Pros: The furniture and decor is top notch. It feels like you are staying in your own home. The bathrooms are newly remodeled. The master shower is a walk in tile shower. This is the first time I've been to the beach and didn't have to shower in a fiberglass tub. The flooring throughout is new and and very nice. Cons: The bath trowels are the size of hand trowels, and they feel like sandpaper on your sunburnt skin. If we stay at this unit again we will definitely bring our own towels.

My husband and I, along with two teenagers and our 20 year old stayed comfortably in this 2 bedroom/2bathroom condo. View of the beach from the 10th floor was amazing! Clean, cozy, & calming is how I would describe this condo. It just felt like home! Beds we’re comfortable! Kitchen had everything you needed. Balcony was roomy with table & chairs. Property manager was easily accessible if needed. Liked the sliding glass doors from master to get to balcony for early morning coffee!EXCELLENT Condo!

Starting with the complex as a whole, it was safe, clean, close to everything. The beach wasnt crowded and the pool great too. The garage parking pass also meant the car was never schorching hot. The condo itself was beatuiful. You can see everything from the 10th floor. It was clean, smelled good, decorated appropriately. We spent a lot of time on the balcony for breakfast and naps. The beds were comfy and the showers had good water pressure. If I ccould change one thing it would have been that all the tvs should be smart at this point. When i get back to the room after a marathon beach day, i just wanted to warch some Netflix. I survived and got a book read so it was all good. We would definately come back to stay here for our next beach adventure.

We had an excellent stay. Everything was clean, kitchen fully stocked, and nice location. The large deck was nice, as was having 2 king beds. The covered parking was amazing to have in the storms and hot weather. We would absolutely stay here again. There are places to eat close by but we ended up driving most places because that road is so busy and hard to cross on foot- another reason the covered parking was great!

Condo was exactly as described. We have never rented a unit that was as well maintained and clean as this one! Pam was great for getting us our check in information and answering any questions. Check in was an absolute breeze. The parking spot for the unit is a great bonus, so convenient. Outdoor pool was chilly, so the kids didn’t use it a lot. Indoor pool is small and so is the hot tub. Kitchen is fully stocked so making meals there was very convenient. There is grills onsite, but they are charcoal so we never used them. I loved having the slider doors in the bedroom to also access the balcony and to get that gorgeous view. Very close to grocery stores so that made getting groceries easy. Orange Beach is magnificent and so was Tidewater.

We have stayed at many condos over the last 20 years. I have to say this one was the best. Everything was well taken care of from the parking to the entrance to the condo itself. We had so much fun. Only negitive was the mattress in the master it was hard. If you like a firm mattress you should be good. overall I would still give it a 10 out of 10 we had everything we needed and more. My favorite part was access to the balcony from the master and the huge walk in shower although it could have used another shower head lol! You wont be sorry if you rent this condo it was great!

The Tidewater condo was an amazing place for me to rest, relax, and be at peace for a month. The décor was soothing, the bed wonderful, the kitchen well-stocked, and the view was beyond description. From the balcony, I could watch both the sunrise and the sunset. Walking the clean, white-sand beach was the best exercise for body and mind. The manager was easy to contact and responded quickly to my questions. Having a covered parking spot was an added benefit. I’m coming back!

I had to ask Pam how to use the TV and she was able to guide us through with a phone call. I also asked her advice about the hurricane coming and she immediately responded. Stayed at this unit for a spring break trip with my immediate family. Condo was well-furnished (good, up to date appliances, furniture in good condition) and building felt like the right size... not too small, not too big. Unit is on the 10th floor, which gives you great views of the beach/gulf. Having a dedicated covered parking space was really nice as well. Owner communicated checkin procedures in a timely manner with no issues. I'd stay here again.

Quick girls trip for post-Christmas recovery 😊. We really enjoyed this condo. Everything was as described. Perfectly appointed and clean. Great location. Loved the fact that it has two king beds (too firm for me, but that's simply personal preference). We pretty much lived on the balcony, except for walks on the wonderful beach. Our visit to Orange Beach has passed too quickly. We were blessed to spend our stay in Tidewater 1002. The condo was very welcoming and well- decorated, which we noticed immediately. We spent 90% of our time at the condo, traveling out into the community only two times for dinner at local restaurants. I cooked our meals in the condo kitchen, which was very well stocked with cooking utensils, cookware and bakeware. The toaster was too small but we just scrunched bread up until it fit. The tile on the balcony is a very nice touch, as is the walk in shower in the master. The second bathroom is a plus, even for just 2 people. The second bedroom is also nice, however we used it for storage. The laundry room is wonderful and very useful, especially having spent most of the daytime on the beach. My husband lost one of his hearings aids here, but we guess it's buried under sand somewhere on the beach. That was our biggest bummer of our trip and has nothing to do with the condo. We have stayed here four other times, but never at this condo. We would certainly like to return in the future. Thank you.

