sliding doors offering a beautiful view and the sweet sound of the Gulf.

We loved the convenience of this condo on the beach! Lovely balcony and comfortable living areas and bedrooms. We did not know there was construction going on while we were going to be there but it didn’t bother us too much. Only suggestion I have is a new master bed mattress!

Layout great, rooms clean, but couch really needs cleaning. Door strip between master BR and bath needs to be glued down. MB toilet runs, you have to shake to stop. Kitchen had good appliances and plenty kitchen utensils. Really could have used more towels & washcloths. Not owners fault, but on line said 2 parking spaces and when we got there, could only have one parking space. Fortunately we have friends that live in Orange Beach and we left 2nd car with them.

The condo was exactly as listed. The furnishings were very comfortable with plenty of seats for the five of us that stayed to relax at night. The outdoor patio was extremely sturdy. The outdoor table was a perfect place for my boys to work virtually on the days that they needed to do that. The full size washer and dryer were great and the kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed. The only thing missing was washcloths in the bathrooms. Our last night was tumultuous as a hail storm hit in the middle of the night; it rendered our vehicle undriveable. The leasing agent was very accommodating, allowing us to stay another night and discounting the rate for us. Construction was going on, but the workers were very courteous and we had no issues. Other than the hail storm, we had a fabulous trip start to finish. I highly recommend this condo!

The condo was very clean and in a great location! Check in process was easy. The only negatives were that there were no wash cloths, so we had to buy some, and the tv in the living area wouldn’t come on when we arrived, but we called and someone came right out to fix it. The only other thing was that in the listing, like most, it says no smoking, which normally means inside the condo, which is expected. When we arrived, we were told there was no smoking on the entire property, except in the designated smoking area which was all the way across the parking lot by the road. We had a smoker in our group, so that was an inconvenience and it would’ve been nice to know before hand. Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was well kept, simple, and not cluttered with decor. There was plenty of room for us to relax in the family/dining room. The beds were comfortable. Could use a few more blankets so bring your own if you're used to having a little more warmth. Bring your own beach towels, paper towels, sponge to wash dishes or dishwasher detergent if you like using the dishwasher. Bring laundry detergent/dryer sheets if you need to wash clothes. Overall, great place to stay!

We set every condo up with a started kit, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom,1 vanity and 1 bath bar soap per bathroom,1 trash bag per can, 1 dishwashing tab, and 1 detergent tab. This is to help guests get settled in when they first arrive. Due to each stay being a different length of time, we have the started kit to be fair for each guest that arrives.
