Great location! Overall a good unit. Only thing I have to complain about is it was a non-smoking unit and it reaked of cigarettes. Also there were moths in the living room, maybe from someone leaving the doors open

More than I expected, loved the view ,had a great time. The shower was wonderful. Would rent this condo again. The check in was fast and easy. Looking to rent this condo again soon. The people that live there were great and friendly.

The layout is great. LOVE the upgraded walk in shower in master bath. There are some things that could use updating but overall it was a great week.

The condo for the most part was in good shape. The patio chairs were broken or looked like they were next, so not many could sit on balcony. The living room furniture was pretty worn out and not comfortable. It didn't really affect us, but the icemaker wouldn't stop making and overflowed. I had to physically turn it off. Everything else was in good shape.

Everything was very nice. Slept great in the master bedroom. Loved the shower! Kitchen needs crab crackers Ping pong balls and paddles were a disappointment.

This property is in a very convenient location! The property management company is easy to communicate with and responds quickly. The floors in the unit were dirty and needed to be mopped. We communicated this and declined having a cleaning crew come out since we had unpacked already. Hopefully this is just due to lack of thoroughness of the cleaning crew and won't be an issue for future guests now that they are aware. The outlets were all loose and need some repair. The balcony chairs need to be replaced just due to wear and tear. The kitchen is very well stocked, which was so nice! The dishwasher was finicky but the property management company responded and put the part on order before we left. The beach is nice and was not crowded at all! This was just the right size for our kids and my parents for a long weekend getaway.

Would recommend this place to others! There was an issue with the air conditioner the last day of our stay that maintenance had to work on, but the rooms stayed cool.

First impression was the condo is much nicer than the pictures! Very clean! Shower was amazing in master bathroom. Beds were comfortable! And the view…. Can't beat it! Lots of room for the family and everything we needed including a blender, toaster, mixer, measuring cups, etc. Only suggestion is to take some soap for the bathrooms as there wasn't any, but this was a quick fix as we were headed to the store for food anyways. Four televisions with one in every bedroom. Couch seems a bit old, but it was fine for us. The floor did get dirty and sandy with us coming in and out from the beach, but there was a broom, dustpan, vacuum, etc. All tile, so very easy to just sweep up in the hallway and kitchen area, which gets the dirtiest from coming in and out. I was afraid the balcony would be a bit small, but it was plenty of space for us 3 adults and 1 child. Beach was perfect! It was our first time in Orange Beach and the sand was so white! Water was clear. There are three empty lots to the west (2 under construction) and public access parking to the East. Lots of room on the beach to the west to set up. Construction noise didn't bother us at all. Only 2 small elevators, but we never had to wait long at all. Check in/out process was simple and easy. Outdoor pool is not heated but indoor pool was nice and warm. Hot tub is restricted to those over 16, which was a disappointment to our 9-year-old, but as adults, this was awesome. Would recommend Summerchase and specifically unit 906 to any family and friends! We hope to come back!

The master bathroom needs some help. Mildew in the shower. Toilet didn't always flush. But the location was awesome. Not too crowded like PCB. Really comfortable. Totally enjoyed our time except the couple of bathroom issues. Will definitely book again.

It was a great condo!! The beds was so comfy. Big master bath, nice kitchen and huge dining room table. I would suggest updating the couch, loveseat and rug in the living room, they are looking worn.

Great condo & location. The resort staff were very friendly. My only complaint is that we stayed in a 3 bedroom unit and we were only provided one parking pass. I had to call and purchase an additional parking pass for $30.

Summerchase is in a great location w/ shopping/dining close by. We were in a 3 BR/2 BA that had lots of hot water esp. since we were 3 couples and 2 little ones! I did suggest to management on the way out that would have been nice to have more bath towels as they only provided 8 and even though we were reusing and washing, we seemed to be short 1 or 2. Beach was great and not crowded. Beach rental service Maddie was very helpful and sweet, but she did tell us her last day was end of July :(. Loved all the different pools. Great family place to stay.

We had a wonderful time at this condo! Everything was just as shown in pictures.. Liquid Life employees were helpful when we had an issue with the keys. I would recommend this property to others. When we return to Orange Beach we will look in this property again!

I brought my mother and my 3yr old daughter , the condo was so perfectly accommodating for all ages. The furniture and finishes are very modern, with an overall feeling of being at home. Location was perfect, the beach was never crowded because there are no condos immediately on either side of summerchase. We watched the dolphins play in the water from our balcony every morning right in front of the condo. Lots of great restaurants and shopping nearby. Definitely the perfect place for a beach vacation