This property is absolutely fantastic! The pictures really don’t do it credit. Extremely clean(which is a must). Plenty of towels, pots, pans, utensils, etc. The lanai is extremely comfortable with really nice furniture. This will definitely be my go to place in Orange Beach!

The beach was not crowded at all when compared to other areas of Orange Beach. The property manager was also very helpful when we needed her help. Our stay was wonderful! The condo was very clean and very homey. The view was gorgeous and the parking space was a nice extra. It came equipped with many dishes, pots, pans, towels, and other toiletries. The security guards went out of her way on a very breezy night to inform us we left our car door open and she shut it for us...so sweet!The owners were very nice, responsive with the information provided, and checked to make sure our needs were met. It was definitely a home away from home! I will be back again and again and hopefully, we can make TIdewater 1002 our traditional vacation condo. The accommodations were great. Plenty of room. We were able to relax, sit on the big balcony, and walk on the beach. Very close to many great restaurants. Owners left us a coupon for Shrimp Basket and we used it the first night. Nice touch.

This was one of the nicest condos in Orange Beach we have stayed in and we plan on returning. We were there the First or second week of June 2016 I can't remember which. We enjoyed the big balcony and loved being beach front but also by the jetties. It was a nice change for us having the jetties and being able to watch the boats go by. Condo was very roomy even our 18 month old grandson enjoyed watching all the boats and planes. He was so excited by all this. Manager was very pleasant to deal with. Our family has been visiting the Alabama and Florida gulf coast beaches for over 25 years and we’ve stayed at condo’s from Panama City to Gulf shores. This is one of the nicest 2 bedroom condo’s we have ever rented. The whole experience was excellent from beginning to end and I would highly recommend this location and this unit in particular. The furnishings are all brand new and there is absolutely everything you need to make your stay memorable. This unit has a very large balcony and excellent views of the pass. We were visiting during the short Red Snapper season and every morning we would have breakfast on the balcony and watch the fishing boats going out on their charters. It was so nice and there was plenty of room for the whole family. Tidewater has two pools (one indoor) with a hot tub and workout area. You can work out to views of the beach and ocean, the grounds, pool and everything looked brand new and was super neat and clean. We’ll certainly be back, this is going to be our “go to” spot from now on in Orange Beach.

We arrive just after midnight, guards were there to greet us. The room was well furnished with everything we needed for our stay. My friends and I were well pleased in the comfort and sizes of the beds. The view from the balcony was perfect. We had other friends that stayed in other condos and they were amazed at the cleanliness of ours and how well stocked it was. Myself being OCD I loved the way everything was labeled and had its on place. I personally know the owners and they make you feel so welcome with all the personal touches that they have incorporated. Cant say enough about how great Pam was to work with. We were there with our baseball team and you know how dirty those varsity players can get. The full size washer and dryer was awesome to have on hand, made the cleaning process so much easier. Will for sure be booking again for next years trip.

So few things actually live up to their advertised expectations... Five minutes inside the condo convinced me that I wanted to come back! It was clean, bright and comfortable. And the views were spectacular! I like to cook local seafood and the kitchen was furnished with everything you would ever need...it had more stuff than my own home! Everything was extremely clean and well labeled! . AMAZING views of the Gulf from the living room, master bedroom and the balcony! (love the balcony!) The owners have decorated the condo in perfect beach style. Also you get the feeling that you are truly a guest in their home...great family photos around and they even leave a welcome note! You won’t go wrong with this unit. (Did I mention the balcony is huge and is the perfect place for breakfast, lunch or even a romantic dinner???) Absolutely everything needed for a perfect beach vacation it there... The easy access to beach is so nice! It’s on the 10th floor so you can see the boats coming in delivering fresh seafood in the jetty right across the street by the Wolf Bay Lodge. (Which is in walking distance and a must try!). Take fewer clothes than you think...full size washer and dryer in the condo which looks new and work great! The pool is clean and the indoor pool and hot tub rocks! Needless to say we will be back. I have looked at other condos online at Tidewater and nothing compares to this one. (and you can watch the dolphins play in the mornings on the awesome balcony over coffee!!) Love the private parking spot under the building out of the sun! This is the place to stay in Orange beach! See you next summer!

Our family has decided to make this condo our official vacation stay for future vacays! It is obvious that the owners have paid close attention to all details one may need for a stress free, relaxing and enjoyable stay. After spending the week enjoying breakfast on the balcony (which is also ideal for scouting out what area on the beach you may want to "plant your beach chair" that day), taking in the sun and waves on the beautiful beach area, relaxing by the pool and eating more seafood than our own bodyweight, we were not ready to leave when our stay was over. Before we left, we went ahead and booked a weekend in October to come back! We will definately be recommending this condo to all of our North Alabama friends!

The balcony was nice with the sitting area and a nice table to have meals on. The condo was very clean with plenty of bath towels, having a full size washer & dryer was great.
