Excellent condo, amazing beaches, the pool is spectacular and has a clear view of the beach so if you go during jellyfish season you’ll still have a great time in the pool and condo!

The unit is well stocked, clean and met my family's needs perfectly. Great furniture in the patio and of course the great view of the Gulf. Beds were comfortable. The unit was clean. The outdoor pool was closed due to construction/painting, but we knew about that well before we came.

So one vehicle had to park off site for $25 night. One light switch didn't work, but after texting owners it was repaired within a couple hours. GREAT deck and room for 6 comfortably with ocean-side view! Would definitely book again!!

Overall had a great experience. Check was a little later than 3pm but we were cautioned that may be the situation. Location is great. Good access to shopping and food. There is a Walmart nearby and several other shops and places to eat. Pool and beach access was great. Condo was exactly what is advertised and expected. We were allowed two parking passes but were allowed two extra passes for overflow parking from the security on the property. JD in security at this property is super helpful and also very attentive. We were there from a Wednesday to Sunday. Wednesday thru Friday the unit nextdoor to us was being remodeled and jackhammers started on the tile removal at 10AM till 3:30 PM...it was so loud there was no way we could stay inside during that time. Would have been nice to been advised and given the option to relocate to another property as they have many. So if it hadn't been raining Wednesday &Thursday to where we couldn't be on the beach or at the pool it sucked!! Thanks for the 2 day migraine @Liquidlife oh yeah your stove barley works in 504B

We really enjoyed staying at this condo for a family Easter getaway. Close to stores and restaurants. Right on the beach with great views. The only negative we saw was that the floors were dirty. They didn't feel dirty, but our feet were definitely dirty after walking barefoot on them. Other that that it was a perfect place to enjoy some beach time!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great unit. Had a recliner which is a necessity for us but everything else was perfect. Anything you could need in kitchen was available; washer and dryer were in excellent condition and much appreciated. Only suggestion I could make would be to please add handicap bars to allow access in and out of tub in master suite easier. We really needed a walk-in shower but this was such a great unit we made do. Only thing that really needs attention is the cubie hole in wall in tub area there are some sharp edges from a less than perfect tile job. Would be nice if the proper bull nose smooth finish was done. Would stay here again!!

Our annual family vacation consisted of 5 adults - all over the age of 57. We stayed in Summer House 504B. We had plenty of space - the rooms were good and the patio was awesome. The location was perfect for walking to eat and shop. We all agreed that we would stay here again. The pool was great.
