we came to alabama for a baseball tournament near Orange Beach was conveniently located to the fields we needed to play at. I searched Verbo and saw this condo rental and it was like it was made for our group. We had a total of 12 people two adults and 10 children ages 13 to 17.

Our family of 6 loved our stay! Pictures did not disappoint, gorgeous view, plenty of room for our family and great location! The littles loved the lazy river and the teens couldn't get enough of the beach. We would definitely stay here again, the condo had everything we needed and the beds were very comfy. We even called to add another day to our stay and they got back to us very quickly to make it happen.

Check-in was super easy. The condo was exactly as advertised. Beautiful beachfront view. Large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms-perfect for a big family. We usually vacation at Miramar Beach, but this property was much nicer and more modern than what we usually encounter there. The amenities were great! My teens enjoyed the indoor pool, hot tub and lazy river every day, as well as the gym. Every single staff member at the Phoenix was so polite and friendly. The only suggestion I have is that it would be helpful if a new skillet was added to the condo-I usually cook a lot on vacation due to some food allergies my family has and the pans were challenging. Check-out procedures were clear and simple. Finally, the owner/facilitator of the property kept in contact via text and email throughout the stay to see if our stay was meeting expectations. I would definitely recommend this one and I would be happy to stay here again.

Nice beach. Beautiful large rental with 3 bath so convenient for a group. Teens/kids come to beach prepared with chairs/toys or u can buy some down the street. Nice grocery store down the street. No Keurig or hairdryer on this stay so pack accordingly. Coffee is downstairs in lobby though! Great exercise room and pool area! Parking convenient. Would stay again!

Our family really enjoyed our stayed and would absolutely recommend it to friends and family. Our children (ages 3 and 4) loved the pool. The beach was beautiful and clean. The condos location was very convenient to activities, restaurants, and shopping.

Overall fantastic stay. Very clean place right on the beach. Great indoor pool and outdoor lazy river. Bring your own pillows/blankets if you want some extra. If you book through VRBO, etc., be aware that you will have to pay ~$55.00 per parking pass. We squeezed all of our people into three vehicles. Apparently I misread that two parking passes were included, so I paid ~$165 for three parking passes on top of renting the place. That was the only extra thing I had to pay for though.

The condo was well decorated and looked exactly as pictured. The beds were comfortable. We liked the lazy river and splash pad. The floors were dirty and made my infants knees and tops of his feet black when we first arrived. There was also only one dish towel.

We had a great time and this condo was so nice. I am super picky about cleanliness and especially the beds. Liquid life's process for the bed linens is the way to go. We had 5 adults and 4 children and we had plenty of space. The kids loves the slide and lazy river. This condo is on the 6th floor which is the last floor that you can park on, no elevator was needed for loading and unloading….super convenient. We would definitely rent again!

The condo is absolutely wonderful! All the rooms are large with high ceilings, each bedroom has its own bath, kitchen is perfectly stocked with anything you might need! Beds are comfortable an unit has exceptional views with a very large balcony that can be accessed from master bedroom or family room. Right over lazyriver pool at night is beautiful ! Worth every penny an parking is great easy access to unload your vehicle!

My whole family enjoys the beach so it’s very important that we stay at a place that will accommodate the different age groups we have when we go. Phoenix II was one of them. The room was spacious for us and we did not feel crowded not one bit . The beach location and the pools were great . My whole family had a great time . We will be booking again next year .

I can not express how much we loved our stay at the Phoenix Orange Beach 2 condo! We had a big group of 10 people and there was more than enough room for everyone. The place is clean, updated, and extremely comfortable. The location couldn’t be any better! You pretty much have the beach right at your doorstep! The lazy river and pool are also a very nice amenity at this facility. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect beach vacay. I can’t wait to book again!

Reserve it!!! It is worth it!!!! We had an amazing time at this condo for the 4th of July Beach vacation. We were 3 families, each family had their own room and bathroom. The apartment is very spacious and well insulated, you don't hear noises from the other rooms or the neighbors. Spacious and well equipped kitchen and living rooms. Smart TV on the living room was very convenient. We were able to watch our favorite shows thanks to the smart TV apps connection. The balcony is huge and the seating chairs and table are in good condition. Park on 6th floor to have direct access to the condo floor. It made everything easier to load/unload the car. It was a great stay, we made wonderful memories and definitely will be back again. Thanks Vrbo.

This condo was super clean and nice. We of course all loved the beach, but the pool, slide, and small splash pad were perfect for all the kids. The babies (age 1 and 3) love the splash pad and the ability to walk and wade in the pool. The bigger kids loved the slide, and everyone enjoyed the lazy river. Thanks for a wonderful week.
