The location was perfect & the decor was exquisitely beautiful! Plenty of space to relax and all necessary amenities were included in the kitchen. Check-in was a breeze and parking was easy access. Definitely recommend for a family trip!

Great place! We loved the location, beach was not overly crowded and having the pools was ideal. Only complaint would be the lack of paper products (only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and only one paper towel), garbage bags (only one for week stay) and cleaning supplies (dishwasher soap and dish soap).

The condo was great to stay in - the location allows a wonderful view of the pass and the sunrise. Everything was in good working condition and very clean and quiet. It's tucked away from the road, so you have to pay attention to turn on the unmarked road to get to it, but the secure parking was easy to get into and out. This condo was wonderful! Great location and on the beach. The condo was clean, and beautifully updated and decorated. Lots of space for a family, 3 bedrooms and bathrooms, with a bunk room with 5 beds! The walk to the beach was pretty long as the property sits back a bit. It probably also felt longer because the heat index was 110° during our stay! Just know that in advance if you plan to go back and forth from room to beach like we do. The only downside to this property was issues with over communication from Liquid Life (over 10 emails and texts about my upcoming stay which is a bit much) and then Miscommunication with the maintenance of the property. The maintenance crew and management of Grand Pointe were very rude. Apparently another unit below us had complained of a leak, but instead of letting us know or asking in advance, they just barged in without letting us know they were coming. They came in and out with 5 different people at different times for 2 days… and still never found a leak. No one was apologetic about interfering with our vacation. I would definitely work on this issue so it doesn't ruin 2/6 days of someone's expensive vacation.

We really enjoyed our time here! The condo matched the description and everything was very nice and lovely. The bunk beds were a huge selling point with teens who had to share a room with siblings and cousins. We had a few complaints. One was they had a dredger on the beach to add sand from one area to another. It hindered our photos and it was running while we were on the beach. So there was dirty water/sand that smelled awful so we stayed out of the water while it was running near us. There were other machines like forklifts, etc., on the beach that aren’t what you want to see in that beautiful landscape. Another problem was they were remodeling the bottom level of the resort so the floors and walls were messed up. I think once those projects are finished it will be much nicer. The pool isn’t anything special but we prefer the beach so that wasn’t a huge deal for us when booking it. However, when the beach was unfit for swimming we went to the pool and it worked, but it wasn’t as nice as other places we’ve stayed at before. So it was pretty disappointing overall to have the heavy machines disrupting our peaceful experience on the beach. The location was cool so it will be ideal when the beach work is complete.One other very minor thing was one of the dishwasher shelves had a broken hinge/piece so if you forgot and pulled it out too far the shelf was dislodged on that one side. It still worked so just a minor issue. The outside deck furniture was fabulous. There were seats for all of us and solid furniture that was comfortable too. We really enjoyed being out there. We will definitely check to see if the construction is done and if so would book there again.

The only issue is the toilet in the master bathroom needs to be repaired.I will be glad when the renovation is complete. Out last visit in April of this year it was the painting and other work. Only complaint was the internet was really difficult to rely on, even after a new router install. The networks aren't private and so anyone can just get on your network then it kicks you off and repeat. We loved the unit and found the location and view to be superb. Would FOR SURE book again with Liquid Life!

Love the clean bedding on all beds. The view of the pass is amazing. Love the low density of guests present at complex and beach. The grounds, pool, bbq area, and amenities were clean and well kept. The building itself looks like it is due for some pressure washing on the outside, but just an observation and certainly wouldn’t prevent us from staying here again.
