We had a great time at this condo!The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were so comfortable! Host was very quick to respond to a couple small issues we had. The only real issue we struggled with was the slider door to the balcony. We were ages 57-70 and the slider door was very hard to open and close. Had to use full body weight to move it. I hope next time we stay there it’s easier to “slide”. Beach access, property amenities were awesome! As vrbo owners and managers- overall we were very pleased with our stay and would most certainly stay here again! Thanks for a memorable trip!

We enjoyed staying at Phoenix II. It was more laid back and much less crowded than the newer large complexes. The Condo was nice and true to how it was advertised. It could use some touch up as some of the walls are damaged. The kitchen has been remodeled nicely. Overall, clean and nice condo!

Nice location! We liked that we were able to use more then just our pool. We found out tower 1 pool was heated so we ended up using that pool when we were not at the beach

Easy, seamless check in and code to room was texted 2 hours early! Parking was a breeze. Room had great views of beach and ocean, fantastic balcony and everything you would possibly need away from home. Especially appreciated and had wonderful time cooking a couple meals at the Oceanside grills. Centrally located where drive to all points in Orange Beach, Gulf Shores or Pensacola took no more than 15 minutes in either direction. Will definitely come again!

This is the second time I have stayed at this condo. In 2019 I stayed the month of February and this year also the month of February. . It has everything I need and all in good condition. Love the view of the ocean. The first year, some of my family visited and we all enjoyed your place. This year because of Covid there was just me part of the month and my significant other was there some. The place was very clean . I do wish that more people in the building would have honored the "Mask Required" in the common areas , but guess some don't get it. I will be back next year and hopefully some of my family can visit some days. Thanks for making this available for rent!

This was just what we all needed. The view was amazing, we saw dolphins every morning and enjoyed the thunderstorms in the evening/night from the balcony. The condo was exactly how it was pictured! Kitchen provided all the utensils and dishes we needed! The closet on the balcony was stocked with buckets, rafts, chairs, boogie boards (we added to the collection), balls and other fun beach toys. The beds were comfy too! Close to a Walmart, grocery store, gas station and souvenir shops. The pool was great and it was partially shaded during the heat of the day so the kids could still swim and not be in the hot sun. Check-in/out was easy, I just wished I was a little more prepared for the high cost of parking at the condo! You will be close to tons of activities, deep sea fishing, parasailing, The Hangout to name a few. Chute for the Sky parasailing at Tacky Jacks was literally the best, ask for Gio and Hunter!

Our stay was wonderful. The condo was comfortable. Master bed was a little firm for my liking but I have Fibro and most beds are a little firm for me. It was 100% better than the hotel we stopped at on the way down. We would definitely stay again. I have to wonder where the owners are from. There was a spoon rest in the kitchen that was from Michigan so we didn't know if a past guest left it or if the owners were from Michigan.

I received a call the first day of our booking to let me know that the room was ready. After telling her that we would be running late (after 4pm) she offered to text me the door code so we didn't have to stop at the office. How awesome is that!!! Thanks so much! It made our drive that much more enjoyable.

The only thing missing was the coffee but I enjoyed myself. We are planning in making this oue annual DIVA'S GETAWAY each year arouns this time. The only thing that was surprising was you had to pay for the seating and umbrella on the beach I thought it was part of the package. A suggestions it would be nice if they had a drink stand ir something on the beach but overall MY GETAWAT WAS GREEAAATTTT

This was my fourth time staying at this condo, it is amazing! The balcony is the best part, it is a great size and can accommodate 4 people sitting. It has a great view of the gulf and is private enough to have a nice dinner outside or glass of wine. The condo itself is very clean and is continuously updated...tile, granite, furniture, and tv's...it shows that the owners take pride in their home. Pots, pans, cups, coffee maker, desk area for working while away, pool, hot tub, chair/umbrella rental right out front, and also walking distance to restaurants. This is an amazingly clean and enjoyable place to stay. Highly recommended.

I went on vacation for four nights/five days. I had a wonderful time. The condo was extremely clean. The kitchen has been recently updated. I spent most of my time on the balcony since I had a perfect view of the ocean. I had easy access to the pool and hot tub. I plan on returning to this condo next year.

We had a great trip. Condo was very nice with an amazing Gulf view and access. Our family of four had plenty of space and all the ammenties we needed. Our kids really enjoyed the pools and the very quick easy access to the beach. Gulf2Beach staff was very accommodating to all of our needs. We stayed 7 nights at your condo and had a great time! The condo was clean and well stocked with all you would ever need in kitchen. Loved that we had plenty of bath towels in both bathrooms. Enjoyed reading on the balcony with the comfortable furniture. The 6th floor was a perfect spot for us as we enjoyed using stairs instead of elevators. Owners were very nice and helpful!!! Our young adults enjoyed the night life across the street at "The Bait Shop"!!! The condo was close to several grocery stores . Would recommend this condo and would love to stay here again!!!!

We had a wonderful time and the week passed by way to fast. The condo was very nice and the furniture was very nice. I love the kitchen decor. The balcony furniture was very comfortable for just sitting back and watching the waves which made for a relaxing good time. The pool was very nice and big enough that it wasn't overcrowded. Loved my recent stay at this Phoenix property. This newly renovated unit is clean and beautifully decorated with so many nice added touches like the beautiful tiled kitchen to all new flat screen TVs in all the rooms. Love the beach view whether sitting inside or out on the deck. This unit is conveniently located to anything you need from great eating places (DeSotos, Tacky Jacks, Docs, Bella Luna), shopping centers, to the state park. We stayed here for 11 days and it was great. Newly renovated. Beds slept wonderful, all the kitchen items you would need if you want to cook and just stay in but great places to eat if you want to eat out.. We especially liked Desotos and the Oyster Shack. Large TV's with lots of channels. The 6th floor made it a quiet floor and we never had a long wait for 1 0f the 2 elevators. The pool and hot tub were always a must after a nice walk on the beach of a morning. We could watch the boats and even saw dauphins swim by one morning..The owner was very helpful with any question. The photos give a true picture of this condo and we would highly recommend it.I
