The living room features plenty of comfortable seating, a TV, and floor to ceiling windows that fill the space with natural light and lead out to the furnished private balcony overlooking the Gulf. Enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening while taking in the beautiful coastal views.

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.

The primary bedroom offers a king bed, direct balcony access, and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen bed, while the third bedroom includes two full size beds, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for larger groups. A second full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway.

A sofa sleeper in the living room provides additional sleeping accommodations, allowing the condo to comfortably sleep up to ten guests.

The outdoor pool at Phoenix I is also heated during the Winter season. The children's pool and children's splash pad in Phoenix I is perfect for younger guests to splash and play safely. Relax and unwind in the hot tub or the sauna, ideal for soothing relaxation. The game room offers entertainment for all ages, while the grilling area is perfect for hosting delightful outdoor meals. Stay active in the well-equipped exercise room that overlooks the Gulf, engage in some friendly competition on the lighted tennis courts or pickleball courts, or enjoy a game of racquetball.

Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix II. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es).
