We had the absolute best vacation this week! The condo was beautiful and well stocked with plenty of plates, cookware, and glassware. We knew to bring extra trash bags and toilet paper so we were prepared. It was comfortable and well maintained. We will return!

Fabulous view, nicely decorated, roomy kitchen and comfortable furniture. Would absolutely stay here again if they would get a new bed for the Master bedroom. It was very lumpy and you slid to the middle of the bed and it was very hard. Even a 3 inch piece of foam would help. Myra M

This is a beautiful condo with a large balcony has a fabulous view of the Gulf. The pool and the beach are simply wonderful, and it’s located close to several great restaurants and bars. We did not experience any problems at all. The owners the nicest people and answered all of the questions I had clearly and politely. . We will definitely stay here when we return to Orange Beach.

Really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was very clean and the property managers were very responsive. A few issues with the wine chiller not working and the ice maker not working and during our stay the grills were unavailable due to construction on the property but the property managers were able to get the condo to provide portable grills for our use. I was unhappy that the access to the beach wasn’t open early enough to go sit and watch the sunrise on the beach and I was unable to see it from the balcony due to the angle. I have never stayed in a condo that the access to the beach was locked at midnight and didn’t open back up till 7:15ish. Overall we did enjoy this unit and our stay.

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay at Admirals Quarters. Yes everyone is trying so very hard to get everything back for Spring and Summer and they are a little behind in getting our grills back up and running as they are waiting on parts. We are glad we were able to get temporary grills for the complex until the new grills arrive. We hated to have guests not be able to cook out on their vacation. Yes Admirals Quarters always locks the gate to the pool to beach at midnight every night and opens around 7 am in the morning. We have always done this to keep persons from walking off the beach and into our complex in the middle of the night. This is for our guests protection as we don't want vandals coming on our property during the middle of the night. If you want to go to the beach before 7 am then all you have to do is walk around the side of the building and you will be at the beach. There is a walkway between Admirals Quarters and the Palms that goes to the beach. Just go out the front and go to that walkway and you can easily get to the beach for sunrise. Of course you can see sunrise by the outdoor pool if you do not want to make the journey We will look into the ice and wine cooler as this is the first we have heard about that. We are so sorry

We absolutely loved so much about this condo. The colors and decor are soothing and the beds were comfy. Even the pull out mattress was comfortable. We had everything we needed to cook. My wife loved the kitchen bar's bird tile accents. The furniture was plenty and we loved the rocking chairs in the living room. The balcony was furnished very comfortably and made for great nights sitting listening to the waves. The location is pretty easy in and out and we loved the dedicated parking space.

We had a great experience at this condo. The property (Admiral's Quarters) is very well maintained and has a lot of nice amenities. The unit itself was very clean and up-to-date, the kitchen was well-stocked and very large. Balcony was also large with a great view of the beach. The owners called me the day we arrived so I got the impression they really care about their guest's experience. We had zero issues during our stay. We've been coming to Orange Beach for about 6 years now and this condo is now at the top of our list for future visits.

Over the past 12 years, my wife and I have been regular visitors to the Gulf Shores and Orange Beach area during the Thanksgiving and occasionally Christmas time frame. For several years we only rented from only one owner and initially pleased. However, over a period of time we became disenchanted as the property started showing serious "neglect". We finally decided to look elsewhere. Long story short, a couple of years ago we booked our stay through John and Pam Bates. Best decision ever! They are wonderful owners who take pride and care in their property. Spotless condition with every amenity one could imagine. Their units are so well maintained and in immaculate condition. Location (Admirals Quarters) is absolutely perfect too. Pam and John are locals and always near by should you need their assistance (we haven't but another plus). Great owners who are wonderful (very nice), professional and accommodating. We will rent from no one else! Our only concern is the possibility of no vacancy on our next visit, and having to shop around for another owner/unit. Ugh! Unfortunately this happen to us once. In any event, you cannot/will not be disappointed booking a stay through the Bates. They do have several properties and regardless of the unit/location, convinced all receive the same care, and immaculate condition. You will not be disappointed. Absolutely beautiful condo on one of the nicest beaches we've ever visited. Loved the furnishings. Full Washer/Dryer, well stocked kitchen, huge closets. (The closet in the master bathroom is bigger than our guest bedroom at home.) Very comfortable beds. It was fabulous! We loved the building and the location as well. It was easy to get to anything we wanted to do, and the staff was friendly. We also appreciated the private covered parking spot since we were there during tropical storm Cindy. But even though it rained on us for a few days, we could still enjoy the beach from the well protected patio. It was amazing watching the storm come in from our vantage point on the 11th floor. We felt very safe even during the worst of the storm and actually enjoyed the experience. The sunny days however, were perfection. We will definitely be back!

