Welcome to Silver Beach 206, your Gulf-front retreat in Orange Beach. This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath corner unit condo offers the perfect setting for a serene getaway where you can relax and take in the beauty of the Gulf Coast.

Step inside to discover a spacious living area with comfortable furnishings and elegant wood plank flooring throughout. The living room invites you to unwind, whether you're watching your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV or stepping out onto the private wraparound balcony to admire breathtaking views of the Gulf. With ample seating, the balcony provides the perfect space for enjoying your morning coffee or watching the sunset over the water.

The Primary suite is a tranquil oasis, featuring a luxurious King-sized bed and direct access to the balcony. Wake up to the soothing sound of waves and step outside to feel the gentle Gulf breeze. The attached private bath offers both convenience and privacy, ensuring a comfortable and restful stay.

In the second bedroom, you'll find a Queen-sized bed with direct access to the balcony, while the third bedroom features a Twin over Full bunk bed, making it an ideal space for children or additional guests. A guest bathroom ensures that everyone has space and convenience to freshen up after a day of fun at the beach. With a Sofa Sleeper in the living room, the condo comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests.

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals and snacks during your stay. Complete with granite countertops and all the essential appliances and cookware, you'll have everything you need to whip up a seafood feast or enjoy a casual meal with family and friends.

This unit is pet-friendly, so you can bring your furry companion along for the vacation. There is a $150 non-refundable pet fee, and pets must weigh 20 pounds or less. Pets must also be kept on a leash at all times, and it's important to note that pets are not allowed on the beach.

Silver Beach is a quaint low-density building located in the heart of Orange Beach. With just 47 Gulf-front units, Silver Beach offers an exclusive and intimate beachside experience. The location is ideal: within walking distance to a plethora of area attractions, you can easily immerse yourself in the local culture and entertainment. The outdoor pool is the jewel in the crown of Silver Beach, providing a refreshing escape under the warm Alabama sun. The adjacent BBQ area invites you to enjoy alfresco dining, whether it's a family cookout or a casual meal with friends.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
Your property comes with two free parking passes for your stay. You can find these passes located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.
Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the property’s HOA and may change throughout the year.

Everything was amazing. Very clean, perfect location, checking in and out process was so easy. Only had one downfall. It is 3 bedrooms and one room with bunk beds the bottom bunk mattress was hard as a rock very uncomfortable. Needs better mattress for sure. But the other 2 beds was very comfy.

This was perfect for our long, weekend getaway! We planned this trip to celebrate my dad’s 70th birthday and it was PERFECT! The host had birthday balloons and a card waiting when we arrived!!! Such a sweet and thoughtful surprise and it really made my dad’s day! (And mine too because this was a surprise trip for him and it just made it so much more special!) This location was perfect and the views are breathtaking!! The condo was clean, well stocked with essentials and honestly had everything we needed. The beds AND pillows were super comfy. The beach was clean, beautiful and private! We are already looking at dates to book for the summer and we are going to book this same condo again! I have never booked with Liquid Life before but this was an amazing experience and we will most definitely book with them in the future!!
