Stayed for a work conference next door at PBR, I walk back and forth for sessions so having the ground level to walk straight out makes it easy.

The best location in the building. We were the closest to the indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, and more The accommodations made our stay even more enjoyable. The check-in and checkout were easy to do.

Room was perfect, clean, and the perfect size. We can down just to get away and ended up have a blast at the Mullet toss. I have to give a shout out to the guy in the Guard box. Friendly and very helpful!

The condo was great location. I loved the access to the pool directly & beach. It was nice receiving a text to make sure I checked in fine as well. The bed was not comfortable at all but overall was a great property.

Absolutely wonderful experience and property. The only frustration we had was checking in very late evening. It was a bit of a challenge to contact someone as we were not even sure "where" the condo was in the building.

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. Basement level and walks out to the pool so very convenient for pool and beach access. Plenty of room, clean and had everything we needed. Will come back!

It was the perfect size for a family of three. The location of the condo was prefect for our needs of accessing the pool and the beach. Loved using the patio during rainy mornings. The kitchen was fully equipped and had all the supplies needed. I would highly recommend this condo.

Property is small. But was perfect for my family of 4. It was clean and we had everything we needed as far as the kitchen goes. We absolutely lived the pool acess off the patio. So convenient with children. Top bunk was high and the rail wasn't really high enough to be considered a safety rail. One of mine just slept in the couch. And several outlets only had one plug working. We had to unplug lamps etc. To charge phones/tablets. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

With direct access to the pool and a short walk to the beach, this property was perfect for our little family! Everything was clean, and well stocked. We were within driving distance of a lot of great restaurants. If we go back to the Orange Beach area, we will 100% book this condo again.

This is one of the cleanest, cutest places I've stayed in Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area. It's ground level and right off of the pool and beach. The bunk bed mattresses were amazingly comfortable and the king size bed was too. The only issue we had was our room access code didn't work. The only reason that sucked so much was, after a 12 hour drive, we had to sit outside the condo for an extra 45 minutes working that out. But the owner was easy to get ahold of and fixed it quickly. We will definitely be staying here again.

We had such an amazing week. I have never been in a more well equipped, convenient, comfortable rental. For a family that cooks, there was EVERYTHING you needed, even a crock pot! They thought of every detail to make your stay comfortable down to both kinds of coffee pots, regular and k-cup! The kids loved the bunk beds and pull out and said they were very comfortable. They also liked that they could lay in bed and still see the TV. The ground floor and walk out to the pool and beach was so much easier than dragging stuff up and down the elevators. That alone made our week! The location of the building was at, in my opinion, the much prettier and less crowded end of the strip! Security was always on duty so you felt safe and the grounds were very clean and maintained. I can't think of one thing we did t like. This property has it all and at an affordable price! We are already planning our next stay!

We stayed here for 3 nights. Wish it was longer! I thought not having an ocean view would be a bummer, but the large patio right next to the pool was awesome!! We could walk to the beach or hang out at the pool with ease. We would definitely stay in this condo again.

This condo was perfect for my husband and I. This is our first visit to Orange Beach and this condo was in the perfect spot-close enough to numerous dining options but out of the touristy section. The bottom floor allowed for great beach and pool access. The condo was perfect for two but offered enough space for us to bring our two children next time. We can't wait to book this unit again soon!

This condo was perfect and just what we were looking for after the polar vortex in the Midwest. Plenty of room and a full kitchen with access to streaming services and wi-fi. Best part of the place was the patio that opened up to the pool and with a short walk over the boardwalk, you were on the beach. The beach is FANTASTIC and stretches west so people were always out walking and looking for shells. White powdery sand and endless beach made a 4 mile walk seem like nothing. The only down fall was there was a fire in the complex while we were there and our side of the tower was without power for 30 hrs. The management at Phoenix East was great and maintenance worked round the clock. While it was an inconvenience and not ideal during our vacation, Liquid Life did provide a proportionate refund. If you go in the winter, be prepared for a Midwest convention feel with all the snowbirds but they were a hoot and we felt right at home. Will definitely visit again.

Layout and quality of furniture was very good. Plenty of cooking utensils. Coat hanger in hall was great. Patio was a nice size. We usually stay in higher floors so we missed watching the waves.

We've stayed in several units in Phoenix East and Unit 008 is by far our favorite. It's the only unit with private access to the pool from the patio…perfect for the kids. The higher than normal ceilings give the unit a large feel compared to other units we've stayed at. Everything seems to have been updated and upgraded recently. The details of the unit make it our favorite: the décor, updates, and bathroom were far and above better than the other units we've rented. We've already rebooked for next year. Cheers