If you are looking for a wonderful beach vacation, look no further! We so appreciate you letting us stay at your beautiful condo. From the moment we walked thru the door, we knew this was a start to a great vacation. The condo was very nicely furnished, with everything you need. Great kitchen with plenty of pans, dishes, plates, glasses, etc. The beds were very comfortable, as well as the pillows. We always bring our own pillows, but found out these were even better! We also liked the very comfortable living room furniture. One suggestion though, you might want to move the wall sconces behind the sofa up a little. We each hit our heads when sitting down, but only once! Lol! The location of the condo was also a great feature. Very easy to avoid the heavy beach traffic. And of course the beach was beautiful. We are already planning vacation for 2018 with the whole family, we will be in contact. Thanks Again for the memories!

I do try very hard to have new comfortable furniture in all my condos as I want every guest to feel at home. I definitely feel your pain on pillows that is why I replace mine regularly so everything is comfortable from mattresses to pillows. The location of Admirals Quarters cannot be beat as far as a uncrowded beach, beautiful sand and convenience with out all the traffic. I so agree and that is why I own 3 condos at Admirals Quarters. We stayed here for a spring break reunion and golfing trip with another couple we have known for years. The condo is absolutely first-rate. It is perfect for two couples with the two king beds in large bedrooms, along with a very spacious kitchen and living area. The condo was clean, expertly furnished, and equipped with everything imaginable. There are even two coffee-makers - perfect for our mix of regular and decaf drinkers! The oceanfront view was awesome and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the waves. The condo complex is clean and updated, with both indoor and outdoor pools, and a very wide stretch of beach to enjoy. Pam was great to work with - she even gave us a number of excellent restaurant recommendations. We have stayed at a number of VRBO's over the years, and this was among the best - so we definitely recommend this lovely unit..

This was our first visit to the Orange Beach area so we did not know what to expect. We loved the area, meet many very nice people, ate at some great restaurants, enjoyed some super shopping, etc.; however, Admiral's Quarters and Pam and John's condo really made the trip memorable. Admiral's Quarters is a very nice, clean facility. The condo was wonderful with a perfect view of the Gulf. It was decorated so beautiful. Everyone at Admiral's Quarters commented that Pam has great taste when it comes to decorating and, we can attest, she certainly does. Besides the condo furniture and decorations it has a large balcony and came well stocked. We had no problems at all. The whole rental process went without a hitch but the condo itself went beyond our expectations. We will definitely return. Thanks Pam and John.

This is our second time staying with Pam. Just like last time, this was a perfect stay. The unit is beautifully decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. My two boys had so much fun. We went bike riding and parasailing. The unit even had beach chairs and an umbrella for us to take to the beach. We also found several new restaurants. We will definitely be back next year.

This rental was so amazing that we did not want to leave! The condo is furnished absolutely beautiful and decorated with lots of care that it felt like a home and not a rental. There was so much space to accommodate my husband, two year old and myself. We did have to move some nice, breakable items out of reach so heads up if you're traveling with little ones. The balcony was perfect and we used it all the time. However my favorite part was being able to cook in the kitchen and see the ocean! I defiantly don't get that in Texas! Pam and John put a lot of care and thought into what the renters could possibly need. They provide you with a starter of small things (roll of TP, dish soap, etc) you may need, which is very thoughtful of them. They also have beach chairs available which we used every day! Also be sure to check out all the menus and local information they put together for the renter, very helpful! Admirals Quarters is a great building. It was always clean, the pool was never crowded, nor was the beach, and the parking was easy and close. Overall with this being our fourth trip to Orange Beach, and our first to this condo, we absolutely loved it. We hope to be back next year. Rent this condo and you will not regret it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. We were a family of 5, and the 2 master suites with the pull out couch worked perfectly. I loved the big balcony with the perfect view of the ocean and enjoyed starting my day there with a cup of coffee and ending it every night with a glass of wine. I appreciated the simplicity of the building. The parking spot was in a great location. The pool was simple, but a good size. I loved that the door to the condo had a code to enter and I didn't have to keep up with a key. Pam was more than helpful and very friendly. She made the whole experience smooth and welcoming. One thing to note: no paper products are not provided (toilet paper, paper towels, coffee filters, etc), so don't forget to bring some to get you started in case you don't have time to go to the store as soon as you arrive. Also, most condos are rented Saturday to Saturday, so the stores are very crowded on Saturday afternoon/evening. If you can bring a few supplies to get you through the first day and then go to the store on Sunday, it is a much more pleasant experience.

Thank you for staying with us. I agree that the two Master Suites is a big plus. That is definitely why I always put King Beds in every room that will accommodate a king bed. I feel the comfort of my guests is number one. Yes the large balcony is a definite pleasant surprise for enjoying the beach and gulf views below. I also chose this condo for our home away from home because it has such an open floor plan and beautiful views. Yes you do find crowds at the grocery stores on Saturdays due to the popularity of our area. Since the Grocery stores are so crowded that is why I DO SUPPLY a starter of Toilet paper, Bath Soap, Dishwashing soap, etc. so my renters do not have to go straight to the store upon arrival. I always send out a letter letting my renters know that it is just a starter set and they may want to bring additional products with them for the entire week's stay. I feel this also keeps my renters from having to buy locally if they would rather bring from home. I guess the crowds do prove that we are in paradise. I am so glad I made your vacation experience a great one and look forward to your family's return to once again share a small part of paradise.

