Welcome to Windward Pointe 1204, a beautifully appointed three bedroom, two bathroom condo that comfortably sleeps up to eight guests. Thoughtfully designed with exquisite attention to detail, this Gulf front retreat offers stunning views, stylish accommodations, and everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation.

The living room features plenty of comfortable seating, a flat screen TV, and floor to ceiling windows that fill the space with natural light and lead out to the private balcony overlooking the Gulf. Furnished with comfortable seating, the balcony is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or take in breathtaking sunsets.

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and an adjacent dining area with a large dining table and built in banquette seating, creating the perfect space for gathering over meals.

The primary bedroom offers a king bed, a TV, and floor to ceiling windows with direct balcony access overlooking the Gulf. The ensuite bathroom features a beautifully tiled shower and tub combination. The second bedroom includes two queen beds, while the third bedroom features one queen bed. Both guest bedrooms offer access to private balconies overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway, providing beautiful water views from both sides of the condo. A second full bathroom includes a custom built walk in shower.

CLEAN BED PROMISE

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

The property offers monthly rentals in January and February. Please call our reservations team for these rates.
