Caribe resort has so much to do. The marina is right there which we love. We bring our boat and having it on site I. The water is a huge plus.
Multiple hot tubs, multiple pools, lazy river, water slides, mini golf, saunas and more. Perfect place to relax with the family

We enjoyed our stay very much. Plenty of space, close to a lot of restaurants, shopping and the beach. The amenities were amazing….. a free trolley to and from the beach, indoor & outdoor pool, lazy River & mini golf course. The amenities definitely takes it up a notch. Will book again!

Condo was great except tile floors left feet filthy if barefoot. It would have been nice to have had 3 keys instead of just 2. We were 3 families but it worked and I didn't call to see if possible to get another.

We had 6 teens and 4 adults.. The property is beautiful, clean and the staff is friendly. I wasn’t sure about all the texting with property staff but it was great. We needed a few extra items and they responded quickly both in text and delivery. Our teens are very active and we never once heard “I’m bored”. The walk to the beach is a big long but you can ride the cart we just chose to walk. The only disappointment we had, all the hot tubs broke down the same day and were down for a couple days. We had a blast visited The Gulf, Cobalt, Tye Hangout and Florabama.. All the restaurants had great food and entertainment for our entire group. We had an adult night at Florabama we all loved it. Highly recommend this property and we will be back!! 710C

The place is beautiful with an amazing view, very spacious, beautiful decor, comfortable beds and clean sheets! Lots of things to do on the property, lots of pools on the property, restaurants nearby and one on the property within a walking distance (2-3 min away), small store inside tower C, tv’s in every room with access to Dish, Netflix and other apps, free shuttle that picks you up from this property and takes you to the beach and free pick up when ready you just call. Family friendly 100%! We’ll be coming back! Everything was working right. Only thing to mention is that” I wish they would of had provided better instructions when we picked up the “keys” from the office like to what building to go to (there are three towers). Once we picked up the keys, the keys didnt’ work. I had to go over to tower B (from tower C) to get the keys activated they worked just fine after that. Keys are picked up from a different place. That’s all, other than that amazing place, views and vibes!!

Great for kids, condo is massive and very clean. I really wish they provided a blow dryer and more than one dish towel. I thought that would be standard but I guess not. Caribe was under a lot of construction and they are putting in a new, big bar right next to the lazy river.

Very nice condo. Great location. Lazy River was not open yet. It opened the day we were leaving which was a bummer but pools were nice. The only issues we had were is upon arrival there were no towels in bathrooms so I had to call and have some brought to us. They were delivered promptly but then in one of the bedrooms there was an old dirty diaper and vomit on the floor and bedding. It took about a couple hours for someone to come take care of it. They changed the bedding and took care of dirty diaper but didn't clean vomit up on the floor so I had to call back and then the lady didn't even bring and cleaner to clean it up! She took a pillowcase and wet it and just wiped! Thank goodness I bring Lysol cleaner and spray with me and I had to clean it myself. Anyways other than that we had a very nice time

We had a great time here. It was clean, and the perfect size for us. The view was beautiful, and the amenities were so useful having children under 5. We will be staying here again. The only thing negative about our stay was the work they were doing to the decks so the lazy river was closed. Other than that it was the best vacation property we have stayed at.

The Caribe is lovely but mid to late July it was jam-packed. Fortunately there are lots of swim areas so the pools were not too crowded and there's a shuttle to take you across to the beach. The condo did not have extras of anything - blankets or pillows for example - nor did it have the little items we used to expect from prior guests, like salt and pepper or other grocery items. I guess Covid changed all that. There was an extra garbage bag but we had to get more. Just be prepared to go into it like a hotel, bringing every item you need. We were able to purchase an extra 2 parking passes but spent about 20 min driving around to find a place on Sat. night after dinner. It was a great place but I think we will plan a different time of year next time.

Beautiful View but it needs some update on the carpet, all mattress and the bed in the kids room needs to be replaced it squeezed every time my kids moved. The small ice machine doesn't work. The couch needs to be replaced it's really old the arm on one side has no cushion in it. The bed needs to be replaced in the first bedroom too. If the owners could update all of this we would come back and stay in the condo because the view is amazing.

I just don't know why they wouldn't have a nicer looking way to get up to the pool deck. Also, the back walkway needs to be fixed ASAP. I know there was a hurricane, but it's needed. Also, a walk over to the beach would be very, very helpful! Walking around and under the road is just too far for a fun little trip to the beach/bathroom.

That being said, some of the units are beginning to show their age. This unit was beautifully decorated and very spacious. The wrap around balcony offered views of the gulf, the front pools and lazy river, the back pools and slides, and the bay. I love it when I can get that view! The kitchen could use some updates. A replacement microwave had been brought in was left sitting on the counter taking up valuable counter space. The oven needs replacing, and there were very few pots, pans, and cooking utensils. We also had trouble with two of the three toilets not flushing, which has been an issue that we've experienced in other units at the Caribe. All of these things seem minor, but when staying at a resort of the Caribe's caliber and paying a premium price, these are details that one would expect to be taken care of. Hopefully management or the owners will resolve these issues. Despite the minor issues, I would book this unit again strictly for the views and the amount of space.

