Three siblings: along with our plus 1’s and all of our grown children rented three condos. We had another fabulous weeklong stay. The only way to sum it up….. We’ve already booked for 2026 !!!!

This is our first stay at the Tidewater but it won’t be the last. Our room was perfectly designed for our family. The location is great, it’s not a large high rise so the elevators weren’t backed up and parking was easy. Our room was clean and we loved having the corner unit. The owners had everything you could need for a perfect getaway.

We were very impressed with this condo! Everything was clean, and the pictures in the listing were very accurate. The kitchen was also well-stocked with dishes and cookware (perfect if you’re not going out to eat for every meal).

The rental was very neat and clean, instructions were clear and concise, and we enjoyed our stay. It was really nice staying right on the beach! We also loved being able to use the pools and gym while we stayed. Any issues were quick to respond so I didn't feel like we had to worry if anything went wrong. Plenty of space for our 3 teenagers and younger child along with us 2 adults. Plenty of dishes, pots, and pans to use during the stay. Walls are thin but we didn't have any issues with other loud guests. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo was a great place for us to spend our vacation. It is great for small kids as it has a bedroom with two twin beds and a connecting bathroom. With three full baths, it could really accommodate an extended family. The walk to the beach and back to the pool makes it easy for parents. My only complaint on cleanliness is there is some old construction materials stored throughout the condo. The dryer does take a long time to dry clothes. Liquid Life makes the check in and out process very easy. Everything you need is nearby!

We loved the location - great restaurants and things to do in minutes! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the beautiful views of the ocean while we were inside or on the patio. We have stayed in this unit before and highly recommend it.

Everything matched the photos and descriptions. This rental was extremely clean. The views were perfect. The pools were conveniently right off the elevators, and the beach was right behind the pools. So it was just a short walk to the beach down a sturdy boardwalk (the boardwalk was even lit up at night). This all made hanging out at the pools and beach super easy and convenient. Parking was easy. There is a gate to enter the parking lot so be sure to get the security code before you try to enter. Everything was wonderful! We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay, lots of room for a family of 7. Access to the beach is a plus. Restaurants, dolphin tours, grocery stores, lots to do near.

Everything was great. A lovely condo in a very nice area. The staff was very helpful and answered the few questions we had. The only thing that did not seem to be working correctly was the door dispenser of the ice maker, but we were still able to get ice from the container. Other than that everything was very comfortable and in working order. We had a great time!

This is definitely a must-stay for Orange Beach visitors! Great location just across the street from Zeke's Landing. It's a peaceful stretch of beach, and this condo has two balconies — one over the beach with living room and master bedroom access, and the other over Perdido Beach Blvd and the bayside. The condo is laid out really well and is a comfortable place to stay. The property management company was extremely friendly and very attentive to any needs. Will definitely be staying here again!

The property is in a great location and very spacious. Everything was well stocked. We enjoyed the the beach balcony but also enjoyed the bayside balcony just as much watching sunsets! Would definitely stay here again.

Great view, lots of room for me and my family! The location was perfect to travel to and from the baseball fields during the World Series! I recommend going to the Walmart down the street to get your necessities.

We love Tidewater & the quietness on the beach here. Great memories made with family and friends. We really enjoyed the improvements made to 709 Tidewater after staying here last year. New flooring, chair & paint was nice.

We needed a place to stay while attending the NSA Softball World Series in which 2 of our grand-daughters played in Foley & Gulf Shores. I've stayed at nicer condos in Orange Beach, same price. However, this one was clean - but needs to be updated (furniture, paint, carpet). Ice maker was extremely slow. Front door lock needs to be replaced - very hard to open with the key we were given. On the plus side, the location is great - in walking distance of 2 favorite restaurants & easy walk to the beach. Love watching Dolphins play from the balcony. Recommended for: Families with Young Children, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers

My family and I enjoyed our Orange Beach vacation all week long. The beach was not too crowded, the water was warm, and the walk to the beach was easy with 2 small children. The outdoor pool was a great way to wind down after playing on the beach all day. This unit was clean, but the view of the ocean was even better. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance.
