Our condo was clean and as described. Perfect ocean view from the balcony. We didn't spend much time inside, so the for the price, it was great. The pool was never overcrowded and access to the beach was right by our building. We would definitely stay here again.

They have a few beach chairs and umbrellas for you to use (this helps if you are short on trunk space). The kitchen was well stocked on dishes/pots/pans and even a keurig. We will definitely use this one again!

We enjoyed our stay with ocean front, private baloneys for the entire building and several access points to the clean beaches. This unit had a door to the balcony from the main room and also from the primary bedroom. I contacted the Property ahead of time and received the address for the secondary location to pick up keys because I could not find that information in any of the communication sent prior to our arrival on a Sunday afternoon - which required access to a lock box to pick up parking passes and building codes. Plenty of parking, several grocery store options close by. Ice maker in the freezer was available and along with several beach chairs provided for our use. Please clean the dry lint trap. It was overflowing into the duct work. Check out time was 10am. Cleaning crew arrived at 9am, hoping to get a head start. I would stay here again and have already referred several people to Coastal Properties.

View was amazing- exactly what we needed and wanted. Would’ve been nice if there were a few comforts- extra trash bags/ dishwasher tabs/ paper towels- but we managed. Our stay was short so not a huge issue. Overall- excellent and exactly as advertised. We would absolutely stay again!

Location Location Location Beginning with check-in, which isn’t far from the condo, we enjoyed every minute. The location was close to everything in the heart of Orange Beach. The pool and beach are so close and the view from the balcony was gorgeous. The condo was a nice size and the beds were comfortable. It could use an upgrade with the door lock as you have to stand on one foot and hold your mouth a certain way to unlock the door, but we figured it out and had a lovely stay. Beware that the door does not lock automatically and you have to lock it behind you when you go in and lock it with the key when you leave.

It was so nice to open the door and see the water. Everything was nice, clean and relaxing. I loved not having all the walls crowded with pictures and nick nacks every where. Wil go back again. Ps bring a can opener.

Overall the value to stay here was fantastic! Great beach access, great views, plenty of space. The only complaint I had was that the tennis courts in this complex are not an option for use. The fences are collapsed and the nets are torn down. This was actually one of the deciding factors that i used to determine where I wanted to stay so I was disappointed in the fact that we could not play tennis here. In the end I was still glad I did, the price was so good compared to others and the beach was so nice and so close it is still well worth it. Close to dining/etc..etc.. Overall just a very good stay. We did have to leave a day early in preparation for the storm coming as we were just there yesterday (8/28/2021), but that is just hte nature of the beast. Would definitely stay here again! We had a wonderful vacation. The best views of the beach from the balcony. Easy access to the room from elevator. Easy access to the beach. Lots of eating joints close by. Arcade and put put golf across the road!!! The room was perfect!!! We will definitely go back again!!

This is a no frills unit but had fantastic view of the beach. Kitchen was fully stocked and plenty of room for our family of 5. Very clean too. We would stay there again!

Reviewer Comments: Great Multi-dimensional views, blocks morning sun, afternoon and evening sun gets close to bedroom glass bit never touches and sin never touches living room glass: thus no over heating or excessive glare. Great views straight out, south,southwest,and west southwest. Deep living room patio allowed views all day long either in or out of the sun. Small pool directly below. High enough to see well, including way down the beach, bit not too high. Close to elevator and steps. Nice view of volleyball court so you could either watch games or know to go down to join one.
