The condo was absolutely gorgeous and well maintained. The kitchen had everything imaginable to feel at home. The only problem was the ice maker. Even when it was turned off it continued to make ice. The condo was very spacious. The balcony was an extension of the living room. The views were incredible. We are already planning to come back next year.

Our first time to Orange Beach was wonderful! My family loved the condo. Once we figured out all of the light switches it was a breeze. Loved the balcony and watch dolphins swim right in front while we had coffee every morning. This was the perfect condo for us.

Loved our stay at Windward Point 1001. The condo was clean and spacious. The wrap around balcony is fabulous with breath taking views. We enjoyed it immensely watching the 4th of July fireworks. Amenities, shops, restaurants, and parking are convenient. The people in Orange Beach are friendly and everyone exudes happiness….including tourists. Our host checked in with us to make sure we didn’t need anything…which we didn’t… but they were NOT meddlesome or annoying. We all were very pleased and would love to return. Thanks!

The property was good, very disappointed in not knowing ahead of time that construction was taking place and access to the pool and condo decks would be limited. Very poor communication. The construction rattled the building from 8 am to 5 pm, became very irritating. I asked in advance about any possible construction because I read the reviews from 2022 and there it was mentioned about the construction going on then, I assumed it would have been done by 2023. But I did ask and was told that they would send me an email about any construction if there was any going on.....never received that email....received many emails from the property manager but nothing was said about construction. Very disappointed.

The condo was very spacious it was clean the only complaint we have was the bed in the master was super soft it hurt our backs. The master bedroom also had a musty smell. The furniture on the porch was adequate but could use cleaning. The couch in the living room is wore out not comfortable to sit on. Overall I would say the condo was nice.

Unfortunately the building next to us was under construction so we had a lot of noise from it the entire time we were there. Next time I go anywhere I will check if construction is being done close by! Otherwise the unit is very nice. Could use a little updating but we didn't mind. Like the room lay out and then every room had a slider and access to the wrap around balcony. Carpet in bedrooms need replacing. Tile would be better in there. Good size kitchen with everything you needed. Good location. Would stay again!

There are the usual hotel style luggage carts, the plastic utility carts and even heavy duty grocery carts to carry all your stuff. There is an on site bagged ice machine and parking kiosk. The pools are super nice, with outdoor restrooms located by the pool ~ invaluable with kids. Security is visible, so you know you’re good. My only complaint, is I wish the condo had grilling tools. There are several grills down by the pool (cleaned daily by maintenance!!) but we had to borrow a spatula and tongs from a fellow griller. The only

Windward Pointe's location is conveniently located to stores and restaurants. The beach was amazingly clean with crystal clear water. There is a rental company right in front of the property on the beach that rents umbrella/chairs and even paddleboards, etc. I always find renting the chairs/umbrellas comparable in price to having to buy that stuff - only to have to leave it behind at the end of the trip. Plus I don't have to schlep the stuff to the beach each day - it is already set up and waiting on me so I can enjoy the vacation.The interior of the unit was very clean and well-maintained. Furnishings were nice and appliances newish and worked well. Tremendous water pressure in the showers even with both in-use at the same time. HVAC kept the unit at a nice temperature throughout. The mattresses must be fairly new as there weren't soft/sunken areas that you sometimes find. Pillows were a little thinner than I like but others in the group like it that way.Outdoor pool and kiddie pool were nice with adequate chairs. Indoor pool and hot tub are in a building across the parking lot which also houses fitness and sauna. The association needs to update the fitness equipment that is older - some of which was broken - but treadmills and elliptical looked to be not as old/worn.Exterior of condo need some TLC from the condo association - not the unit owners fault - but there were workers there taking care of some of those which is good to see. Elevators worked quickly and weren't crowded. There were several styles of carts down near the elevators for loading luggage/groceries/whatever to help transport to the unit which was nice. Also a convenient self-pay place to buy bags of ice onsite by the elevator. The unit's fridge does have an ice maker, but if you're filling coolers each day you will need other ice so nice that it was available onsite.Overall - A Great place and I hope to be back.

We have stayed at a lot of different condo units over the past 15 years, and this one was one of the best. The location and the view from the wrap-around balcony on the 10th floor was perfect. It definitely had more furniture and kitchen items than usual. Probably needs a little updating/paint in the bathrooms but nothing that would stop us from staying again!
