The Colonnades 1002 is a luxurious 3-bedroom, 3-bath Gulf-front condo situated on the 10th floor, offering stunning views and spacious accommodation for up to 10 guests. This condo is perfect for large families or groups seeking a beachfront retreat with all the comforts of home.

The Primary suite in The Colonnades 1002 is a lavish escape, featuring a King bed and a private bathroom equipped with a Jacuzzi tub and separate walk-in shower, providing a spa-like experience. The second bedroom also includes a King bed, a private bath, and a flat-screen TV, offering a blend of comfort and privacy. The third bedroom is equipped with a Full-over-Full bunk bed and a flat-screen TV, ideal for kids or additional guests.

The living room features a sofa sleeper and flat-screen TV, ensuring ample space for relaxation and entertainment. The fully-equipped kitchen is a highlight, boasting granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, ready for any culinary challenge. CLEAN BED PROMISE

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

MONTHLY RENTALS

The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

Great Peoperty
This is a great place to stay. We enjoy the location as it is close to restaurants we like. The unit was clean and fresh. It had everything we needed. We will keep it on our list of rentals that we like.

Great vacation
Our first trip to Gulf Shores was amazing. A wonderful view, plenty of room and everything we needed. The living room furniture does need to be updated but is a minor issue. Overall, we had a great stay.

Great spot on the beach
The condo was comfortable and had similar amenities that we are used to inside the condo as far as dishes, bedding, towels, etc. The swimming pool outside was decent in size but the depth I believe was 2ft on the ends and 4 ft in the middle. I liked that it had some shade areas under a covered area but also allowed you to be in the sun if you want that also. It has a great balcony view of the ocean and overall the condo was spacious. The building had not much else to offer unless you were an owner. What we didn't like was our shower in the master bath was not working and would not turn on. This was as soon as we arrived. We saw cleaning people there earlier but obviously, no one cleaned the master shower because there was no water that could be turned on. There was a LARGE amount of mold build-up surrounding the shower (not just under the caulking). It was disgusting. We notified the management company immediately that the water would not turn on and asked how would they have cleaned it. The mgmt co said they would call their maintenance person, but ultimately they decided they needed to send an actual plumber who did not arrive until Monday. When he arrived he was very nice. He said this was a known issue and he would have to come back another day shut the water to the condo completely off and change out a mixer. Ultimately by Wednesday, everything was fixed and then cleaned by us. However, this was most of our trip down a bathroom to shower in.

Perfect location and very clean
The Colannades is a very nice facility to stay at as well as being secure. I enjoy that there is security on site at the entrance as well as requiring code for beach entry. This unit was clean and well decorated. Will definitely stay again!

Exceeded expectations!
This condo exceeded our expectations! It was very spacious and never once did our group of 6 feel uncomfortable. The master bedroom and en-suite was massive. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud! The sliding balcony door in the bedroom wouldn’t open, but it was not an issue for us. The balcony itself was outstanding! Plenty of seating and a spectacular view. The other 2 bedrooms served its purpose and we had absolutely no issues. The kitchen was updated and beautiful. Accessing the pool level was kind of tricky the first couple of tries and having an access code for beach accessThe pool area was great and there was plenty of seating. It was always clean and never overcrowded. The beach was phenomenal! Parking was never a problem and we were able to have covered parking for both our vehicles. One parking pass was included in our condo fees and the extra one was $55. There was construction on the east side of the property but the noise level was irrelevant to us (especially inside the nearly sound proof condo). I would be delighted to stay at this property again and would highly recommend it to anyone that is looking for a place in Gulf Shores.
