Everything was excellent! Great view from the balcony too. Plenty of towels and kitchen dishes. Had both drip coffee maker and keurig. Had a lot of amenities! Great condo!

My teen daughter and I spent a week here for her Spring Break. We’ve stayed in this same unit in the past. It was very clean and well stocked for anything we needed while there. Check-in and check-out were very easy. We’ll definitely be back in the future!

Liquid Life promptly answered our questions via messenger. The on-site staff made it easy for us to obtain a parking pass and informed us about additional accommodations available. While the location is on the quieter side of town, it still offers convenient access to local restaurants and attractions.

The property was ad advertised in a nice location. Great for families. My only complaint was that the cleaning service didn't do a great job cleaning the sand off tile floors. Other than that it was great. We would visit again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Phoenix on the Bay for many years. We love the condos and the amenities they offer. Love it! My only complaint is that the floors in the condo are so dirty that the bottom of everyone's feet are so black due to the lack of the floors being mopped and cleaned. It's like we have to wash our feet before we can get in bed. So gross. That will be my one and only complaint about every single condo we have stayed at here on Phoenix on the Bay. The cleaning crew has to really step up their game and clean the floors much better. Other than that, Yes I will be coming back. We love POB. GET THE FLOORS CLEANED!!! :)

It took a while for us to get in the room because the code would not work. Security is VERY strict. Overall it is a very nice place & perfect location.

We enjoyed our stay at Phoenix on the Bay. We brought the family boat and enjoyed using it to get lunch. The lazy river and the slide was great. The negatives include the ridiculous price for the parking passes and the boat slip. Not to mention the floors were so dirty. Our feet were black after walking on them for less than an hour. Housekeeping said they came to clean them. We did notice some improvement.

The condo is very spacious -- large bedrooms, bathrooms and closets. Great for family vacations. Property is clean and well taken care of. We were there during the off season so the lazy river wasn't open but will definitely be back to check that out next time. Property is located in a quiet neighborhood, not oceanview but nice, quiet and relaxing and the ocean is a short drive away.

Been visiting Orange Beach since I was a small child. I've stayed in many condominiums but this was my favorite! Best condo & amazing room. The pool area made you feel like you was at a tropical resort.

The kids loved the pools and slide. Everything was located in a way that all the kids could play and we could see everyone from the middle pool. Only few complaints were parking was $55 which I thought was ridiculous. Just add that into the room rates. The other thing were the people with the crazy loud speakers drowning out everyone elses speakers by the pool. Besides that the place is great and we're already booking to go back in September

Pictures are actual photos. Easy access from garage to room, friendly check-in staff, close to everything. Our grandkids never even missed the oceanfront beach! That says a lot. We brought premade frozen meals, what a lifesaver. Never left the property. Clean bedding and towels, full size laundry so i even came home with all my clothes washed. I truly can't say enough good things to say about this place/unit. Thanks again for a wonderful relaxing vacation to remember. Definetly want to book this unit again. Oh yeah, the balcony looks right at the pool and water slide, so letting the oldest go by himself was great!

Different size pools for different age groups to play in, water slide, and the best part is the lazy river. The only small issue we had with pool rules was the kids couldn't play with a beach ball or toss anything back and forth. There are only so many things you can do in a pool besides float around. They were strict about this rule, while letting other rules go unenforced. Like loud music. Room was very clean except the floors. They looked clean initially, but if you wore white socks, they would turn black by the end of the day. Floors were obviously swept, but not mopped. Condo building was far enough away from the busy part of town, while still close enough for a quick drive to restaurants, stores, and beaches. We'll definitely be coming back here next year.

The condo was very clean! The atmosphere was peaceful and everyone was very helpful! Only recommendation I’d give is bring extra toiletries ! We had to ask for toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags more than once! Other than that everything was perfect!

The grounds were clean, no one bothered us, everything is as pictured. The lazy river is so peaceful! The landscape is beautiful. The only suggestion is for staff to please give extra dishwasher and toiletries (or just toilet paper) to guests that are staying a week or less. Located in a quiet nook yet 5 min from the beach and 2min from restaurants and grocery stores. Staff was nice and helpful, room was spacious, bed was a little firm but over all very pleased. Would go again!

We loved our stay. Very clean and stocked with everything you could need. Felt at home. I was able to cook meals with plenty of space. Beds were fresh and comfy. I appreciated the full size washer and dryer so we were able to freshen our towels and keep clothes clean. Beautiful pool area. Indoor pool area nice and clean. Last but not least, it's a convenient location. We were only 5 minutes from almost everything.

Condo had been remodeled since our booking. New furniture, paint, appliances, which were all very nice. Noticed the quest shower drained very slowly and everytime microwave door was shut, white dusty debris would fall, apparently from the new renovation. Overall a great place to stay, would book again

We absolutely loved our stay at this unit in Phoenix on the Bay. The condo is gorgeous and very spacious. Our view from the balcony was beautiful and so peaceful, especially in the mornings. We liked that it was away from the hustle and bustle of all the bigger condos on the beach. We just had a short drive to the beach and everything else we wanted to do (minutes). My kids absolutely loved the slide, lazy river and pools (both indoor and outdoor). I enjoyed getting my steps in on the walking path around the lazy river while my kids floated! The kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, coffee maker etc. We would have appreciated a few things being there like salt & pepper and coffee filters. We had to make a quick shopping trip, after already picking up groceries on our way in, for those items along with extra tp and trash bags. Overall, I would 100% recommend this place to our friends and family, and we are already talking about when we can come back!