This was our first time to book a condo directly with the owners, Pam and John were so easy to work with. The condo was just as described. This was also our first time to stay a whole week, we had a great time the beach was beautiful (a few rainy days) but all in all a great family vacation. We had plenty of room in the spacious condo for our family of four (and daughter and 2 year old grandson came down for a few days). It was such a relaxing vacation. We stayed in this condo for a week. The condo itself is amazing! The decor is beautiful and very comfortable. The condo is very spacious. I personally loved the patio. It was a perfect place to sit at night and listen to the ocean. It also was very spacious! The view was incredible! The pool outside was very nice and we enjoyed the inside pool too! I would recommend this condo to anyone! We always stay at the same condo every year, this is the first time that we tried somewhere new...needless to say, this will be where we go back to from now on. Very nice and well worth the money! This was our first trip to Orange Beach and after looking at several condo's I chose to contact Karen about this condo at Admirals Quarters. Karen was so sweet and extremely helpful with helping me find the right condo for our family's first experience at the beach (whether it be hers or another one). Ultimately in the end I chose to stay in this amazing condo. A big thing for me is communication and Karen always communicated with me all the way up to our arrival. She even met us there and made sure our room was ready and cleaned earlier than normal since we arrived earlier than check in time. The room was exactly as pictured on the web site and as Karen had described to me. My whole family was just loved this condo. We had two teenage girls and they loved their room and loved the fact there was another 1/2 bath so they could have more private time and their own space to get ready! :). This condo is exceptionally clean and very well taken care of for being on the beach with all the sand that can be tracked in.(I loved that since I'm a clean freak) not to mention it is beautifully decorated with all the up to date styles. It felt more like a home to me with plenty of room to relax and enjoy. I cant think of anything else we could have possibly needed other than more time. This great condo made our first trip to the beach a memorable one and we will now be making this a definete yearly vacation spot for our family. We already cant wait to come back next summer. I have stayed in this condo for the last 2 years and have rented from the same owners for 3. Their condos are beautfully decorated and at the same time have a relaxing atmosphere. Any issues i have brought to their attention are addressed immediately. We thoroughly enjoy the property and it is well maintained. The location is centrally located in that area and is close to many restaurants and other attractions in that area.

You and your family of course are wonderful guests and we love sharing our home with you. Hopefully we will get your extended family to stay in our other condos at Admiral's Quarters if they come the same week. It is guests like you that we appreciate so much. You always look out for our home and let us know things like when there is a leak under the sink so I can have a plumber come by and fix before it grows and goes to a condo below us. We always encourage our guests to let us know about anything that looks amiss. That is how we are able to keep our condos in top notch shape and make them the PERFECT BEACH SPOT to spend your vacation. Great location close to stores,beautiful beach, indoor and outdoor pools.The property is much more attractive than the photos reflect.The staff keeps the property clean and secured and all services well maintained. The owner has aways been helpful and concerned about our needs while staying in her unit.She was recommended by our friends, we would highly recommend her to anyone that has a desire to have a wonderful time on the beach. Great restaurants, two in Pensacola; Maguires and Hemmingways, in Orange Beach; Cobalts, Tacky Jacks and a little mexican place close to Winn Dixie within walking distance of our place on the BEACH.

I would highly recommend this condo to anyone who is interested in a high class, fully operational unit right on the beach. We were two couples who spent a very enjoyable week here during March. The photos do not do the unit justice as it is beautifully furnished and the view is exquisite. Everything you need is here, from a washer and dryer to acrylic glasses for the balcony. Loved the wet bar! All necessary stores etc are nearby and we spent a day at the Outlet Mall in Foley, but the best times were simply walking on the white sand beach. The owner was very helpful, even offering us early arrival availability because of an early flight. We loved our time at Orange Beach and would certainly go back. It is a given that we will stay at this unit again.

We loved staying at your condo at the Admirals Quarters. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. It was spacious and beautifully decorated. We felt right at home. It was a short walk to the beach which we really enjoyed. The pool area was lovely and if I wanted to exercise we could in the workout room. Admirals Quarters was a wonderful vacation condo. It's beautiful, well cared for, great location, charming, two balconies, over sized rooms, gorgeous open kitchen that flows into the cozy family room that overlooks the Beach! Open your sliding glass doors off the family room and your Master bedroom and enjoy the breath taking views. Grocery stores, shops, restaurants are all within walking distance, and driving distance. Centrally located. Small workout room on the main floor of building, or walk on the beach. There are also bike and walk/running trails on the front streets. Pam and John Bates are wonderful Owners and make the check in process easy. It's truly a wonderful place to bring youreself and your family. We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo with 3 boys and had plenty of space! We'll go back every year! Thanks to the Bates Family!

Everything was there to provide a great vacation, beautiful furnishings, well equiped kitchen and conveniently located.
