SeaChase 1601W

We loved this place! It is so spacious, has a large bed in all rooms, and every room has its own bathroom! I loved that it was the penthouse suite, and had beautiful surrounding windows in the condo to see out to the ocean. It was clean, peaceful, and had everything we needed in the condo itself! The staff/hosts were very communicative and responsive, and quick to resolve any issues. My ONLY complaint was that there was little control over the AC unit and we were very hot that first night- luckily they had fans readily available in the condo! 10/10 would recommend for the space and the views, and the easy access to local popular places. It was a great place to stay in a great location!

Our stay at this beach condo was nothing short of PERFECT!! The view alone makes it worth every penny — perched on the top floor of the tallest building in the area (with the largest balcony in the building) we spent hours just soaking in the panoramic Gulf views. We watched dolphins swim by below, and large seagulls glide right in front of us — it felt like a dream.
The condo itself was spotless, spacious, and so comfortable. All bedrooms were bright and airy, and the bathrooms were sparkling clean with amazing water pressure (always a bonus at the beach!).
The kitchen was everything we needed — fully stocked and clean, with plenty of room for meal prep and snacks. The filtered water at the sink and fridge was a thoughtful touch we really appreciated, especially in the summer heat.
The walk to the beach was super short, and we loved that our section of sand was noticeably less crowded than others nearby. Chair rentals were available, but it was easy to bring our own gear.

The house was absolutely wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you might want for an extended stay with all the cabinets labeled to easily locate what you needed. The check in process was very easy. The owner was exceptional and very responsive to our questions. The area was so peaceful. There are deer throughout the resort who will happily have a picnic in your yard. It's also in a great location for exploring the area with just short drives to Ellijay and Blue Ridge among others. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

We love the SeaChase condos. The property is always clean and well equipped. Family friendly without being too loud. This was our first time in a 3 bedroom unit and there was so much space! More than enough room for 3 adult couples plus a baby. Loved the views from this floor and the wall of windows. The only area this particular unit could improve in is maybe a deep cleaning. Looked as though many of the vents in the ceiling needed to be dusted, some straining on the red chaise lounge, and upon arrival the unit smelled like someone had been smoking cigarettes in it, but that smell subsided after opening the doors and letting the breeze in. Over all we’ll continue to stay at SeaChase and would rent this unit again!

We had an excellent stay in the spacious condo that is described as it is in reality. The booking, payment, check in/out process was easy. The management responded to all correspondence in a timely manner. The condo was clean and well stocked. The location is on the beach where you can enjoy the sound of the waves in the balconyand close to everything. Recommend.

This was one of the best condos and stays that my family has had in Orange Beach. We loved that it was a gated resort with 24 hour security, the location was close to all of our favorite restaurants, shopping right across the street, and the beach was not crowded at all. We especially loved all the pools, splash pad, jacuzzi’s, and amenities the whole place had to offer! We are definitely saving this resort and specific condo for our future vacations!!

We had a great stay at Seachase! It was a group of 3 moms with our 16 year old girls. Had a great set up so we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. Beach access was great and pool area was nice. Would definitely go back! Tammy at the front gate was so helpful during our stay.

The unit was clean and spacious. We did have an issue with one of the toilets, but they had someone come out immediately to fix it. Property management was very quick to respond to any questions I had. The location is convenient especially with Walmart Market across the street. We loved getting up early to have coffee and watch the sunrise on the balcony. We loved this unit and would love to stay here again!

Very clean and liquid life was always available and made the process of paying over time a breeze. The only thing I would recommend is that more amenities be available in the condo itself. There was limited cookware and no soaps for kitchen and bathroom. Maybe a few more bath towels are needed as we were having to wash everyday to have towels to use for our shower. We had 5 stay, so there were at least 5 showers a day.

Beautifully furnished with comfortable furniture and décor, clean, spacious, with a well stocked kitchen, and all appliances in great working order. The only thing that was different from the property photos was the table missing from the balcony. There were plenty of chairs, but we were disappointed that the balcony table was missing. We reported it and did not get a response about it. However, maintenance was quick to take care of our greatest needs - internet and a thermostat issue. Thank you Mr. Otis, well done! Really liked having Walmart grocery right across the street, very convenient. The guards at the entrance gate were so nice and very kind! We definitely would recommend this property to our family and friends.

Easy process from start to finish. I love the relaxing neutral decor as I’m not a fan of super colorful beachy decor. Will def stay in this unit again. We love the complex and have stayed there before but this was our first time in this unit. We’ll be back!

That room was the nicest room we have every stayed it. I will definitely recommend to others, and will hopefully be back one day. They were awesome with getting things fixed in a timely manner. Overall the best stay ever.

Condo was beautiful, walk to the beach was great. The pools and spas were amazing and the grounds of the property was beautiful! Can’t wait to come back!

The location was ideal! Property and pool were clean. Several swimming pools to accommodate everyone. The only slightest problem was using the key fobs to enter the property from the beach even though it was a good idea.

This property is very welcoming when you walk in. The décor is very soothing and puts you in the beach vacation mood. The condo was clean and the beds are very comfortable. It provided everything we needed for our perfect family vacation. We highly recommend this property.