Our party of 12 fit very comfortably. Our fridge quit working while we were there. As a result we had to throw out our food. The rental company was very quick to respond to messages, and they brought us a loaner fridge to finish out our stay. The view is great! The resort pools are fun. A couple minor things could be improved in the unit, but overall it was a great rental! We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in the area.

The property appeared clean but a dirty folded qtip was found at bed side table. Considering the room was empty the night before I know the cleaning crew had no reason to rush therefore it is questionable if sanitizing standards are being followed as advertised. The ice machine was not functional and had what looked like mold and it had an odor. I called the management office and the qtip was removed but the ice machine untouched so I do not believe any additional cleaning was actually done. There was a missing coffee pot and I requested one on two occasions but we did not get a pot our entire stay. And the lady negative is the parking policy doesn't make sense. When the facility is not full there is no reason that adequate parking passes can be provided for large units such as this one. 4 bedrooms will most likely have multiple adults driving multiple vehicles. Supposedly 1 parking pass is included with the rental fee but i was charged $30 for both passes. The management company didn't address other issues during my stay so by the time I realized the charges I had no confidence that would be handled properly when I no longer in the unit. Now for the positives - there was adequate cookware and plenty of dishes and utensils. One could easily entertain a dozen people. The beds were quite comfortable and plenty of extra linens and pillows. All appliances are high quality so cooking was a breeze. The balcony had a great view. The master jacuzzi tub was comfortable and relaxing.

This is the second time we have stayed at this resort. The kids love the pools and the beach is a short walk or you can take the trolley. Having Cobalt next door was convenient. They had live music at night and the food was good. This rental was nice, big, and has great views of the pools and ocean but we thought it could use a good cleaning and some updating. The tile floors quickly turned the bottom of your feet black. This explains while the carpet in the rooms looked a bit dirty. The chairs in the living room and the dining chairs could use a good cleaning. They were both stained. The couch was worn and could be replaced. The stand lone ice maker did not work which is inconvenient when filling coolers. These things being fixed would move this unit from good to great.

Property did not provide any dish towels for washing and drying dishes. They only provided one roll of paper towels and one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. They also require you to wash dishes but again they only provide enough detergent for one wash.

We set every condo up with a started kit, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom,1 trash bag per can, 1 dishwashing tab, and 1 detergent tab. This is to help guests get settled in when they first arrive. Due to each stay being a different length of time, we have the started kit to be fair for each guest that arrives. Everything about our stay was fantastic! The management company was easy to work with and responded to requests quickly. The property was extremely clean and met the needs of 2 families, with children age 3-16, to spread out and have their own personal space. The kitchen was well-stocked with all of the cookware and utensils you might need to prepare a number of meals and the beds were comfortable with soft, crisp white linens. Everything was close to the properties location - Pensacola, Gulf Shores, and the Foley Outlet Malls. In addition, the beach was only a short 10-15 minute walk away OR you could access it easily under the bridge without having to cross Perdido Beach Blvd. 3 indoor and 2 large outdoor pools offered the kids an option to utilize when the weather, or water, wasn't suitable for swimming in due to storms. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone interested in a relaxing, home-type of environment which overlooks the Gulf and Perdido Bay. Waking up to the sound and view of the water was fantastic and we look forward to staying there again in the future!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this condo for a getaway weekend with 4 couples and With a pull out sofa this condo can sleep many adults and kids. It has so much space, it could definitely handle another sofa. The view looks out over the pool and road but it has the view of the ocean. Some of the amenities were closed but since it was January we were fine with that, I would suggest inquiring before you book. We had a few small issues but they sent a guy right out, and he was professional and nice. The rug in the picture is not in the condo, and there were not many glasses or cups to support a place that sleeps 12, but the rental company did drop some off on Saturday for us.Overall... I will definitely rent this unit again in the future and all appliances were working and the ice machine working is always a plus. It is close to the indoor pool when you come down the elevator, which if open is a plus in the winter months.

SO BEAUTIFUL!! Wonderully decorated with REAL furniture! Well stocked kitchen! Comfy beds! Beautiful view! Amenities at Resort are perfect for kids! Everything was wonderful!! Only complaint we had was parking for the 2nd parking pass. We could only find 2 spots you were allowed to park in on the same floor as designated parking spot for the condo. The others were a good walk away! But we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! & will keep it in mind when we return!

Beautiful condo that felt just like home. Beds were all very comfortable, which was a huge plus for me! There was also space for everyone and plenty of dressers to unpack in. Would definitely rebook this condo!
