Ol' Red Cottage

Welcome to Ol' Red Cottage, a charming three bedroom, two bathroom pet friendly beach house that comfortably sleeps up to nine guests. Located just a short walk from public beach access, this inviting cottage offers a relaxing coastal getaway with Gulf views from the balcony and plenty of space to unwind.

The living room features plenty of comfortable seating and a TV, creating a cozy space to relax after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops and all the essentials needed to prepare meals, along with an adjacent dining table for enjoying time together.

The primary bedroom offers a king size bed, a TV, and access to the balcony. The second bedroom features a full size bed and a TV, while the third bedroom includes a twin over full size bed and a TV, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for additional guests.

The home has two full bathrooms, each featuring a shower and tub combination. A sofa sleeper provides additional sleeping space, and a washer and dryer are available in the unit for your convenience.

Under the house, you'll find a great outdoor gathering space with plenty of seating, a TV, and a picnic table. Whether you're relaxing outdoors, enjoying the Gulf views from the balcony, or taking a short walk to the beach, Ol' Red Cottage is a wonderful place to enjoy your next coastal vacation with family, friends, and your four legged companion.

This unit is dog-friendly! A non-refundable pet fee of $150 applies for guests bringing a dog. Please notify our office in advance if you plan to bring one. This unit allows a maximum of two dogs. Most beaches in the area do not allow dogs, but there is a dog-friendly beach down Fort Morgan.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

MONTHLY RENTALS

The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

The minimum age to book this property is 25 years or older. Valid photo identification is required to verify age and ensure compliance with local regulations.
