This was by far the nicest property we’ve ever stayed in. The decor was stunning, the space was generous, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. The balcony was a standout feature—beautifully furnished and perfect for relaxing. The kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance, utensil, and the most elegant glassware and flatware you could imagine. We especially loved the built-in ice machine and the extra beverage fridge, in addition to the high-end main refrigerator. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, and the furniture was both luxurious and comfortable. We’re already hoping to book again next year. Truly a top-tier experience in every way.

Love the room it was exactly what we expected only thing I wish I would’ve looked into more is that there isn’t an indoor pool in that building you have to walk two buildings over for the indoor pool for the rainy days. Other than that it was great.

This unit was beautiful, clean, and even larger than we expected. Access to the beach was quick and convenient. We enjoyed being able to use the amenities at all 4 Phoenix properties—the pools, splash pad, hot tubs, and fitness rooms. Checking in and out was no problem. We had an extra vehicle and used an offsite overflow parking lot. We would definitely consider staying here again!

The condo was very large and fit our family of nine wonderfully! The balcony is huge with plenty of place to sit and has great views. The grilling area and pool area were very nice. The beds were not very comfortable, but they did the job. The walls needed a good cleaning too. Other than that, the condo was great! We would definitely stay here again!!

The condo was awesome but property only had 1 elevator in operation due to other was been serviced painted and then mid week other elevator went down. Need to plan service times better. Over all will stay again.

Pictures do not do this condo justice. It is very spacious and well appointed. Our family really enjoyed our time and highly recommend staying here. Location is great close to restaurants, markets and anything else you might need. Of course walking out of the elevator a few steps to the pool or beach can't be beat.

overall the place is as it's pictured, great views, very spacious condo. Some issues found with cleanliness, and missing standard amenities like soap, towels and trash cans all different bathrooms needed something. Was disappointed to to find out after paying so much for the condo, also had to pay extra for parking. Should be more upfront about that, but we still had fun at the beach and around town.

For three families, this was perfect! A kingsize bed for each set of parents, 4 twins for the kids, a sofa bed in one room with the parents for the toddler and 2 infants in pack in plays in the bedroom closets where it was dark and quiet and plenty of room! loads of space to lounge around in the den and big table for family game time. Nice furniture out on the large balconies overlooking the beach. so convenient to the beach and lots of nice amenities included. We will definitely rent this again next trip to the beach!

6 adults and 5 kids (ages 3-14) all had a wonderful time. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc. It is a beautiful condo and just like the pictures. Easy, close access to the beach, pool, and splash pad. Parking was never an issue. One of the elevators broke on the last day so checkout involved waiting forever for the working elevator or taking the stairs for 15 flights. We didn’t have any other issues with the elevator during our stay. Kids enjoyed racquetball and tennis too.

One of the extra perks was the ice maker by the wet bar, when six people are making mixed drinks this really comes in handy. The location we thought was perfect. We traveled both east and west of the unit for food and drinks and never had to go far for a good meal and we even walked across the street for a couple. Nothing bad about our time spent down there only great memories. Would definitely go back or recommend to anyone.

Added bonus was the wet bar ice maker! Loved that the closets had hangers and laundry baskets. It was very clean and looked professionally decorated. Great floorplan and furnishings. Accomidated our party of 8 (two families of four) like a charm, even had an extra bedroom leftover. The dishwasher hit a kink during our stay but the repairman arrived quickly and had it working soon after. We would absoulty rent this unit again in the future.
