Cute place balcony screened.. the pool was down but it was close to the beach. Also, we had family close they had a pool. Nice to walk around too close to everything!

I will definitely come back every year! My family had a wonderful time right in front of the beach. Cozy, clean, and well-equipped. The pool was refreshing, and there were stores everywhere for all our needs, plus restaurants and activities at every corner. My kids told me they finally found a piece of heaven in Alabama.
Note: They were quick to answer questions and super easy to contact, which I love.

Good location. Very nice ocean view. The rooms were good size. Easy to get to the beach. The top wrack on the dish washer was broken and would not hold very many items. The fridge door would not shut right causing water to build up in the fridge. Other than those small things the place was great.

Overall this property was nice. Good location, nice to have two different pool options and beach front! My biggest complaint is the cleanliness. The beds were clean, however, the floors were filthy. Our feet and/or socks would get black from walking around.

Location was perfect. We took my 84 yr old mom & everything was easy to get to & the condo was laid out perfect for our family. Master was on one side & the other two bedrooms on the other side. My husband gets up early, so layout worked. He did not disturb the others. Could have used a good vacuum & a dish cloth for washing dishes. Furniture in living room could use an update. Overall quiet & would recommend.

Check in was an issue. Confirmation email at booking says check in is at 3. The evening before I received an email saying check in could be as late as 5:30. I had already scheduled a grocery delivery for 4 and it was too late to change or reschedule. They did let us in long enough to get the cold food put away but we couldn't actually check in until 5:30. Floors were dirty. We had to wear socks even on the first night right after the cleaning crew was there in order to not have black feet. The condo was roomy and just right for our group. We enjoyed the pool, beach and watching the dolphins in the morning from the balcony. I would stay here again but would plan on a delay in check in process.

We had a great time at this property. The outdoor kiddie pool (connected to the regular pool) was great for my 1 and 3 year old. We could see dolphins in the ocean from the balcony every morning. It's in a convenient location close to shops, restaurants, and Walmart. The building and amenities were really clean as well. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a very nice condo and the property management team is Great. My only complaint would be the for the cleaning crew. We had used q-tips under one of the beds and when we moved a night stand over a little to set up a pack-n-play there was a lot of sand under it. For the price you pay for cleaning (almost half the price of the rental) and guaranteed cleanliness, this was a bit of a disappointment. Overall it was a wonderful vacation.

The pools and beach access are perfect, the room was clean, the beds were comfy. The balcony view was awesome, saw dolphins every morning. Our group was 2 adults and 4 teenage boys. They layout of the condo was one of our favorite we ever stayed in. There was plenty of room. The decor was comfortable and updated. The balcony was very large and we spent many hours out there taking in the view. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. Everything worked well at the condo complex, the beach wasn't too crowded. Having both the indoor and outdoor pool areas was great for the boys. The location was close to shopping and restaurants. The property management company was very communicative and checked in on us a couple times via text. Overall we loved our time there and would stay at 505Romar Place again!

Very nice property and good location. On checkin was surprized to learn from HOA property mgr insisted that the condo we rented was only allowed 8 persons per condo when our reservation was set up and allowed for 9 persons. AS it worked out our 9th person couldnt come on trip and we had 8 this time, but in the future we think we should be notified of this IMPORTANT issue before we make a reservation . WE still had a great fun visit at this property and would like to rent again in the future. thanks

This condo was everything we needed and more! The location was perfect!! The floors were a little dirty when we arrived but we swept and mopped and it was fine. Overall it was a great stay. THE BEDS WERE AMAZING!

Perfect location with beautiful views from the balcony! I saw dolphins jumping on my morning coffee / devotional time. Easy access to the beach & we loved being able to see the pool from the spacious balcony. The place was clean and had absolutely everything we needed. The beds were comfortable but the bunk bed was a bit difficult for grown ups to sleep in, as the bottom is extremely close to the top. Doable, but not ideal. Really my only complaint is, the parking situation! Since we have to pay for parking, it should be more convenient or maybe included in the cost & there should be at least 3 parking spots for a 3 bedroom condo. The office was not open the 1st night we arrived & though I paid for parking 3 days into the stay (once someone was finally in the office), the not so nice office manager attempted to have both vehicles towed as we were packing the vehicles to leave. Thankfully we avoided it, because I had receipt & placard but was really a weird situation since we had literally been there for 5 days?!? However, I would not let this discourage me from visiting again but definitely something the condo owners should address! She could easily run people off, by chasing them to their vehicles to look for their placards while saying the tow truck is on the way!

I would highly recommend the rentalCompany to anyone looking for a place to stay in Orange Beach or Gulf Shores! The price was reasonable and lower than other places which is always a plus for me! The unit was amazing and extremely clean! You could smell the cleanliness when we walked in, which I appreciated! We didn’t have any problems while there! They even sent a text with a storm warning which I thought was a nice touch! The indoor pool was warm and comfortable which was a great bonus since my little girl wanted to swim the entire time! It was cold and really windy the first two days so the indoor pool is where we stayed!

Plenty of kitchen needs, loved extra games. Wish one day you would consider twin beds instead of the bucks. One day we won’t be able to climb them. Just left this Monday and rented for next year yesterday also. We come every year. Really thinking about Christmas as well.

Our stay was perfect. The views were amazing and we loved all of the access to the balcony. The kitchen was well stocked and served us well when preparing Thanksgiving dinner. The Floorplan is perfect for giving everyone their own space. The location is amazing and the beach can't be beat. If you come to Orange Beach in November, bring coats and some blankets! Perfect stay.

Everything was awesome, I would most definitely stay again! The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, blender all of it (we were quite impressed). The condo was right off the beach so super simple to walk back and forth. Really good place, only wished hurricane ida didn’t hit at the same time, but nothing to be done about that.
