The living room features plenty of seating with two sofas that both convert into twin sofa sleepers, a flat screen TV, and access to the private balcony, perfect for enjoying the fresh coastal air. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.

The bedroom includes a queen size bed and a flat screen TV for added comfort. The full bathroom features beautiful tile work and a large walk in shower.

For added convenience, the unit also includes a washer and dryer.

This unit is dog-friendly! A non-refundable pet fee of $150 applies for guests bringing a dog. Please notify our office in advance if you plan to bring one. This unit allows a maximum of one dog per unit. Most beaches in the area do not allow dogs, but there is a dog-friendly beach down Fort Morgan.

COMPLEX AMENITIES

Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet Club offers great amenities for both relaxation and recreation. Guests can enjoy the resort style outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, gazebos, shuffleboard, and lighted tennis and pickleball courts. There are also BBQ grills and a picnic area for outdoor dining. For boating and fishing, the complex features a private boat launch, two lighted fishing piers, a fish cleaning station, and six boat slips available on a first come, first serve basis. Ample on site boat and trailer parking is available, and a one time boat fee applies for the length of your stay.

Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING

Parking is not included with the reservation. Guests will need to purchase parking passes on-site at the condominium. If bringing a boat, please note that boats over 21 feet are not permitted at this property. A trailer fee will be required and paid directly at the complex.
